Not sure if anyone is still watching this but I started do this about a month ago and physically I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in. Highly recommended. I’m gonna try and do this almost everyday. Like for motivation?❤️
Ladies let us please never forget that this video can PAUSE. For those of you who need a little extra time in between breaks there is absolutely no need to feel guilty about not being able to push through in one consecutive integral. If you need to pause, just as I did, PAUSE. When you drink your water, catch your breath and get pumped up for the next round, GET IT. I started this yesterday and came back to it today. And guess what? There's nothing wrong with it. In between the portion I did try out some other videos but quickly learned that even though I have zero rhythm the entire dance idea seemed a lot more intriguing and fun than basic exercises repeated over again. I will definitely keep the workouts on hand, but I will always know to return to this video with these amazing instructors. I got a late start to my 2019 Get-Fit year, but I'm going in and I'm gonna make it a habit and remind myself that I'm working towards a goal that CAN be achieved. Never forget that the more you go at it, the more stamina you build. We can all do this TOGETHER! Best of luck to everyone out there!!
My wife used this video every morning for the last month, literally 31 days, and started eating small portions and healthily. She went from 250 after giving birth to our last kid, to 198 now. Within the span of the month she lost 32 of those pounds. Thank you so much for posting this video! It changed her life and outlook on exercise
@@jenniesmythe8188 Yes, alot of the weight we carry around is water weight and that's always the first to go when we start practising a healthier lifestyle.
i love looking through the comment section of workouts videos. it feels like such a nice space for us to just share our progress, share our struggles and encourage one another. it’s just so supportive
For anyone reading this, I want to tell you that Jesus loves and cares about you! He died on the cross for your sins, raised from the dead 3 days later, and went back to Heaven. John 3:16 says, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." Romans 10:9 says, "That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 10:10 says, "For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." If you have any questions about Jesus or want to know more about Him, let me know below❤ God bless you :)
After doing this video along with a few other popsugar videos, 3-4 times a week for 2 months, i lost 30 pounds and 5 inches off my waist. This workout really works!
Zoexla9 CONGRATULATIONS I just started this workout today literately just finished it and I was going to give up but during the breaks I read a few comments and I think I’m gonna try keep this up
Depression has been brutal lately... Today something told me to snap out of it, went on a 2 mile walk and enjoyed the sun and finishing off with this. This was so fun. Quarantine blues suck but this will be so good for me!!
Well done! For me this is a long journey, some days are better than others. So give yourself plenty of love and rest on days when you don't feel like doing anything, and pick yourself back up when you're ready. Slow and steady, wish you the best on recovery. x
I actually cried after finishing this. Have been dealing with my weight for years and last year I lost 70 pounds but this year I started a new job and i couldn't keep my routine so I started to gain weight again, not too much but I got scared. Finding this is just perfect for me and I thank you so much! You don't know how much this is going to help me. From the bottom of my heart, thank you! ❤❤❤❤
Your weight is gunna fluctuate a bit and that's totally okay! As long as you feel healthy your golden! Not meaning this in a preaching way lol. Just feel people shouldnt have to feel scared about their weight fluctuating. Life is stressful enough right Haha. But anyways Sounds like you've worked super hard and got some great results 😊💗 glad you were able to find this and get back at it! You got this!
@Chevonne Lemonious Exercise and diet. Basically, eat what you're eating but in smaller portions and add vegetables and fruit as well! Drink lots of water as well and exercise every day for 20-30 minutes.
From 180lbs to 138lbs in just 11 months. Been searching for an effective workout here in youtube but this is a legit one. Tried and tested. Thank you 🙏🏻 ❤️
I gained a lot of weight cus of the quarantine and i was already overweight before that too. Today I said 'enough is enough. i need to take my life back. things will go back to normal eventually and i dont wanna wait until ppl start living normal lives and i realize that i cant do the same cus i damaged my body too much'. wish me luck guys. im on the road to lose 27kgs.
I'm fourteen years old and I'm overweight. I'm not weak and I know that, so I decided to do some at home workout stuff today. Since I'm in this quarantine I'm going to try to get into shape, and lose my extra weight. I did a fifteen minute workout from this channel, and then this thirty minute workout just today. This is a great video, that, I think is already helping me feel a bit more healthy, mentally and physically just in one day. I plan to keep doing these every day, for a few months. Thanks, this is a wonderful, and fun way to get my body and mind to be more healthy.
