    lost 20kg in 3 months doing this, and then i gave up during plateau for weeks and pandemic hit - i gained close to 12kg in 2+ years. i’m starting my weight loss journey again, and have lost about 4kg in a month now. forever grateful for this amazing workout, for some reason it works like magic!

      4 kg in a month sounds great. Was this routine sufficient or did you go for strict diet as well? I also wanna reduce about 5 kg but I am pathetic when it comes to diet control😭

    I've doing this for 4years.. I've lost from 102kg to 78kg now without any diet.. from 3xl to L now.. trust me it so hard at first time, but after doing it 4times a week, it is so easy..

    I had lost 7kgs in a month by following this routine ...but now my weight reduction has slower down...im now losing slowly...i dont eat fast food,no juices, ...heavy breakfast ... rice with veggies for lunch and soup for dinner...mid snacks r imp..n nuts also...
    I have thyroid so i became over weight...now reducing slowly...i hate going to gym...by doing this along with pranayam...one can lose fats easily.... water is must..n always warm water...
    Make a 2weeks plan..n target 5kgs..u wil surely lose atleast 4kgs. In 2weeks....
    All the best to all friends who wana lose weight...

    I have been doing this since 1 year and I must say that I have become leaner and toned. My face glows and people around complement me about how toned I I look. I am a mother to two boys aged 7 and 5.

    I'm on the larger end of being plus size, but this routine is easy enough for me to follow a long with out having to make major changes. I have to make a few minor one but not many. I may not look as good as they do when I do it but it's the effort that counts, lol.

      Yeah I like it too, because it's an easier way to get into exercising away from the highly intense exercise videos. I like how it has the moments where it's slow for a minute, so your not dying the whole time. :)

      @@jagritishukla2783 Nah this is the only workout since I follow the 70/30 rule. Diet plays the main role and this workout is like a metabolism booster(once a day)
      Yup there's a considerable difference on my belly,under chin area & also the collarbone and my body feels so light than before

      @@dietitiannimra.7288 Nothing much I cut off the morning tea and drink lukewarm water instead(I drink it before every workout) Then eat the breakfast as usual but cut off the lunch (I eat nuts whenever I get hungry at this time)Next the evening tea with some snacks and then some smoothies or oat meal for the dinner. That's all

    OMG! This workout really works. I feel so good. I am 19 years old and start doing this work out and to be honest it works like magic.My weight is 75 kgs I try this for 3 months and lost 21.5 kgs and now I am 53.5 kgs. My target weight is 45 kgs I am gonna upload my after results more when I achieve my goal time to time. Good luck for all of them who are trying this.

      @@joyscelcia6315 I eat two times a day. In breakfast one or two eggs your choice and sometimes with bread or roti and also after I wake up in morning I take a hot glass of water. It is hot like tea and after that I done this dance workout and again take hot glass water and after 20_30 minutes take breakfast and I usually don't take lunch but if you want than eat salad, fruits and fresh fruits juice or almonds or peanuts if you want and also in evening I take hot water and before dinner again hot water and then eat whatever is made in your home whether it is rice or something but remember chew your food and eat slow this is very important in weight loss and also it has a lot of health benefits then before sleeping again drink hot water actually I drink a lot of hot water and trust me it helps a lot. After following this for sure you see a huge difference. God bless you stay happy stay healthy wish you luck to achieve your goa😊💕

    I lost 6kg in 2weeks , by following this workouts every morning before go to office and walk /jogging after work about 1 hour -1.20 minutes every day, except Sunday..
    Eat less rice n bread, drink more water n green tea 3 cups a day..it’s work ☺️❤️

    I did this daily as a teen and it became so easy I could get passed the warmup with barely breaking a sweat. Now at 21 I can’t even make it through the warmup. I used to love doing this as a teen, it was so much fun and I was so happy, so when decided to see what I could do and seeing how far I’ve fallen has given me a renewed drive for getting fit

    i did this today . i also did this 6years ago consistently for 3months just to lose weight and stopped when my goal was reached. i cried so much when my body remembered ALL the steps. its beeeeen so long since i am this happy. 😭😭😭😭😭

      same. did this 2 years ago.. i lost 25kg for 6months with low carb diet.. then i get satisfied, i get back to my old habit, eating sweets and more carbs. so. 70kg, i went up to 96 kg. Now its been 12 days, doing this again.. and i am losing weight.. Iessons learned, that this is lifetime commitment...

