    I've always liked the diversity of body images in Popsugar fitness. Yeah, they're all fit, but these woman all have different types of bodies, different bellies, thighs, arms, etc.

    For everyone saying this workout isn't beginner friendly...I think we all know our limits and the beginner spectrum is drastic person to person, I found this workout and after having my son a few months ago this was perfect for me! And I'm 190lbs, so I'm not little by any means. The breathing took my mind off things I really enjoyed it.

    Well by half way I was drenched in sweat and laying on the ground panting, ready for death, but then I decided NO!! and I got up and finished it. My knee raises barely got off the ground by the end but I did my best and now I’m feeling amazing !!!! Thank you 🤘💪😅

    finally a workout vid you can do in a flat! without bouncing into your light fitting or breaking through your neighbours ceiling!!!
    last one a tried the neighbours asked was i moving furniture around 😭😭😭

    "Low impact....beginners," don't let these terms fool you, this was a great workout. Just as intense as a HITT or Tabata. I am sweating. I too, like the diversity of body types in this video.

    I see a lot of negative feedback on this video. First off, if you want to see change, you have to work for it. It's never easy to get in shape and stay in shape. These exercises are awesome for beginners. You will feel the burn! If you don't, your body isn't going to change. If you're too lazy to do the exercises, don't do them, but fitness is all about pushing yourself and strengthening your body. Low impact doesn't mean low intensity.

      Anitra Bradfield I couldn't have said it any better. All I'm hearing are complaints about it not being Anna, the trainer's breathing, it's not low impact...blah blah. The trainer said upfront that Dani would do modifications, yet you'd think it was supposed to be for comatose persons...and then they wonder why it "doesn't work". The whole idea if it's difficult at first, is to have something that we can work up to so we know our bodies are changing.

      Agree @Anita. This is a low impact for beginners with those modifications. Hard for those in a bad shape but doable

    Awesome workout. For anyone looking for the calorie burn - my Fitbit Versa says its 325, non-modified. (I'm 5'7" 190lbs)

    I found this before going to bed and decided to do it in the morning! It was awesome, a good sweat, no crazy impact so I didn't wake the neighbors! We need more of those!!!!

    I loved the energy of the instructor and the variety of exercises she did. It's quite different from many of the typical exercises you'd find in a cardio workout. Overall, great!

    Attempted this workout a few years ago and had to give up after 4 minutes. I pinned it to my library and told myself one day I will be able to do this. Today was that day!! I did it from start to finish with minimal modifications. Proud is a understatement! Yesssssss! Thanks for a great sweat sesh.

    i liked this workout cause you can modify it to make it harder.Add free weights with the lunges, when they are marching do a high knee jog, when they are doing jumping jacks switch to plank jacks, an do the skaters at the end with a hop.I'm definitely gonna add this one to my rotation.Afterward you still can do one of the arm workouts.

      Right Teressa I'm totally agree with you I did the same because some moments the first days I felt like I could'nt no more, but modify some jumps planks, jacks or jumps help me a lot and every day I can do it better with the original intensity of this video

    I'm 58 and I just completed this whole workout only modifying the push up parts after not working out for awhile. I'm pretty impressed, lol, and I intend to make this one of my favorites!! Love it!

    I've been doing this every day, my favorite work out. It's helped to strengthen my lower back. Lauren Boggi is amazing! Please do more videos with her!!

    This was a great first workout for me. I'm 7 weeks post total knee replacement. I was able to do almost all the moves. Wasn't able to do those on my knees but everything else I completed.

    It’s a good workout but one of my biggest pet peeves is when an instructor is like “3 left!” And you end up doing like 6 more. And she does that a lot

    I have been doing HIIT training for 2 years every day, plus resistance training, and other stuff. I love Popsugar Fitness and ALL their videos, including this one. It is great....you can modify if you can't take it all the way, take breaks and start again when you're ready....listen to your body and what it tells you. This workout is a definite plus for me. xx

    I've done this workout a few times. Now that I'm past the newness of it, I'm really hearing the trainers voice as she calls out where to put the breath and awareness. Interestingly, my knees feel stronger with less knee discomfort. Love this trainer!

    I picked low impact because of my back. I pulled my back out in the first few mins of this.... it’s a lot of strain on the lumbar spine.

    i cant believe i got through this with minimum "breaks". just keep repeating "i can do this" in your head when your body feels like giving up. it works!

    This is the best beginner workout I have found the moves are way to follow rather than some of the complicated ones on other videos and you can really feel the muscles working

    I normally do yoga so her breathing really helps me to follow all the poses. I really like it! So sweaty!

    I did this workout yesterday, and wow! Really got my heart rate up and got me sweating, so I know it works well! I normally don't comment on workout videos but I wanted to on this one because I loved the commentary from you all. The stepping on 2 kids' heads part had me rolling (I'm a mom too, I get it). I really enjoyed hearing the honesty from all of you of how you were faring during the workout, it made me feel better about struggling in some spots. I just got back into working out after about a year hiatus, so it's a bit of a struggle, but this kept me motivated, so thank you!

    YAY for Lauren! Such a good "rest day" workout for when I don't want to absolutely die. Finally, one of us shorter gals (who also just looks more like me than the other instructors on here in general) who kicks butt! Love your sports bra, SO PERTY.

    LOVE this workout! Had a headache and neck tension and this low impact workout did not make things worse and actually helped ease the pain. I think it can be great for the whole fitness range depending on how deep/intense you do each move!

      Angela Backer I work overnights in a mental health group home with 2 clients. The clients are asleep at night and there isn't much work to do. Sometimes I have some work on the computer but not every night. I usually watch Netflix or Hulu. Because of the clients' diagnoses they have to have 24 hour staffing.

    I loved this! did it yesterday and I woke up super sore today. It was perfect because I have an hand injury (stitches) and i was able to do this without hurting myself. I just modified the push ups and did sit ups instead. thank you popsugar!

    Different & fun moves. Fast no stopping pace! If doing first thing in the morning, warm up on your own, her warm up is very minimal.

    Loved this workout! I was really sore today and feeling a bit off so I didn't want any jumping or feeling my lungs scream. This was perfectly challenging in a different way. I was surprised how drenched in sweat I was in the end, but felt re-energized instead of totally depleted like after doing a high intensity class. As a fitness instructor myself, I do think this is beginner friendly: as it's a video, you can always pause it and take your time. You also don't have to match the trainer's speed. Important thing is to keep moving. Thing about a workout labeled "beginner" is that there are a thousand different types of beginners out there - just do what you can!

    Great workout, but I modified a lot, because there was a lot of pressure on the lower back for those of us with injuries! Just a heads up for people with back issues or tight legs.

    I loved this workout! I love that it was low impact but was challenging. I also loved that she focused on breathing. Lots of instructors don't put enough focus on the breath but its super important :)

    I don't think I've ever sweated so hard doing low-impact. I loved every minute of it!

    I'm not exactly "new" or a "beginner" , I'm one and a half years into working out....this is the first workout that I actually felt my breathing actually working my core! Damn Girls.......this is hard but I'm gonna keep trying! Wish me luck!!!

    I love this low impact cardio work out. It is a favorite go to for total body work out. You will know where your hamstrings are the next day!