Great! Keep going don't forget to drink a loot of water it helps a lot and do some stretching after the exercise it makes you relax and gives lean muscles
Hey at 14 I used to go on pickle diets and all sorts of dumb stuff to lose weight. I ended up doing Zumba, that helped me a lot. Started eating healthier too! Like not going to get McDonald’s everyday, not eating cereal at 12 am. I started eating bananas buku, oatmeal, and a lot of meat. Try to start cooking little meals for yourself and that’ll help the meal part of it. But also, don’t get too discouraged because at 14 your body is prob preparing itself to grow. Your hormones are all over rn so it may be really hard to lose weight at first. But even if you don’t see big changes, keep doing it, bc besides losing weight being healthy and active is overall important regardless of weight loss. If you have trouble with acne and like feel over emotional, you may have some crazed hormones at the age your at. For that, I actually got on b control and it helped my weight go down, my acne went away, and I don’t feel as crazy lol. I’m 18 now and went from 180 pounds at 14 to 135 at 18. You’ll get there dude just keep at it; I go to the gym now four times a week but I also started out slow at your age . Good luck.
I love how Keaira is so interactive. I took so many other workouts like Chloe Ting and all of them are so robotic. They don’t motivate you or ask you to push forward. But Keaira is so so amazing like that. She makes you feel like she’s right there! Edit: I don’t know why robotic is being associated with evil or uninteresting. I never said she was bad. She didn’t suit me. I like people that are loud and kinda out there and Keaira is like that. Doesn’t mean Chloe isn’t fun. Yall will attack anyone and call anyone horrible because they have a diff opinion lol.
A tip from someone who’s done this a NUMBER of times throughout the pandemic: Don’t be afraid to go slower, even 1/2 or 1/4 speed on some of the moves - it’s important to listen to your body as you don’t want to hurt yourself or make this workout feel miserable! Take your time to feel out the move if it’s one that you’re not used to. I had no idea how to do the last ab-cruncher when I started out. I was like “huh? How do they move their booty like that”, and it’s now one of my favorite moves. This is one of my favorite workouts ever because it’s so genuinely enjoyable to do, once you get into the groove of it. And I work up a sweat every single time.
@@zojakutin that one is really hard if you're not used to it! It involves a lot of core muscles moving in specific ways and honestly I just went thru a lot of trial and error trying to figure it out @_@
Honestly is just me or when I get to the cool down part I get emotional because just the thought of accomplishing the work out to the end makes me feel great about myself and what I have done
that crazy girl lex I honestly use to do it every other day but I slowed down and now it’s like once a week sometimes but I want to go back to doing it constantly so I won’t get all lazy and give up ‼️
20:32 "With challenge comes change!...When you want to quit, think about what you're doing this for! You're doing this for your health, your mental clarity, your heart, your spirit" Yaass Keaira 🙌🏾 #motivation
I keep coming back to this video 3 times a week at least! I love it so much! I have lost about 70 lbs so far this year and I love this video for a quick and heart rate raising workout just to move my body even more on top of my workout routine and eating healthy! I seriously can’t put into words how grateful I am for these videos as someone who only works out at home they are a life saver!
I needed this !! I always come to this video , but it’s been two years since i even attempt to workout again , so to a recent comment ! Definitely encouraged me to
I've been doing these 30 minute workouts everyday for 5 days while eating healthy and already lost 7 pounds. Thank you, I'm gonna keep going until I'm at a healthy desired weight. For others out there, it's only 30 minutes of your day that will make you feel good. 7 pounds in 5 days... pretty good to me. THANKS!😊
are you working with a doctor or nutritionist? if not please be careful because you shouldn't lose more than 2lb a week without a professional support network
@@mosaic2476 Yes!!!! Please be careful. I have a friend who has heart problems and she did workouts like these and had no idea this was TOO much for her. Congrats on you journey!!!!! You're doing awesome but PLEASE be careful!!!
