    This workout is all about gluteal strength. Our glute muscles (AKA ass, butt, booty) are so important to stabilize our lower backs, pelvis and hips and improve the way we walk, stand and move. They are actually an extension of our core muscles! In just 20 minutes, I hope you feel stronger and connect with the power of your own body.

    What a burn!!!! Your videos have been so great thank you! I've been missing lifting weights but I know this is a great alternative and honestly what my body needs to get all my stabilizers strong. Keep up the great content!

    Such a great glute workout. Really feel the burn but great for those of us who have lazy glutes I usually find it really hard to find good exercise videos that really focus in on that area and not just the whole lower body.

    This was awesome! Loved the last ones working on the inner glutes - never tried that before. One thing to note is I would like to be able to do this workout with kids around and saying "butt" or "bottom" would be preferable to "*ss" for that. I don't know if that's maybe a cultural difference but thought I would mention. I love your workouts!!

    Brutal 😰 I was screaming and weeping at the end, so hard was that burning, but it was a good pain !

    Loving ur workouts! Question - I have discovered a slight click in my hips! Should I just push thru it.. and will it get better .. or ease off?

      So happy to hear you are enjoying them! As long as it's not painful, you should be ok. If you are concerned though, make sure you get it checked out by a Physio :)
