I've doing this for 4years.. I've lost from 102kg to 78kg now without any diet.. from 3xl to L now.. trust me it so hard at first time, but after doing it 4times a week, it is so easy..
I had lost 7kgs in a month by following this routine ...but now my weight reduction has slower down...im now losing slowly...i dont eat fast food,no juices, ...heavy breakfast ... rice with veggies for lunch and soup for dinner...mid snacks r imp..n nuts also... I have thyroid so i became over weight...now reducing slowly...i hate going to gym...by doing this along with pranayam...one can lose fats easily.... water is must..n always warm water... I'm on the larger end of being plus size, but this routine is easy enough for me to follow a long with out having to make major changes. I have to make a few minor one but not many. I may not look as good as they do when I do it but it's the effort that counts, lol.
Yeah I like it too, because it's an easier way to get into exercising away from the highly intense exercise videos. I like how it has the moments where it's slow for a minute, so your not dying the whole time. :)

OMG! This workout really works. I feel so good. I am 19 years old and start doing this work out and to be honest it works like magic.My weight is 75 kgs I try this for 3 months and lost 21.5 kgs and now I am 53.5 kgs. It is hot like tea and after that I done this dance workout and again take hot glass water and after 20_30 minutes take breakfast and I usually don't take lunch but if you want than eat salad, fruits and fresh fruits juice or almonds or peanuts if you want and also in evening I take hot water and before dinner again hot water and then eat whatever is made in your home whether it is rice or something but remember chew your food and eat slow this is very important in weight loss and also it has a lot of health benefits then before sleeping again drink hot water actually I drink a lot of hot water and trust me it helps a lot. I did this daily as a teen and it became so easy I could get passed the warmup with barely breaking a sweat. Now at 21 I can’t even make it through the warmup. I used to love doing this as a teen, it was so much fun and I was so happy, so when decided to see what I could do and seeing how far I’ve fallen has given me a renewed drive for getting fit

I love this routine so much! I remember my first time doing it all the way through around a month or two ago; I threw my back out from chest bumping and had to take a couple breaks in between. I lost 4 kgs in 1 month when I did this regularly. 2 more kgs when I did it once a week for a month for a total of 6kgs(2 months). I did few other excercises in combination on alternate days . Balanced diet with fruits for lunch. Lady Bipasha's moves do work for your body guys, plus you enjoy it so no possibility of procastination.

I have purchased a CD almost 7 years back. This work out by them is not carried out in one go. There was a section of making of this workout. Multiple small sections are connected. I just wanted to say that i used to be a dancer (like a million years ago) and did all the aerobics of the time and the dreaded gym to keep some semblance of a body after a knee injury ended my dance career. over the years i've done cardio with no joy at all (just get it done) then i contracted a virus, ended up with chronic fatigue for years.. i've been slowly building my energy and strength back up.. so this morning i walked for an hour and did my 15 mins weight.. found THIS video (randomly) was gobsmacked at how gorgeous they all are - thought i'd just do a little bit.. everytime i went to turn it off i had to keep doing it !!! i did the whole thing! i had SO much fun.. i also realised how static (we women especially) i had become through the hips.. it's gonna take me awhile to loosen up and move like these girls again and find my dance rhythm (if you'd been watching me today you would have been in hysterics) ... i wanted to give a HUGE BIG thank you to the Bipasha Basu team from Byron Bay Australia of rte-igniting and re-inspiring me... going to do this everyday... happy and thrilled. :) xxxx
I`ve never seen such a professional edited video with a workout program! Congratulations, this was absolutely amazing. The lights, the shooting angles, the sound, the background comments/ explanations, the preparing signs on the screen with the coming up exercises, the smooth and agile moves, all these were perfectly and beautifully fitting together. Thank you very much for these workout! I am over 35 years old, but I feel stronger than I did at 20! Working out has made my life better! For me, starting is always the hardest part, but once I begin, I always realize how glad I am that I managed to motivate myself, even if it's just for a short video! I always feel so much better after I've finished. I also try to give people a bit of motivation (on my Channel) to take that first, hardest step because they definitely won't regret it. I don't know why there are so many negative comments on this video. Honestly I had a great time doing it that I didn't even pay attention to the time. Usually I do because working out is a painful task for me and I absolutely hate it. But this was super fun and amazing.
I think the same it was funny and I didn't realize how the time is past. But the movements were so difficult for me. I need to practise. I think I will get better by trying more.