How do you do the same workout 3x or 5x times a week....I cant repeat a workout for 2 weeks once done...mind block....I have to keep mixing up my workouts....if I know the workout already some days I don't even get of my couch as I already know its tough :-D
For those of you who think you can't do this let me tell you that you can! I'm 300lbs and I started doing this today. I wasn't able to do all the moves and sometimes I wasn't even able to do the modified version. But I never stopped moving!!! I walk at my job all day and when I get home I walk 2-3 miles with a weighted vest on. It's not super intense but it works for me and that's what matters. Just move your body when it's not on a break and have fun!
I lost a lot of weight with Keira lashae. I hate working out, her choreography is very effective and cute it feels just like dancing and not lame dances , you will sweat! I love her.
BriannasREIGN right you think its unaffecting but honey let me tell you I always sweat during her workouts,, and learning the latest dance moves 2 fold
I actually cried tears of emotion after finishing this workout because of how proud I felt of myself. This was an amazing session I'm absolutely going to keep doing everyday.
Guys im doing this for 30 days and imma update you honestly on if it works. DAY 14 UPDATE: i've lost 1 and a half inches of my waist!! iv'e definitely seen improvements in my body but I think I would see more improvements if I ate cleaner not gonna lie, I was eating a lot of carbs and junk. I'll update y'all in another 2 weeks! DAY 30 UPDATE: it definitely works! You just have to be consistent, which is really hard. i was doing this every day for 30 days so as you can imagine i got really unmotivated very quickly so i had a few days where i didn't do it. I would advise you guys to do it 5 days a week instead of 7, it will make it easier for you. But anyways i deffo saw some changes in my body, i lost 6 inches of my waist, and 3 inches off my hips. I feel good about myself. I would continue this for another 2 months but i cant be bothered lol.
Pro tip: do this with your kids watching. My daughter is 1. She doesn’t know I can’t dance yet. She thinks I’m hilarious ❤️ the laughing is the best motivation!
Ok I'm a mother of 3 small children. I have nap time to get cleaning and workout in. This was amazing and super easy to follow. I have done this work out plus added a few from the other channel in for a switch up. I was a 5'2" woman weighing in at 208 lbs, but now 5 months later with everyday exercise I'm glad to say i am down to 179 lbs. THANK YOU SO MUCH LADIES!!!
If you're not sure about doing this and just reading the comments go and do it because half an hour ago I was the same and I feel great about myself now. It didn't even feel that long it was fun and it had breaks so it was amazing.
Okay so I'm really thinking if I should do it again and I know I should but getting myself to do it will be hard Update: I did it and time flied and I'm so glad I did it
What's great about this is that I actually feel confident doing these moves, y'know? Like they make me feel positive about my body and I can really get into it. Also the energy she gives off and the encouragement makes me want to give it my all even more. Definitely going to be looking for more of her stuff!!
thank you for your presence I am 55 next month, my husband died 5 years ago, we were always active and in shape, since then I have not moved my body, atrophy set in.. I was surprised how CHALLENGING this was. my cordenation is way off, couldn't do all but i stuck in throughout. when I couldn't catch on i ran in place or did small squats. THANK YOU....
For someone who hates boring workout routines that feel like labor and no fun out of my day you just changed my life workout routines that feel like I’m dancing with some supportive friends is a game changer!! ❤️❤️🥲
Thank you so much I work out with you ladies every day. I don't miss a day. I've been looking for a good work out video and found you. I lost 15 inches off my stomach, my blood pressure is down and heart rate is great. Thank you so much......My current weight is 160. I was 175 A month ago
Hadiyah Braithwaite i lost a lot of weight by doing this exercise and then weight training. And I didn’t change my diet too much. Only thing I cut back on was sugar and going out to eat. If you eat at home and make your own food you’ll do good! I’ve been making homemade pizzas, stir fry, even cupcakes! But it’s all homemade so there are no chemicals or processed crap in it ☺️ also drink lots of water, eat slow, and get enough fiber and veggies 🍅 . It keeps you full! And most importantly get enough sleep and don’t stress out about food! If you have a day where you didn’t eat the healthiest, that’s ok!! Tomorrow is a new day and your progress won’t be lost! Good luck. I hope this helped 💖
I've been fighting depression for the last few months and it's been awful and I recently started working out again but the thing is I always give up and today with this training I didn't, and I had sooo much fun that at the end I started crying because I thought that the will to keep going in me was dead, it sounds dramatic but thank you girl for this! It was awesome❤️
I did this everyday for a month and I have to tell you this works. I lost 10+ pounds in a month and am feeling very good. THANK U! Edit: there were days where I thought I could never do it, but I was already so far, I really am so glad I stuck with it
popsugar is amazing, and this video in particular changed my life! Since December I've lost almost 30 lbs and over 5% body fat. I work out to one of these videos 5-6 times a week (this one in particular 3-4 times/week--it never gets old) and I'm like a completely different person. Strong and confident, happy and healthy, with more energy than I could have imagined a year or two ago. I guess what I'm saying is that if you're watching this video and are just trying to get the energy to get started, I believe in you! It's worth it, I promise.
