- As the world grapples with Covid19 pandemic, it is very important that we do our best to stay fit both physically and mentally. In today’s practice, we will go through some of the most beneficials yoga asanas that help in strengthening the core muscle groups as well as massaging vital organs for long term health. We will end with a short pranayama practice.
You should do this practice everyday and you can also add it to your current workout routine.
So once you are ready, let's hop on to the mat and get going!

I will do it every day
Day1:feeling so fresh and refreshing

Day 2: I had cold before doing but now its gone
Day 3 : so refreshing and my face glow is next level
Day 4:I used many products for my face but no use but this yoga giving next level glow
Day 5 :so glowy and refreshing. I had bodypains while waking up but now everything is gone

Hi , you should tell in the video if someone suffer from any pain then don't try particular pose. I got injury in my neck and shoulder after doing halasana and shoulder stand ..... Because already I have back pain.

This is a great routine for beginners I feel, however if you had have spent a bit more time on shavasana maybe 2 to 3 deep breaths it would really help.