    This work out is legit. i had lost 11 kg's before by following this workout. now after my pregnancy i have gained again. and i started this workout 3 days back. since then i have lost 1 kg in 3 days . I'm monitoring my diet too using my fitness pal app. as per that i'm consuming 1200 calories daily pus this workout. cant wait to see the results . Will update here after a week :)
    25 feb update : i lost 3 kg (6 pounds) so far and lost 1 and half inch from my waist . yaay :)

    I love this routine so much! I remember my first time doing it all the way through around a month or two ago; I threw my back out from chest bumping and had to take a couple breaks in between. Now I can dance through the entire half hour no problem! I’ve started doing this every day just four days ago, I’m so ready to get in better shape during quarantine. Best of wishes to everyone!

    204 lbs.. 52 year old female, just found and completed the workout.. totally never exercise near a mirror.. almost gave up lol.. was breathing heavy and broke out a sweat but do I ever feel amazing. Going to do this every day!! It’s only 30 minutes and I know I can 😊

    I lost 4 kgs in 1 month when I did this regularly. 2 more kgs when I did it once a week for a month for a total of 6kgs(2 months). I did few other excercises in combination on alternate days . Balanced diet with fruits for lunch. Lady Bipasha's moves do work for your body guys, plus you enjoy it so no possibility of procastination.

    I have purchased a CD almost 7 years back. This work out by them is not carried out in one go. There was a section of making of this workout. Multiple small sections are connected. No doubt exercise is great. I did it 6 years back had a break and now doing it again. I am doing regularly since 1 month. I didn't loose weight but feeling fresh for whole day. Thanks bips!!

    I just wanted to say that i used to be a dancer (like a million years ago) and did all the aerobics of the time and the dreaded gym to keep some semblance of a body after a knee injury ended my dance career. over the years i've done cardio with no joy at all (just get it done) then i contracted a virus, ended up with chronic fatigue for years.. i've been slowly building my energy and strength back up.. so this morning i walked for an hour and did my 15 mins weight.. found THIS video (randomly) was gobsmacked at how gorgeous they all are - thought i'd just do a little bit.. everytime i went to turn it off i had to keep doing it !!! i did the whole thing! i had SO much fun.. i also realised how static (we women especially) i had become through the hips.. it's gonna take me awhile to loosen up and move like these girls again and find my dance rhythm (if you'd been watching me today you would have been in hysterics) ... i wanted to give a HUGE BIG thank you to the Bipasha Basu team from Byron Bay Australia of rte-igniting and re-inspiring me... going to do this everyday... happy and thrilled. :) xxxx

    I`ve never seen such a professional edited video with a workout program! Congratulations, this was absolutely amazing. The lights, the shooting angles, the sound, the background comments/ explanations, the preparing signs on the screen with the coming up exercises, the smooth and agile moves, all these were perfectly and beautifully fitting together. And on top of that, there was a charm and delight you could feel during the whole performance. I loved it! I saved this video to my favorites, and I will definitely come back to it. Thumb up!

    Thank you very much for these workout! I am over 35 years old, but I feel stronger than I did at 20! Working out has made my life better!
    For me, starting is always the hardest part, but once I begin, I always realize how glad I am that I managed to motivate myself, even if it's just for a short video! I always feel so much better after I've finished. I also try to give people a bit of motivation (on my Channel) to take that first, hardest step because they definitely won't regret it.

    I don't know why there are so many negative comments on this video. Honestly I had a great time doing it that I didn't even pay attention to the time. Usually I do because working out is a painful task for me and I absolutely hate it. But this was super fun and amazing.

    Other than any other exercises i sweat more in this... I lost 5kgs with a proper diet in 2 weeks... I too was just sitting and watching it simply.. Encourage yourself to get better results.. Have a low calorie diet and do this.. You will surely loose 5 kg in 2 week... I did this all day... So dont hesitate yourself.. If i can u too can... All the best guys

      @@baviyuva2440 i usually used to drink sabja seed water with lemon and honey... It will make ur stomach full... For lunch i took rava dosa (dont mix dosa maavu)or chapathi or basil flour dosa... If u take rice.. Be sure with the quantity u take... For dinner i used to take fruits (mosambi, orange)... I used to this aerobics and cardio for 10 mins daily... If u follow this strictly u will sure see the results... Once u see ur weight drop.. It will give more confidence... All the best for ur weight loss journey

    Being doing this for a 2 week nw with a healthy diet lost 2 kgs... it really works for me... once you do it 4,5 times then you get used to it.... a great workout for stay at home moms well done...