I’m 5’2 and when I first started in the middle of April, I weighed close to 200 pounds, 197 to be exact. 3 months later, I now weigh 176. I’ve been doing this workout once a week every week for 3 months and out of all the workouts I do, this one is definitely my favorite. Love that she makes it so fun. Btw, I always follow the advanced girl in the darker blue shirt and black shorts. Absolutely love this workout.
When I first started I was following Keaira ( the one with the blue tights ) but when times went forward I was following Kaycee ( the one who was close to the ground )😭. But it’s a good workout
thanks for giving me hope ...MY goal is 145 by june 1 i am currently 205 and 5ft3 ..I am going to do this workout everyday and see if the weight loss happens ..I have also changed my diet..I hope to be be as thin as possible since I am so short but 145 is a big improvement from the size I am now.
I just wanna be one of the people that come back here and testify that this workout has really worked for me and I lost very noticeable weight after quarantine.
Over 3 years ago, I used go do this workout every day. I then went through a bad period and gained a ton of weight, tried to do this workout a few times and god angry at myself for not being as good as I used to be. In the past few months I downloaded a fitness app and I've been working out more, but still not nearly as fit as I used to be. Just did this workout happily for the first time in years. I did the modifications, my legs burned, I dripped sweat, and i feel so good. I'm so proud of how far I've come, and can't wait to see how far I can go 🥰❤💪
This workout was fun and kicked my butt. I am battling leukemia and with the medicines I take I've put on quite a bit of weight. I made it half way through (my first try). Going to keep trying until i can finish it with ease. Subscribed to this channel and hers too.
For real, everything in this workout is perfect.. this channel changed my life everyone is so happy and energetic and they are not robotic like others who post workouts videos on YT, and above everything like you said it's free! Popsugar made me love workouts!
I noticed you're the only negative comment in this thread, how exactly are you better than those who disliked? Why bring negativity into a positive place. Just a thought mate
Y’all I’m really trying to be consistent. This is the first time I’ve done this workout and child I am super tired but I finished and I’m proud of myself. I’m 260 (aprox.) and only 16 so I need to lose weight! This time I’m serious! I’ll update this comment when I see improvement. Wish me luck !! Hell, pray for me if u can !!!
@@leviackerman5870 me and you could do it!! I've been doing this workout since March and I've lost 20 pounds and I'm still trying to lose another 25-30 pounds
I used to struggle with anorexia, it’s been a journey that’s stuck with me for as long as 7 years. I was always overweight as a child, I never liked the way I look. When I turned 10 up to 13 was when shit hit the fan. Im now seventeen, I turned to spirituality and self expression and it truly saved me. Hip hop was such an incredible form of self expression for me, it made me feel so good about myself. For the first time in all my life I’ve started to feel comfort and acceptance within myself, and not exactly just my body but more so my SOUL, my body is merely a shell that covers the depth and uniqueness of my soul and personality and that’s what matters. As long as I am mentally healthy I am physically healthy and vice versa. these videos and the encouragement in the lady’s voice reminds me constantly that I’m doing this to be fit, not skinny, but most importantly I am in fact doing this for my mental wellbeing and reminding myself that everyday when I chose to fight against my eating disorder, I chose being a bad bitch, and being a bad bitch is wayyyy more worth it than the manipulative voice of the Ed. You are completely right, it is passion over perfection, this channel is literally amazing, it never fails to remind me why I’m doing this, Why I love hip hop, why self expression and feeling content about myself is so important. Thank you so much
i've known her for many years and i do her workouts almost everytime i work out :) i was just saying that i would have loved if she did more workouts on this channel, popsugar fitness
I’ve been doing this workout for almost a month and I’ve lost 7 pounds guys! I have also been on a diet and drinking more water. I will keep posting more updates!