If u take rice.. Be sure with the quantity u take... For dinner i used to take fruits (mosambi, orange)... I used to this aerobics and cardio for 10 mins daily... If u follow this strictly u will sure see the results... Once u see ur weight drop.. It will give more confidence... All the best for ur weight loss journey

I first found this workout at 180 pounds and ended up at 130 that was 8 years ago I gained so much weight after graduating high school and I’ve restarted my routine again I’m 250 pounds now some how with more stamina to do this then when I was 180 but I’m on day 3 and I already feel the effects it’s the only work out I’ve ever stuck to because of the sheer energy I’m hoping to loose weight again to help with my heart issues but it’s always fun going along with them ❤
Hi Bipasha Di, I am person with deafness. I use hearing aids and verbal communication. But despite of using hearing aids I only can hear the sound so I can hear music. But I cannot listen sharply pronunciation of the speakers without following lip reading. So Can you please add English subtitles then I will enjoy more and will be motivated. Then I can share with my friends for this dance. I really love this a lot. I do it everyday. I am not saying that you have to add this subtitles only for me. But many deaf people are there they can also enjoy. Generally we are excluded from the world of songs and musics. I will be happy at least only for this one. Although I sweat like crazy it's a pretty good workout. I've been doing this workouts and although at times I felt like I wasn't loosing anything, I went from 190 to currently 179 pounds. i have more to go but giving up isn't an option
It took me 3 months to lose them, I have not weighed myself but I'm now a size 12 again 😃 I've been doing this workout for over 6 months, I do it as a break free moment, a pre workout before my actual workout. I highly recommend mixing it with other intense workouts because your body will get used to this and not burn as much calories anymore. I'm mixing this with Billy Blanks TaeBo and jogging, my stomach is getting flatter while toning up my muscles.

Just wanted to drop a comment and say thank you for this dance exercise workout. I have been doing this for almost a month just to keep fit and active. I actually use this as my warmup then do other more intense exercises. (still a beginner though) but this has helped me a lot The first time I did it, I nearly died half way through lol, but now when I finish this I feel so alive and ready to take on any other workouts. I did follow this exercise in 2016-17 . Back then I only weighed around 60-61 kg. After that I continued to walking and stayed fit..During and after corona I gained my weight so much and didn’t even care about my weight! I'm really going to start this one again!
I'm disabled and tried this for the first time this evening, in the pool to lessen the impact on my joints. I only got through 10-15 minutes of the workout but it was a fun challenge and now I'm determined to keep trying. I've lost 47kgs on my journey so far and though it won't 'cure' my disabilities, keeping active means I'll be as mobile as possible for as long as possible and have fun doing it.

I'm on the larger end of being plus size, but this routine is easy enough for me to follow a long with out having to make major changes. I have to make a few minor one but not many. I may not look as good as they do when I do it but it's the effort that counts, lol.

OMG! This workout really works. I feel so good. I am 19 years old and start doing this work out and to be honest it works like magic.My weight is 75 kgs I try this for 3 months and lost 21.5 kgs and now I am 53.5 kgs. It is hot like tea and after that I done this dance workout and again take hot glass water and after 20_30 minutes take breakfast and I usually don't take lunch but if you want than eat salad, fruits and fresh fruits juice or almonds or peanuts if you want and also in evening I take hot water and before dinner again hot water and then eat whatever is made in your home whether it is rice or something but remember chew your food and eat slow this is very important in weight loss and also it has a lot of health benefits then before sleeping again drink hot water actually I drink a lot of hot water and trust me it helps a lot. I did this daily as a teen and it became so easy I could get passed the warmup with barely breaking a sweat. Now at 21 I can’t even make it through the warmup. This work out is legit. i had lost 11 kg's before by following this workout. now after my pregnancy i have gained again. and i started this workout 3 days back. since then i have lost 1 kg in 3 days . I'm monitoring my diet too using my fitness pal app. as per that i'm consuming 1200 calories daily pus this workout. cant wait to see the results . Will update here after a week :)

I love this routine so much! I remember my first time doing it all the way through around a month or two ago; I threw my back out from chest bumping and had to take a couple breaks in between. I lost 4 kgs in 1 month when I did this regularly. 2 more kgs when I did it once a week for a month for a total of 6kgs(2 months). I did few other excercises in combination on alternate days . Balanced diet with fruits for lunch. Lady Bipasha's moves do work for your body guys, plus you enjoy it so no possibility of procastination.

