    Definitely one of my top favorite instructors. I love how she guides through the subtle-est things in her videos like remembering how and when to breathe. A life-saver in more ways than one 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

    Ok my new fitness goal is to get through this video in 22 minutes lol. Will be skipping the knee workouts first because I literally couldn’t get through the second half when we switched sides 😬 You truly must have buns of steel

    thank you ! for an amazing/effective class! hyper targeted activation/burn i feel everything! excellent instruction and cuing...i would love to find on youtube/ a mindful flow sequence /intermediate hour long class that i could follow over and over again 1-2 times a week with stretching and strengthening a total body moving meditation pilates desert island dream class!
