    Your exercises are fantastic. They always remind me how effective Pilates is at activating often "forgotten" muscles. Thank you for sharing some of your videos for free. They are much appreciated in these tough times.

    I like this core combo! The combo of on hands and knees, elbows & forearms and back means one part of my body doesn’t get too fatigued (I notice it especially in my wrists). Thanks Chloe!

    Chloe, I loved your routines. I would like to know how many times per week I can make pilates and if I can do the same routine for several weeks or what do you suggest? Thanks a lot for sharing your knowledge.

      Hi Andrea!
      It's really different for everyone. Some people prefer to practice twice per week and I have many clients who do Pilates everyday! You can really mix it up though and focus on more restorative workouts some days e.g. ruclips.net/video/PjBcGarDdnY/видео.html
      I like variety so mixing up your routine is also great! You can do this by choosing different videos each week :)