I’ve been doing it every other day for two weeks and I’m down 3 pounds!! It seems so small but I haven’t lost weight in two years. I’m always at the same weight. This is BIG for me. I love this workout and seeing people say they’re losing weight makes me happy! Thank you for sharing your experience 🙏 Update: I’m down 24 pounds 😋
That was soo quick n fun at the same time .. burnt 240 cals acc to my Apple Watch Under the Category HIIT , I’m 56 kg 160 cms .. this ones gonna be my routine from now on
I didn't think I could feel embarrassed dancing alone at home. But I felt awkward with my two left feet. Awkward dancing aside...this was the best workout ever. I don't remember the last time I felt my heart beat that hard or when I gasped that desperately for air. And it was certainly a long time ago that a workout left me covered in sweat from head to toe. I wasn't even going as hard, because I didn't want to disturb my downstairs neighbour with all my jumping. Keaira said not to pause the video, but I had to so I could open up all the windows in my apartment. Or else I would have died of a heat stroke...lol. It's the next day and my arms and legs are so sore, but I love it! Thank you Keaira!
"With challenge comes change." Yaasss that was super fun!! I broke a serious sweat with this workout. Keaira's energy is amazing 💕 I definitely plan to check out more of her videos
In case you're wondering, this workout burns 280 calories for me as told by my Apple watch! I am 23 years old and 165 cms tall. I weigh 143 lbs. I did some of the modified versions for this exercise.
I really like how they all have different body types. Sometimes watching super lean people like Chloe Ting makes me feel discouraged. These people are all different and fit at the same time.
Same, and like I realize that other body types are so pretty and cool. I always thought I wanted to be skinny and just small but I love Kacey's body type sm :)
Yup- there are 3 types of body types and people train accordingly! It's crazy and irritating to see how mainstream media has made ppl think lean is what is desirable and also achievable for everyone- like stop pushing ppl into eating disorders! Can I just mention super quick Chloe isn't actually lean she is fit- she seems like a mesomorph at best! Also plz don't be discouraged people can be lean and unhealthy✌🏽
Chloe ting does have a great body like every other fitness youtube. But if you've seen chloe's videos alrhough She's fit, she has a bloated stomach after a meal, so she doesnt stay flat all day. I think that she has some dorkey movement in the standing exercises. Like Shes doing them for the first time. I think it helps to not see her that perfect.
True, but i can’t disrespect people like Chloe ting or Pamela or whoever just because their lean because, they do work hard to give workouts to people who want it, and they too have worked out for a long time which ain’t an easy thing at all. But I get your point and I love these workouts too! Also, Don’t get discouraged, ever. You’re gonna do great.
I’ve been doing this work out for a month now, I combined it with Chloe ting 10 minute 2 week ab video I’ve went from 180 to 173. My goal is 150 by may I know I can do it ! This is my favorite video I feel so motivated and good about myself when I finish . In case anyone is curious I do this workout with my Apple Watch on a good day I burn 300 calories. When I switch between the modified version and advanced a high 200 . Good luck on everyone’s weight lost journey .
Hey guys ! I lost motivation when the coronavirus hit I had to cancel my vacation ( the main reason I was working out ) I haven’t been able to go to the grocery store as often as I was for my meal preps plus I work in the hospital. The good thing is I’ve been eating what I want for almost a month and haven’t been exercising I’m still 173. I just started back doing this video routine I loved how it made my body feel . The goal is still 150 😊 let’s get it !
I remember when I started with my fitness journey 4 years ago, I gave up in 7 minutes. I feel proud to say that today I completed the entire section without any additional pauses from my side. I want to thank all of you for this
if anyone needs some motivation, start right now because if u don’t, a year from now u would’ve wished u started earlier. do it so ur future self will thank u!!
So this exercise has been in my to-do playlist for ever and today I finally did it. I was sweating like crazy, feeling good feeling fine, up until the cooldown when she said 'we feeling good about ourselves' and I just completely lost it and started bawling. Because yes, I am allowed to feel good about myself!! This made me feel good about me!! I love me and my body! Same time next week?? 😊
I know its been years for this video but i want to say THANK YOU, six years ago I was so fit and doing sports every single day and then I stopped because of a surgery and I gained some weight, and every time I tried to workout I stop because my heart get tired extremely. I watched this right now and I did it!!!!!!!! I did everything without stopping!!!! I am tired as hell and my legs, my abs my arms my every single part of my body is burning. BUT I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY. YOUR MOTIVATION WORDS HELPED ME A LOT. (DON'T QUIT) (THINK ABOUT WHY YOU ARE DOING THIS) (YOU MADE IT). THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING MY FIRST START THIS AWESOME.
