I've been doing Pilates for a while with another video teacher and like yours much better. You help me really focus on the muscles to keep activated and proper form. Thank you. It's really helpful when you add if it's beginners or intermediate in the title because then I know which ones I can do with my mom. Really like the videos, you are great!! I will definitely consider purchasing your classes.

Thanks for your videos, you explain things so well and it's perfect for a beginner like myself! I seem to really struggle with the roll up - curling up to a midpoint and controlling the roll down at the same point without my legs wanting to lift. Is there anything you can suggest to help work on this?
Rolling up is hard!! It's part core strength and part spinal mobility.. make sure you do lots of spine stretches like forward folds - that can help!! It takes practice though so keep trying! Also try from a seated position, rolling back as far as possible without your feet lifting and rolling back up. With time you should be able to get lower and lower without the feet lifting :)

Love doing this one after a long day. Great burn in the legs and abs as well as stretching out the upper body. And just the right length.
Oh that's great to hear. I think we all need a bit of stretching in our lives at the moment! I know I do!!!
