Ladies let us please never forget that this video can PAUSE. For those of you who need a little extra time in between breaks there is absolutely no need to feel guilty about not being able to push through in one consecutive integral. If you need to pause, just as I did, PAUSE. When you drink your water, catch your breath and get pumped up for the next round, GET IT.
I started this yesterday and came back to it today. And guess what? There's nothing wrong with it. In between the portion I did try out some other videos but quickly learned that even though I have zero rhythm the entire dance idea seemed a lot more intriguing and fun than basic exercises repeated over again. I will definitely keep the workouts on hand, but I will always know to return to this video with these amazing instructors. I got a late start to my 2019 Get-Fit year, but I'm going in and I'm gonna make it a habit and remind myself that I'm working towards a goal that CAN be achieved. Never forget that the more you go at it, the more stamina you build.
We can all do this TOGETHER!
Best of luck to everyone out there!!

My wife used this video every morning for the last month, literally 31 days, and started eating small portions and healthily. She went from 250 after giving birth to our last kid, to 198 now. Within the span of the month she lost 32 of those pounds. Thank you so much for posting this video! It changed her life and outlook on exercise

For anyone reading this, I want to tell you that Jesus loves and cares about you! He died on the cross for your sins, raised from the dead 3 days later, and went back to Heaven. John 3:16 says, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." Romans 10:9 says, "That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."
Romans 10:10 says, "For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
If you have any questions about Jesus or want to know more about Him, let me know below❤ God bless you :)

Hey at 14 I used to go on pickle diets and all sorts of dumb stuff to lose weight. I ended up doing Zumba, that helped me a lot. Started eating healthier too! Like not going to get McDonald’s everyday, not eating cereal at 12 am. I started eating bananas buku, oatmeal, and a lot of meat. Try to start cooking little meals for yourself and that’ll help the meal part of it. But also, don’t get too discouraged because at 14 your body is prob preparing itself to grow. Your hormones are all over rn so it may be really hard to lose weight at first. But even if you don’t see big changes, keep doing it, bc besides losing weight being healthy and active is overall important regardless of weight loss. If you have trouble with acne and like feel over emotional, you may have some crazed hormones at the age your at. For that, I actually got on b control and it helped my weight go down, my acne went away, and I don’t feel as crazy lol. I’m 18 now and went from 180 pounds at 14 to 135 at 18. You’ll get there dude just keep at it; I go to the gym now four times a week but I also started out slow at your age . Good luck.

I love how Keaira is so interactive. I took so many other workouts like Chloe Ting and all of them are so robotic. They don’t motivate you or ask you to push forward. But Keaira is so so amazing like that. She makes you feel like she’s right there!
Edit: I don’t know why robotic is being associated with evil or uninteresting. I never said she was bad. She didn’t suit me. I like people that are loud and kinda out there and Keaira is like that. Doesn’t mean Chloe isn’t fun. Yall will attack anyone and call anyone horrible because they have a diff opinion lol.

A tip from someone who’s done this a NUMBER of times throughout the pandemic: Don’t be afraid to go slower, even 1/2 or 1/4 speed on some of the moves - it’s important to listen to your body as you don’t want to hurt yourself or make this workout feel miserable! Take your time to feel out the move if it’s one that you’re not used to. I had no idea how to do the last ab-cruncher when I started out. I was like “huh? How do they move their booty like that”, and it’s now one of my favorite moves.
This is one of my favorite workouts ever because it’s so genuinely enjoyable to do, once you get into the groove of it. And I work up a sweat every single time.

Guys im doing this for 30 days and imma update you honestly on if it works.
DAY 14 UPDATE: i've lost 1 and a half inches of my waist!! iv'e definitely seen improvements in my body but I think I would see more improvements if I ate cleaner not gonna lie, I was eating a lot of carbs and junk.
    I'll update y'all in another 2 weeks!
DAY 30 UPDATE: it definitely works! You just have to be consistent, which is really hard. i was doing this every day for 30 days so as you can imagine i got really unmotivated very quickly so i had a few days where i didn't do it. I would advise you guys to do it 5 days a week instead of 7, it will make it easier for you. But anyways i deffo saw some changes in my body, i lost 6 inches of my waist, and 3 inches off my hips. I feel good about myself. I would continue this for another 2 months but i cant be bothered lol.

Hadiyah Braithwaite i lost a lot of weight by doing this exercise and then weight training. And I didn’t change my diet too much. Only thing I cut back on was sugar and going out to eat. If you eat at home and make your own food you’ll do good! I’ve been making homemade pizzas, stir fry, even cupcakes! But it’s all homemade so there are no chemicals or processed crap in it ☺️ also drink lots of water, eat slow, and get enough fiber and veggies 🍅 . It keeps you full! And most importantly get enough sleep and don’t stress out about food! If you have a day where you didn’t eat the healthiest, that’s ok!! Tomorrow is a new day and your progress won’t be lost! Good luck. I hope this helped 💖

popsugar is amazing, and this video in particular changed my life! Since December I've lost almost 30 lbs and over 5% body fat. I work out to one of these videos 5-6 times a week (this one in particular 3-4 times/week--it never gets old) and I'm like a completely different person. Strong and confident, happy and healthy, with more energy than I could have imagined a year or two ago.