Rania lose more calories than you consume so what I will do I cut down on the fat as well and minimize your portions as well so your stomach will adjust to the portions you consume and try to get in those fruits and vegetables so you can become strong and that’s it
Rania I got pregnant and had a second kid in the middle of my weightloss but actively trying to lose weight was probably roughly 6-8 months. I'm going slow and steady. I was told by my doctor to eat 1000-1200 calories a day. I've found I lose more consistently the closer to 1000 I am. I am also trying to keep my carbs on the lower side but I'm not keto by any means.
Hi guys. I started doing this workout on 15 July 2019. Today is my 5th day of doing this and I am so emotional yall like wow. I sweat like a pig doing this but I get it done. I can't wait to read this one day and think damn I really did it. I changed my life. I am so tired of being over weight. I've been battling with my weight for years and for the first time ever I know its going to changed. Keep going you guys, love and light.
Ive really let myself go over the last 2 yrs, it took everything I had to push through this workout!! My legs feel weak and are trembling now 5 hours later but it felt good to get in a REAL workout again! ✨ CHALLENGE BRINGS CHANGE! ✨
I’m 319 pounds 5’7. Just had my 4th child (tubes tied finally) time to get the baby weight off. 10 years ago 180. 😩 trying this at home with my daughter.
i can't believe i just did this edit: oops, i did it again ... and again ... and again ... and again (tf is going on?!) ... and again ... lol (I lost 12 kg in 2 months WHAT IS GOING ON) ... no need to write it down anymore this workout is now part of my routine I do it every saturday & sunday. I never thought this would be possible. I hated sports for most of my life because I have several deseases which cause me to only get 50% of the air into my lungs (only 20% while doing sports) compared to other people so I would always get out of breath and give up. I still can barely breathe but I am going through this workout, I am healthy, I have reached a normal weight and honestly, guys: If a person like me who never did sports, got easily frustrated over it and was overweight for most of their life can do it I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS STOPPING YOU. The answer is nothing. You are not gonna fail. It's more easy than you think. But be strict, be focused, go through it and never give up. You go guys🙏🏼 EDIT 15. november bc I felt like it was necessary: Hey guys :) First of all shoutout to everybody who I could motivate through this comment you are making me emotional arghhh xd I see every single one of you and you are truly awesome! I wanted to write down some tips/thoughts I felt were really helpful to me: -Every second counts Literally. You feel like starting this tomorrow? One question: How often did you actually believe that? How often did you want to change? That's not how it works. If you feel motivated, do it NOW. As I said, there is no excuse. -This is a choice for life Choose for yourself a routine that is sustainable. Something you can do everyday, even if it's just for half an hour. Because these 30 minutes changed my life, same goes for you. -Remember this: Your body works like everybody else's. Oh, you have a disease? As long as you can move, you are given the same tools as anybody else, which means that, no matter how your condition is slowing you down, you are ABLE TO DO IT. Do you really think the people around you are as diciplined as you are? The answer is no. Your dedication is your secret weapon to making a difference. -Nobody is going to save you. You have to do this yourself. So, be nice to your body c: You only have one.
I've been doing this workout every 2 days for 3 weeks now and I wasn't really sure if I was losing weight, thinking it could be all in my head until people noticed my weight loss.