I have purchased a CD almost 7 years back. This work out by them is not carried out in one go. There was a section of making of this workout. Multiple small sections are connected. I just wanted to say that i used to be a dancer (like a million years ago) and did all the aerobics of the time and the dreaded gym to keep some semblance of a body after a knee injury ended my dance career. over the years i've done cardio with no joy at all (just get it done) then i contracted a virus, ended up with chronic fatigue for years.. i've been slowly building my energy and strength back up.. so this morning i walked for an hour and did my 15 mins weight.. found THIS video (randomly) was gobsmacked at how gorgeous they all are - thought i'd just do a little bit.. everytime i went to turn it off i had to keep doing it !!! i did the whole thing! i had SO much fun.. i also realised how static (we women especially) i had become through the hips.. it's gonna take me awhile to loosen up and move like these girls again and find my dance rhythm (if you'd been watching me today you would have been in hysterics) ... i wanted to give a HUGE BIG thank you to the Bipasha Basu team from Byron Bay Australia of rte-igniting and re-inspiring me... going to do this everyday... happy and thrilled. :) xxxx

For me, starting is always the hardest part, but once I begin, I always realize how glad I am that I managed to motivate myself, even if it's just for a short video! I don't know why there are so many negative comments on this video. Honestly I had a great time doing it that I didn't even pay attention to the time. Usually I do because working out is a painful task for me and I absolutely hate it. But this was super fun and amazing.

If u take rice.. Be sure with the quantity u take... For dinner i used to take fruits (mosambi, orange)... I used to this aerobics and cardio for 10 mins daily... If u follow this strictly u will sure see the results... Once u see ur weight drop.. It will give more confidence... All the best for ur weight loss journey

I first found this workout at 180 pounds and ended up at 130 that was 8 years ago I gained so much weight after graduating high school and I’ve restarted my routine again I’m 250 pounds now some how with more stamina to do this then when I was 180 but I’m on day 3 and I already feel the effects it’s the only work out I’ve ever stuck to because of the sheer energy I’m hoping to loose weight again to help with my heart issues but it’s always fun going along with them ❤

I am person with deafness. I use hearing aids and verbal communication. But despite of using hearing aids I only can hear the sound so I can hear music. But I cannot listen sharply pronunciation of the speakers without following lip reading. So Can you please add English subtitles then I will enjoy more and will be motivated. Then I can share with my friends for this dance. I really love this a lot. I do it everyday. I am not saying that you have to add this subtitles only for me. But many deaf people are there they can also enjoy. Generally we are excluded from the world of songs and musics. I will be happy at least only for this one.

Although I sweat like crazy it's a pretty good workout. I've been doing this workouts and although at times I felt like I wasn't loosing anything, I went from 190 to currently 179 pounds. i have more to go but giving up isn't an option

It took me 3 months to lose them, I have not weighed myself but I'm now a size 12 again 😃 I've been doing this workout for over 6 months, I do it as a break free moment, a pre workout before my actual workout. I highly recommend mixing it with other intense workouts because your body will get used to this and not burn as much calories anymore. I'm mixing this with Billy Blanks TaeBo and jogging, my stomach is getting flatter while toning up my muscles.

Ty I did it again. As 57 years with 4 adult kids. I feel good of myself and always received a good compliments especially I started your video that I am back again in my toned body and energy. Feels and look young as my friends and strangers amazed to see me in this age. Always ask me what my secrets. I said in touch with God, forgive and love and do the exercise like this lol. Enjoyed it . Doing it everyday now. It leaves me fully sweating at the end of 30 minutes which is my goal. I am following this with a reasonably healthy diet. I have to see if it works. But I really enjoy the moves makes me feel very active .

+Dilara Öz yes I could loose some puffiness on my face and I lost a few pounds . But doing it regularly and combining with a good diet is important. I also do another half hour of other exercises as I need more intense work outs . Yeah you can loose weight but diet plays a role too .

I have been doing this for almost a month just to keep fit and active.
I actually use this as my warmup then do other more intense exercises. (still a beginner though) but this has helped me a lot
The first time I did it, I nearly died half way through lol, but now when I finish this I feel so alive and ready to take on any other workouts.

I did follow this exercise in 2016-17 . Back then I only weighed around 60-61 kg. After that I continued to walking and stayed fit..During and after corona I gained my weight so much and didn’t even care about my weight!

Good luck! This really is the best workout video I have ever seen.
I'm disabled and tried this for the first time this evening, in the pool to lessen the impact on my joints. I only got through 10-15 minutes of the workout but it was a fun challenge and now I'm determined to keep trying. I've lost 47kgs on my journey so far and though it won't 'cure' my disabilities, keeping active means I'll be as mobile as possible for as long as possible and have fun doing it.
I'm disabled, too.Anyway I'm trying to complete these exercises but , the most important thing is keep on moving

So do I like very much. When I go in to other work out video it’s too boring also not using your whole body moves. I changed low low carb diet helped me immensely and keep loosing it not that I want to have less weight but only doing it for firming body and flexions. I hope you are still at it.