      Yes, 100 Percent sure!! :) I lost 6 kilograms and 3 inches from my belly :) its hard really. I am not eating rice and i lessen my carbohydrates in my diet. More of Protein, fruits and vegies. Do this routine twice a day plus healthy diet :)

    Love it! I lost 6 kg in 4 weeks with this routine and Leslie Sansone's "Walk at home" for 4 times a week. Much better than a dull stationary bike or treadmill for cardio workout.

    I first found this workout at 180 pounds and ended up at 130 that was 8 years ago I gained so much weight after graduating high school and I’ve restarted my routine again I’m 250 pounds now some how with more stamina to do this then when I was 180 but I’m on day 3 and I already feel the effects it’s the only work out I’ve ever stuck to because of the sheer energy I’m hoping to loose weight again to help with my heart issues but it’s always fun going along with them ❤

    Hi Bipasha Di,
    I am person with deafness. I use hearing aids and verbal communication. But despite of using hearing aids I only can hear the sound so I can hear music. But I cannot listen sharply pronunciation of the speakers without following lip reading. So Can you please add English subtitles then I will enjoy more and will be motivated. Then I can share with my friends for this dance. I really love this a lot. I do it everyday. I am not saying that you have to add this subtitles only for me. But many deaf people are there they can also enjoy. Generally we are excluded from the world of songs and musics. I will be happy at least only for this one.
    I will be thankful if you kindly respond and help.

    Although I sweat like crazy it's a pretty good workout. I've been doing this workouts and although at times I felt like I wasn't loosing anything, I went from 190 to currently 179 pounds. i have more to go but giving up isn't an option

      It took me 3 months to lose them, I have not weighed myself but I'm now a size 12 again 😃 I've been doing this workout for over 6 months, I do it as a break free moment, a pre workout before my actual workout. I highly recommend mixing it with other intense workouts because your body will get used to this and not burn as much calories anymore. I'm mixing this with Billy Blanks TaeBo and jogging, my stomach is getting flatter while toning up my muscles.

    Enjoyed it . Doing it everyday now. It leaves me fully sweating at the end of 30 minutes which is my goal. I am following this with a reasonably healthy diet. I have to see if it works. But I really enjoy the moves makes me feel very active .

      +Dilara Öz yes I could loose some puffiness on my face and I lost a few pounds . But doing it regularly and combining with a good diet is important. I also do another half hour of other exercises as I need more intense work outs . Yeah you can loose weight but diet plays a role too .

    Just wanted to drop a comment and say thank you for this dance exercise workout.
    I have been doing this for almost a month just to keep fit and active.
    I actually use this as my warmup then do other more intense exercises. (still a beginner though) but this has helped me a lot
    The first time I did it, I nearly died half way through lol, but now when I finish this I feel so alive and ready to take on any other workouts.
    So, thank you!
    And for those reading I definitely recommend it. I can't stand commentary boring routines, this is actually fun :)

    Iv been practicing for this workout since 2017... And its very wonderful experience.. results are very strong.. highly recommend.. most enjoyable and easy break free workout..must try

    I did follow this exercise in 2016-17 . Back then I only weighed around 60-61 kg. After that I continued to walking and stayed fit..During and after corona I gained my weight so much and didn’t even care about my weight!
    I'm really going to start this one again!

    I'm disabled and tried this for the first time this evening, in the pool to lessen the impact on my joints. I only got through 10-15 minutes of the workout but it was a fun challenge and now I'm determined to keep trying. I've lost 47kgs on my journey so far and though it won't 'cure' my disabilities, keeping active means I'll be as mobile as possible for as long as possible and have fun doing it.

      +Athena Andrews Don't worry if you don't perform all the moves like they do. The important thing with Aerobics is to stay in motion, so don't stop when you don't get something, keep marching, or simply doing the footwork and you'll be fine :-)

    This dance workout helped me a lot!!! Lost five pound in 2weeks. But with diet ofcourse. But I must say that this dance workout is a miracle worker. Love this so much.

      So do I like very much. When I go in to other work out video it’s too boring also not using your whole body moves. I changed low low carb diet helped me immensely and keep loosing it not that I want to have less weight but only doing it for firming body and flexions. I hope you are still at it. I wish you the best for your goal. : ) YAY