Before I decided to work out, I was honestly having a LOT of mood swings. After my family pushed me to workout, I have to say, things have definitely gotten better. I was more focused, taking on responsibilities, and overall having fun with this workout! When I first saw this, to be honest, I didn't do much the first time because it was all confusing to me. The second time I managed to do some workouts. However, the reason why I said: "some" was because I was feeling insecure because I was doing this in the living room as I didn't have much room anywhere else. I scrapped that feeling away because I was focusing on *myself* . The third time, I managed to do most of the exercises. The fourth time, I did everything. For now, I haven't seen any physical change but my mental state definitely did. I was more positive about my body and just liked working out, because it just felt like I was doing what I needed to do. Anyways, to all the people questioning whether you can do this, the only thing that matters is that you keep TRYING. If on the third time you still can't get it, that's okay. I was like that too, and I'm getting better (been doing this work a couple of days straight)! I haven't weighed myself from the beginning so I'm not sure if I lost some weight. But the only thing that matters to me honestly is that I keep on being active. And quite honestly, these three women make everything better. They give me so much motivation and energy, that it feels like I'm working out with *them* . So thank you Keaira, Anna, and Kaycee. You don't know me at all, but just know I am GRATEFUL for what you have done in this video. Keep being amazing!
Aww. I just feel like crying. I'm so starting today. Though on Chloe thing. But ditching that for this and my esteem workout. Keep on keeping on dear. Thanks Ladies.
I love that Anna isn't really a dancer, but she's still gettin' it! It makes me feel a lot less insecure about butchering some of these moves so badly! Also, the instructor has amazing hair, and I think I have a crush on the woman on the left...
Ive done it for around 1.5 months and I lost 7kg 😭😭😭 (I mix it with their 25 minute tabata workout, sometimes with their 30 minute zumba so around 55-60 minute each day) Still need to lose around 15kg more😂 but just wanna share u guys this one works if you keep doing it ^^
me to i use the 25 min tabata workout + this one you really sweat like crazy, luckily me downstairs neigbour she is old and almost half deaf so i dont think she cares of me jumping a bit lol
Actually after a month of doing this I saw a difference in my energy and waist line. Not a lot but I felt confident in myself. Stopped thou cos I was bored. Shld pick it up again😪
I’m currently 260 pounds. I’ve done 5 minutes of this video and I’m already sweating. And I love that I am because that means I’m burning fat. Thank you for this video 😌

Not sure if anyone is still watching this but I started do this about a month ago and physically I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in. Highly recommended. I’m gonna try and do this almost everyday. Like for motivation?❤️
Hope Swartz u got this!!!
Did you diet too ?
🙋🏻♀️same to me
You got this!! 💕
This video or Tabata in general?
Shy Speaks thanks for this message!
Thank you.
Yes!
Ngl I felt pretty guilty about pausing in some points. Thank you for this
You're amazing ✨😍🌹
My wife used this video every morning for the last month, literally 31 days, and started eating small portions and healthily. She went from 250 after giving birth to our last kid, to 198 now. Within the span of the month she lost 32 of those pounds. Thank you so much for posting this video! It changed her life and outlook on exercise
Good for her!!! Wish everyone could bounce back so fast after a baby! But some of us moms wait years thinking were fine! XD
Lovely job. You ladies burn it up.
Her meals were super small. Idk how healthy that is. To lose 30 plus pounds in a month.
Maybe alot was watercweight after baby. Idk

John 3:16 says, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." Romans 10:9 says, "That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."
Romans 10:10 says, "For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
If you have any questions about Jesus or want to know more about Him, let me know below❤ God bless you :)
I've only just started and I too am finding the comments very encouraging and supportive.
After doing this video along with a few other popsugar videos, 3-4 times a week for 2 months, i lost 30 pounds and 5 inches off my waist. This workout really works!

Depression has been brutal lately... Today something told me to snap out of it, went on a 2 mile walk and enjoyed the sun and finishing off with this. This was so fun. Quarantine blues suck but this will be so good for me!!
You got it girl! I'm going through it too! Keep being strong 🥰
aww i think that’s awesome that you’re better now
Well done! For me this is a long journey, some days are better than others. So give yourself plenty of love and rest on days when you don't feel like doing anything, and pick yourself back up when you're ready. Slow and steady, wish you the best on recovery. x
Yesss I started with this then I went for a 1 mile run because of the SUN
Yea. Exercise does help with stress
proud of you girl

That quote makes me keep going when I want to quit.
It’s 2024 and I’m still watching this workout this is absolutely one of my fav workout vids 💯

hahhaha I'm looking up a bunch of workouts because what else can we do
I'm fourteen years old and I'm overweight.
@Marie Mota Thank you! What an inspiring story
Great! Keep going don't forget to drink a loot of water it helps a lot and do some stretching after the exercise it makes you relax and gives lean muscles
@@manaldaisycoco4347 thanks for the tip!
