I found your channel this week and did a few videos and I love them. I really appreciate that you're a physiotherapist because you really understand proper alignment during the workout and moving in a healthy way. I've done pilates workouts from some big names on youtube and I find them too quick (so I end up forgetting proper positions or breathing) and there are no cues to remind me of positions. I love that your videos make me really feel the tiniest muscles in my body activated and my neck doesn't hurt after. I hope more people find your channel! xoxo from Canada

Many pilates workouts online do move too fast without good instructions throughout the movements, ensuring you really are using the correct muscles for optimum results. Thank you! :)
