    These are crazy times my friends! We are all feeling some stress, anxiety, apprehension and uncertainty with what the future holds and I can feel these emotions in my body. This is exactly what my body was craving!! I hope you enjoy this whole body stretch.

    The perfect way to wind down after a long day. The stretches are soooooo good and there is so many opportunities to just enjoy the stretch, breath and clear the mind. Thanks Chloe!

    That was wonderful! I definitely don’t do that level of stretch and de-stress every day. Lots of people are not thriving at the end of a very tough year and so this is just a perfect reminder of something we can do to release accumulated tension. Thanks again Chloe! X

    I just wanted you to know, I really enjoy your workouts. I’m trying to do them everyday, but I get lazy and just think about how I should be doing something to stretch and calm my body, I like your 10 or 15 min videos and they are not boring. I like you personality and your eagerness to help keep me aware of what I have to do to stay flexible, strong, and balanced. I did Pilates years ago with Maria Windsor and I was faithful to it every day until I wasn’t. You have inspired me to start again and keep going, but it isn’t easy for me right now. I just have to keep on going. One day at a time. One exercise at a time. I want to do more and I wish you had classes where I’m living. I would definitely go.
    Sorry about the ranting. I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy you and all your videos.

      What a lovely message! Thank you so much!
      I think it's truly amazing that you are trying to commit to movement each day. It can truly have such an impact on the way we feel throughout the day. But remember, it's ok to have rest days too. I often have days that I need to rest - and I think that's important. Always tuning in to what our bodies need is the key to feeling our best.

    I found this video last month and have been doing it almost every day since. I’ve also sent it to all my friends. It’s perfect! I have done some of your other videos too and I really enjoy them. I like your style and music selection. It’s very calming and helps me focus on the moves. I am wondering if you could do a routine that incorporates a large exercise ball? I just got one to alternate with my desk chair and I’d like to use it in my workouts too. I know not everyone has one though so no worries if not. Thank you for making such good videos!

I filmed it at a time where I definitely needed it in my life so it's great to hear it's helping others too! Regarding the ball video, I don't actually own a large ball!!! I would really love one to add to my growing collection of Pilates props but I don't have it yet!!! Sorry!! Let me know if there are any other videos you'd like to see! Xxx
