I attempted this exercise years ago and couldn't able to walk for two days😂.
I started it again yesterday in an attempt to lose weight. I want to go from 63 kg to 45 kg. I will inform you all on my progress.
03/12/23 -> 63 kg
I have been continuing this & results are really satisfactory.
17/02/24 -> 57 kg
I'm just walking now since Feb.
27/09/24 -> 52 kg
God .... Same.... 2021 i did it for 4 weeks. First week itself lost 2 kgs, then nothing. My ankle started hurting badly so i stopped after a few months i did ... But not regularly. Starting again now. First 7 days we need to do this without much effort, with ease. I do 4 instead of 8 times. Then we'll get used

@@tasneemmajid8829 sorry i stopped in between. As i said i have done this exercise two years back. Ome month i lost 3 kg. So 3 months almost 10 kg. With normal south indian home food. Just avoided sweets completely and fried food.

I have been doing this exercise on and off for 9 years now. When I have a gap in workout or an injury this one is good low impact to get back into routine. Really love this one.
I never lost weight with this workout alone. Always had to add brisk walk and strength training to make a dent.
Oh my god this is low impact?? To me it feels like I'm dying just doing this alone

I am doing this excercise twice in a day.
In the morning after 30 min of morning walk and in the evening after 30 min of evening walk
Also I am following healthy diet and I have stopped eating street food junk food fried food .
I am loosing 2 kg in a week.
2 weeks ago when this workout was not in my daily routine I was able to loose only 1 kg in a week.
But now after including this workout in my daily routine the fat burning process has increased two times faster than before.
2 kg in a week not a matter of jokes....

This is a good workout, but whenever I do this daily my old injury ankle pain resurfaces. This time again I have started but instead of the single foot jumps I do double feet. Hopefully, this time I will be able to continue.
