Who's ready for a Pilates glutes and hamstring workout!? This is only 15 minutes but it's effective, trust me! We go through some powerful exercises for strengthening the glute muscles - gluteus medius, gluteus, minimus and my fave, gluteus maximus. We also strengthen the hamstrings and quads, so the legs will feel the love!
