    I discovered your channel a couple months ago and I love your videos. Well done, again, showing how we can use a simple pillow to create a more challenging workout! You are a fantastic teacher, and I'm continuously learning new ways to work out the same old muscles. Loved the knee/plank hovering series - it's tough and wonderful!

    Wow, I only came across you a couple of weeks ago by accident, have to say your workouts are so challenging but so good also it's the fact that you bring different ideas into the exercise ie. the cushion. . Amazing keep up the good work as I have definitely seen a change in my toning as your exercises are really hitting very deep and rarely touched muscles. X

    This really pushed me. Not gonna lie I had to stop and put my feet down to rest a couple of times. Going to re do some of the beginner workouts and come back to this and see how much I've (hopefully) improved :)

    Oh my gosh, that was hard. You said in one of your other videos the exercises we dislike the most and the ones we need the most. Well I've found mine.
    I do love to know the muscles we are working on each exercise, makes me push more as I can visualise them and know I'm improving them.

    That was really tough. Though having a cushion involved was going to be easy. My abs are on fire. Exactly what I needed. Great work out.

    Wow, what a great workout with such small subtle movements that are so beneficial! When I saw the video picture with the pillow I thought “how serious of a workout can this be?” - it was a real butt kicker! Everyone should do this. Thank you Chlo!!

    That was tough, but good! I used a yoga block instead of a cushion. Only thing I would have liked was a bit of back work to balance my core.