Me roo
Yeah I lost motivation with Chloe but keaira is very encouraging!
i did only 1-2 minutes from chloe but her workout WAS SO BAD
Yes! I love Keaira LaShae! I recommend her to everyone! She's a beautiful soul! I truly appreciate that she gets out of breath right along with me!
I agree!
exactly - and I answer her as well. She tells me "don't you quit!" and I growl out "Shut uuuuuup!" XD
I'm so happy I read this comment before trying this workout-- I don't think my brain could compute a lot of these moves at first :')
do you have any tips on the last move? i don't get how they do that
@@zojakutin that one is really hard if you're not used to it! It involves a lot of core muscles moving in specific ways and honestly I just went thru a lot of trial and error trying to figure it out @_@
should i try it fist slower until i get it? idk
I found this during the pandemic, one of my faves as well.
Honestly is just me or when I get to the cool down part I get emotional because just the thought of accomplishing the work out to the end makes me feel great about myself and what I have done

Wow
I've been doing these 30 minute workouts everyday for 5 days while eating healthy and already lost 7 pounds. Thank you, I'm gonna keep going until I'm at a healthy desired weight. For others out there, it's only 30 minutes of your day that will make you feel good. 7 pounds in 5 days... pretty good to me. THANKS!😊
are you working with a doctor or nutritionist? if not please be careful because you shouldn't lose more than 2lb a week without a professional support network
Good job keeping that up! I wish you best of luck in your weight loss journey

I love her.
how much you lose?

How about your calorie intake? Did you eat as usual and do this exercise to lose the weight?
Did you change your diet at all?

@@leviackerman5870 me and you could do it!! I've been doing this workout since March and I've lost 20 pounds and I'm still trying to lose another 25-30 pounds
Augusta what else did you do in order to get these results ?
Thank you so much
keaira lashae is a beast, please do more workouts with her, she's phenomenal, her spirit and character are beautiful

Passion over perfection. A QUEEN.

I always thought I wanted to be skinny and just small but I love Kacey's body type sm :)
true that!

I know its been years for this video but i want to say THANK YOU, six years ago I was so fit and doing sports every single day and then I stopped because of a surgery and I gained some weight, and every time I tried to workout I stop because my heart get tired extremely. The workout that introduced me to popsugar and now I'm 40lbs down and keep coming back. Love this workout!
over what period of time did you lose the weight if I may ask? And did you combine it with a certain diet?
Rania lose more calories than you consume so what I will do I cut down on the fat as well and minimize your portions as well so your stomach will adjust to the portions you consume and try to get in those fruits and vegetables so you can become strong and that’s it
@@Steamwork1 i honestly don't eat that much. I genuinly just need a good workout and some healthier diet options instead of what I eat now.
Same-Same!

... no need to write it down anymore this workout is now part of my routine I do it every saturday & sunday.
I never thought this would be possible.
I hated sports for most of my life because I have several deseases which cause me to only get 50% of the air into my lungs (only 20% while doing sports) compared to other people so I would always get out of breath and give up.
I still can barely breathe but I am going through this workout, I am healthy, I have reached a normal weight and honestly, guys:
If a person like me who never did sports, got easily frustrated over it and was overweight for most of their life can do it I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS STOPPING YOU.
The answer is nothing.
You are not gonna fail.
It's more easy than you think.
But be strict, be focused, go through it and never give up.
You go guys🙏🏼
EDIT 15. november bc I felt like it was necessary:
Hey guys :)
First of all shoutout to everybody who I could motivate through this comment you are making me emotional arghhh xd
I see every single one of you and you are truly awesome!
I wanted to write down some tips/thoughts I felt were really helpful to me:
-Every second counts
Literally. You feel like starting this tomorrow? One question: How often did you actually believe that?
How often did you want to change? That's not how it works.
If you feel motivated, do it NOW.
As I said, there is no excuse.
-This is a choice for life
Choose for yourself a routine that is sustainable. Something you can do everyday, even if it's just for half an hour.
Because these 30 minutes changed my life, same goes for you.
-Remember this:
Your body works like everybody else's.
So, be nice to your body c:
You only have one.
Way to go!!!
Good job.
Yass you go girl
This just inspired and motivated me to actually lose weight. I’ve been trying but never did because I was never motivated