I then went through a bad period and gained a ton of weight, tried to do this workout a few times and god angry at myself for not being as good as I used to be. In the past few months I downloaded a fitness app and I've been working out more, but still not nearly as fit as I used to be. Just did this workout happily for the first time in years. I used to struggle with anorexia, it’s been a journey that’s stuck with me for as long as 7 years. I was always overweight as a child, I never liked the way I look. When I turned 10 up to 13 was when shit hit the fan. Im now seventeen, I turned to spirituality and self expression and it truly saved me. Hip hop was such an incredible form of self expression for me, it made me feel so good about myself. For the first time in all my life I’ve started to feel comfort and acceptance within myself, and not exactly just my body but more so my SOUL, my body is merely a shell that covers the depth and uniqueness of my soul and personality and that’s what matters. As long as I am mentally healthy I am physically healthy and vice versa. these videos and the encouragement in the lady’s voice reminds me constantly that I’m doing this to be fit, not skinny, but most importantly I am in fact doing this for my mental wellbeing and reminding myself that everyday when I chose to fight against my eating disorder, I chose being a bad bitch, and being a bad bitch is wayyyy more worth it than the manipulative voice of the Ed. You are completely right, it is passion over perfection, this channel is literally amazing, it never fails to remind me why I’m doing this, Why I love hip hop, why self expression and feeling content about myself is so important. Thank you so much

I didn't think I could feel embarrassed dancing alone at home. But I felt awkward with my two left feet. Awkward dancing aside...this was the best workout ever. I don't remember the last time I felt my heart beat that hard or when I gasped that desperately for air. And it was certainly a long time ago that a workout left me covered in sweat from head to toe. I wasn't even going as hard, because I didn't want to disturb my downstairs neighbour with all my jumping. Keaira said not to pause the video, but I had to so I could open up all the windows in my apartment. Or else I would have died of a heat stroke...lol. It's the next day and my arms and legs are so sore, but I love it! Thank you Keaira!

Chloe ting does have a great body like every other fitness youtube. But if you've seen chloe's videos alrhough She's fit, she has a bloated stomach after a meal, so she doesnt stay flat all day. I think that she has some dorkey movement in the standing exercises. Like Shes doing them for the first time. I think it helps to not see her that perfect.

I was told by my doctor to eat 1000-1200 calories a day. I've found I lose more consistently the closer to 1000 I am. I am also trying to keep my carbs on the lower side but I'm not keto by any means.

    ... and again
    ... and again
... and again (tf is going on?!)
    ... and again
... lol (I lost 12 kg in 2 months WHAT IS GOING ON)
... no need to write it down anymore this workout is now part of my routine I do it every saturday & sunday.
I never thought this would be possible.
I hated sports for most of my life because I have several deseases which cause me to only get 50% of the air into my lungs (only 20% while doing sports) compared to other people so I would always get out of breath and give up.
I still can barely breathe but I am going through this workout, I am healthy, I have reached a normal weight and honestly, guys:
If a person like me who never did sports, got easily frustrated over it and was overweight for most of their life can do it I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS STOPPING YOU.
    The answer is nothing.
    You are not gonna fail.
It's more easy than you think.
But be strict, be focused, go through it and never give up.
    You go guys🙏🏼
EDIT 15. november bc I felt like it was necessary:
    Hey guys :)
First of all shoutout to everybody who I could motivate through this comment you are making me emotional arghhh xd
I see every single one of you and you are truly awesome!
I wanted to write down some tips/thoughts I felt were really helpful to me:
    -Every second counts
Literally. You feel like starting this tomorrow? One question: How often did you actually believe that?
How often did you want to change? That's not how it works.
If you feel motivated, do it NOW.
As I said, there is no excuse.
-This is a choice for life
Choose for yourself a routine that is sustainable. Something you can do everyday, even if it's just for half an hour.
Because these 30 minutes changed my life, same goes for you.
    -Remember this:
Your body works like everybody else's. Oh, you have a disease?
As long as you can move, you are given the same tools as anybody else, which means that, no matter how your condition is slowing you down, you are ABLE TO DO IT.
Do you really think the people around you are as diciplined as you are?
    The answer is no.
Your dedication is your secret weapon to making a difference.
-Nobody is going to save you.
You have to do this yourself.
So, be nice to your body c:
    You only have one.

Before I decided to work out, I was honestly having a LOT of mood swings. After my family pushed me to workout, I have to say, things have definitely gotten better. I was more focused, taking on responsibilities, and overall having fun with this workout! When I first saw this, to be honest, I didn't do much the first time because it was all confusing to me. The second time I managed to do some workouts. However, the reason why I said: "some" was because I was feeling insecure because I was doing this in the living room as I didn't have much room anywhere else.
I scrapped that feeling away because I was focusing on *myself* .
The third time, I managed to do most of the exercises. The fourth time, I did everything. For now, I haven't seen any physical change but my mental state definitely did. I was more positive about my body and just liked working out, because it just felt like I was doing what I needed to do.
Anyways, to all the people questioning whether you can do this, the only thing that matters is that you keep TRYING. If on the third time you still can't get it, that's okay. I was like that too, and I'm getting better (been doing this work a couple of days straight)!
I haven't weighed myself from the beginning so I'm not sure if I lost some weight. But the only thing that matters to me honestly is that I keep on being active. And quite honestly, these three women make everything better. They give me so much motivation and energy, that it feels like I'm working out with *them* .
So thank you Keaira, Anna, and Kaycee. You don't know me at all, but just know I am GRATEFUL for what you have done in this video.
