just tried this for my firstime. I have to confess, i end up really "fat-melting" look even though i do workout regularly. This is really Fat-Blasting workout. AWESOME!
Really enjoyed this instructor, Becky. Anna is always great to chime in, highlighting what's being worked, reinforcing that its okay to be fatigued/challenged, her enthusiasm amuses me. Love pop sugar! Thank you for consistency great workouts

I really liked this workout as well as the trainer. She seemed knowledgeable, patient and had good advice but got straight to the point. Great job ladies. I am feeling the burn!

I just realized I had never done this workout yet! I love, love, love Popsugar Fitness! The energy in the videos is always so motivating and exciting! I look forward to working out ever since I discovered them! I also love that they really stay on top of releasing new videos so there is always a big variety of workouts to choose from! This was SUCH a good full body workout. I like it how it focused on the arms as well as the abs and lower body!

Definitely one of the best workouts on popsugar ! I have been doing this one at least 50 times and still doing it at least one time a week ! I have just tried it a couple minutes ago with 15 pounds for the first time, and the shoulder part was so hard I had to give up a little bit !! Thank you Becky, you are amazing !

This really is one of my favorite workouts! But I was wondering if there's a way to train my wrists? I can't stay too long on them, especially since a lot is on the hands during this workout.
l love popsugar workout videos. especially the ones with Anna in. she really motivates me. I've lost 10lbs in the last two months. by doing these workouts and eating a balanced diet so far!
This looked beginner/intermediate but boy am I wrong! I did just get back into working out a couple weeks ago-after like a year of not doing much exercise- and man I will be sore tomorrow! I currently have it paused at like the 16 minute mark to rest for about 5 minutes before powering through to the end :) Soon I hope to flow through it without a couple five minute breaks!

Trying to get back on track with my fitness. Today was day one and this workout was exactly what I needed. Will be doing it several times a week and bumping up my weights as can. I used 3 lbs. today. Thank so much ladies. Keep it up!

I m loving and living these exercises they're awesome
I've been doing this workout all week and have already seen results! But, the most exciting part is that I am training for a Spartan Race and with all the flooding and rain in my beautiful Northwest region I haven't been able to run so this video and running my stairs has taken the place of trail running for now and my endurance is way up!!!
That makes me so happy!!! You're building all the "running" muscles in this video for sure!! Let me know how the race goes!! And I'm a former PNW girl so I fell in love with at-home fitness too!

That was an amazing workout!!! I was sweating like crazy and it was easy to follow. You feel some of the burn while working out, but I'm paying for it now (the day after). It's a struggle for me to even walk

I LOVE this workout! It's really a challenge, and feels great on all of the different muscle groups. (And the instructor is using 10lb weights!!! WHAT!? I used 5lb and was burning!)
