I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

    My fiends wife has started Bipasa Basu' s 30 mts fat burning execise. She is house wife have one cute daughter, since last 20 days. You wont believe fatty lady has lost almost 8.5 kgs weight.She is taking A fresh ,one glass and Herbals hake also with full lunch.
    I would request Bipasajee to tell about breaths also along with this Exercise- when to inhale and when exhale.

    I don't find this harder than the beginner version, but I love them both :)
    The only thing that annoys me a bit is the Love Yourself music in the background and I wish they'd tell you when to switch sides.
    I especially need this for the stretching part, cause in order to stretch you have to keep your head down and aligned with your body. So just let the ppl know when to switch pls!
    I switch workouts quiet frequently cause I get bored easily and that kills my motivation, but I always love coming back and pay this a visit :)

    This is one of the awesome videos i have seen..i have been to gyms, i hav been following many other trainers but trust me k found u the best so far!The best part is that evrything has been shown with so mch clarity and evry step has been made so easier and clear to do..Also the smile u wear and the way u perform those moves..slowly nd calmly definitely provides relaxation rather than exursion!

    Im doing this workout for nearly 6 months now and barely lost any weight but I can surely say that I did not gain any weight despite eating what I want but yes i feel that weight is just nothing when it comes to apperance
    I have surely changed looks wise
    Give your try people don't go for weight loss do it for yourself and you will eventually fall in love with yourself 🤗

      Thats great.After this second delivery, i have started this workout with target of loosing 10 kgs.giving myself 2 months.
      i had lost 15 kgs post 1st delivery by doing bipasha and mark anthonys workout in 2.5 months .unfortunatly lost that cd.It was amazing :-)

    Fabulous work, Bipasha! When I was 14, I made so many attempts at fitness. Eventually, I just felt pilates was too hard and quit. I am 27 now and am feeling inspired once again to give challenging exercises another go! Hopefully, I have a better mind to engage them now!

      now i have reduced total 25 kg in last 6 month.
      so guys i followed this routine and aerobics of Bipasha basu.. and after 2 month i changed this routine with cardio of Bipasha basu..so basically,
      first 2 months : aerobics + this routine
      3rd and 4th month: aerobics + cardio of Bipasha basu
      5th and 6t month : again aerobics and this routine.
      right now i am doing only one of the routine in a day. alternating daily but.
      and in diet i followed gluten free diet (rice, different types if dal in less oil, fruits etc.) it helped me lot.. it is healthy way.
      search the gluten free term in google and you will get an idea of what to eat and what not!
      imp: big no to cheese , butter, and fried food!

    I have been doing this from past three years on and off.. this is a wonderful total body workout, i am not sure about weight loss, since it depends on different parameters but you will be in good shape if u do this ..👍

    Bipasa's wonderful job for which l was lacking or lagging behind .This will prove more beneficial instantly to burn calories & precisely decrease the weight & improve upon the BMI.Although l knew but certain more moves can enhance the arobic workouts.

    Both the beginners and advanced workouts of the "Fit & Fabulous You" series are excellent and very well explanatory. Thank you Bipasha & Deanne. Just loved those moves! Just a few questions arrived in my mind while watching those videos. If possible please answer. First I want to know, is there any age limit of doing these exercises? I mean, I'm just 24. Height 5' 1". But this is not the first time I am doing exercise. I've been doing yoga for the past few years and I surely got noticeable results! I lost several kilos of my fat. I initially started doing yoga for loosing weight. But now I do it only to maintain the weight. Besides I want to be fit and have a nice figure. I don't want a muscular body. Just want to tone my body to look fit as well as beautiful enough. So, can I do these exercises? Next I want to know is, the beginners moves are to be done for how long? I mean after how many days or months I can start doing those advanced moves? And how much weights (dumbbells) should be taken? Would 1 kilo each be enough? In fact, I can't take more than that!

      s_koley I also want to know that, can I continue yoga with these? Like, divide the weekly exercise routine into parts. May be 3-4 days of yoga and the rests are these exercises for a change to cut out the boredom? By the way, I do exercise daily.

    Loved it. Sweated a flood. It was hard to do the move correctly. Consistency will help u get there. I just hope you would had told when we need to switch our arms or legs. Anyway thank you for the free work out bipasha basu.

    I've been doing bipasha's work out since 1 month 15 days i am feeling really good after doing this workout but i didn't lose even 1 kg yet......
    Is half hour excercise is enough for weight loss or i have to do more??

      Probably you are overeating, because this workout is pretty intense and does burn a lot of calories.

    I like the way u stay so cool and how u have made workout so easy :) Love you BB!I have tried 3 of your routines nd found each one amazing..now waiting for the results..hoping for the best!But i feel so good from the inside after ur workoutd especially the last few yoga steps..that really releases all the stress nd pain from the body after intense workout!
