it has been 5 months already of me doing this exercise everyday ! N was really satisfied by the results.. its highly recommended by my side..
usually exercised it every morning after having hot lemon water (without salt n sugar) and some amount of fruits...
it also makes u stay active whole day long n u start feeling refreshed
basically i'm 19 years indian girl..had 56 kgs of weight before 5 months and now have reduced it to 50kgs only

found it little bit hard in my initial days but after 2 to 3 month got used to it
piece of advice: *don't follow vedios claiming weight reduction in weeks or so.. as they are not at all effective..
*stay motivated and full of dedication towards your goal

*just make sure you eat healthy and exercise regularly
*stay away from sugar or food containing sugar

Guys! I been doing this for a month now and I'm seeing actual results. Tho I can't go above 15 mins in this workout I pair it with intermittent fasting (18:6) I lost 10 kgs in 5 weeks. hoping to lose another 10kgs and show to those people who make fun of me. Wish me luck

I lost 8 kgs in two months by doing this and dieting...
I have been doing it for 2 months without fail as part of the 75 hard challenge. It helped me lose weight and get into shape as I put on so much weight during pregnancy. Tried so many things and finally ended up here. Feel great and more confident now. Don't worry if you couldn't do it in one stretch. Just keep going. Consistency is the key. Trust me! Make drink of 5 Bay leaves , 2 spoon Anise , 2 Cinnamon sticks by boiling for 15 minutes and drink one big cup of it in morning on empty stomach and 1 big cup of it at evening 2 hours before food . Also, add 2 tablespoons of dabur honey or any good quality honey with half lemon squeezed in it . It will help u lose weight . Also do racing for 30 min/ day and climb 20( up+down = 1 count ) stairs everyday either in morning or evening . I am doing it it morning to get fresh air . You will see amazing results out of this .
Also , eat as usual . But avoid junk food .

Sorry to say this, but 995 calories a day is not enough and not healthy. You will gain all the weight once you're eating normally again.

8 years and this is still one of the best workouts out there. So effective and fun!! I tried this a few years ago but left it after a month due to health issues. I am going to try this again starting tomorrow. All the best to everyone here

Edit : its a tip. Don't breathe with mouth... Try to not breathe with mouth... Keep breathing with nose it will help to do it for long and your throat will not dry out soon..

Actually it works when you do it completely... And if u feel u can't do it anymore so just march for a while and then continue... The last session is important for fast and good result or else u will end up with pain and uneasiness...

I started this workout @ 87.6kgs on April 5, 2021 without dieting. On June 21, 2021 (Almost 3months later), I weighed @86.5kgs (just 1.1kgs lost). I felt I needed to do something about my diet, so I dropped rice, wheat products, sugar and maize flour products( I am Kenyan so we eat a lot of maize flour products) from my menu. Today August 2, 2021 I weigh 79kgs. I have lost 7.5kgs in 1 month 2 weeks. My waistline is much slimmer, my tummy is flattening and I look awesome already. The secret for me has been dieting and having this workout 6 days a week. My target is 70kgs so I soldier on. Thank you Bipasha.

It is difficult, especially when someone is over weight like myself. I have never been able to do it completely. I usually fast forward from push ups to single leg hops and those 20 minutes are exhausting for me.

+Camilla Rulffs I did this 4 times a week. The whole 30 minutes program. But I would suggest you to put a sweater on so you can burn more calories. It warms up your body and it's more effective. I did nothing more. And you should drink 2L water per day. I lost a lot of fat. I used to lose only some pounds with the exercises that I used to do in the past but this made me lose fat.

I don't know....but it's a really good exercise. If you can't change you diet you can just put less salt in foods an eat less sugar. Even and I coffe it's more healthier if you put black sugar. Add and vegetables in your foods. Tomatoes are good for reducing fat. And drink plenty of water

You'd lose 300 to 400 calories depending on your body type.. doing it every day except sunday will result in 1800 or 2400 burned calories. That's HALF A POUND a week. Do it for 3 month you would lose 6 pounds 3KILO. if you eat without a diet...
Now do it two times every day with a 900 calories diet.. You will burn 600 to 800 Cal that is 3600 to 4800 a week. So this will lead yo to burn all the layers of fat automatically. Because you eat 900 cal a day that is 5400 cal week.. and you burn up to 4800 a week.
There is no magical way around fitness. Dedication. Patience. Commitment, Three words that will make you be yourself, but you got to aim for long term change and lifestyle. If you want to change your body you have to change you habits. All the laziness will go and will be committed to something new in your life and you will feel good about yourself. You will be more confident and flexible. So you need to start NOW! like I did. I was a lazy person. Now I cannot even sit around to write this in youtube, but I love to share my experience with others. I hope this will motivate you to start. Don't say I am gonna do it tomorrow. Start now! My mother used to do this workout when it came out 6-7 years ago. I was 10 years old then and as a kid I loved it, I used to follow along with her. I didn't realise it was actually keeping me fit, no wonder I won all my track event throughout middle school. Now I'm 16 trying to lose all my quarantine gained weight lol. @@wificouple731 how many times in a day? Funny. Why would you do more than once. You can do 60min but no need for few times a day...
And there isa huge factor in how much weight you need to lose!! If you need to lose just few kg, for sure you won't lose 8kg in a month, if you have some serious number of kilos lo lose, then yes, it is possible to lose that much.

***EDIT: For all those who said I was starving myself, I was NOT doing that at all. In fact I was doing quite the opposite actually. I ate more than I did before my diet, but I ate ONLY HEALTHY FOODS. HEALTHY FOODS DO NOT HAVE A LOT OF CALORIES AT ALL. Please understand that a 1000 calorie diet with vegetables, fruits, grains and some dairy products is a lot of food consumed in a day. 4 chocolate chip cookies may be 1000 calories but 2 CUPS of spinach is less than 20 CALORIES.

I've been doing this exercise for ONE entire month. Two times everyday (after breakfast and after lunch). Also, I went on a 1000 calorie diet and drank 8 cups of water everyday. I lost 14 pounds during the month! (I was originally 121 pounds at 5'1) now I'm 107 pounds! Trust me this workout really works! You just need to discipline yourself, cut your calories, and drink lots of water to fuel your body.
+Rida Asad I had a low-carb low-fat diet. I mainly ate fish for my protein (salmon & tuna), had some oats for breakfast and sometimes even vegetable/fruit smoothies with spinach, kale, pineapples, bananas, carrots, mangos and unsweetened almond milk. I didn't eat much rice and bread but I replaced white rice with a smaller portion of brown rice and replaced white bread with double fiber bread (less calories & carbs, more fiber).

Hello 👋 I am 5.1 and 127 lb and I think 100th range is the limit on the small frame but you wasn't overly optimistic but restrictive and 1000 calories is not recommend and nobody else should take that advice . Sorry but you will gain weight as soon you'll eat normal and restrictions is yo yo diet.
+Glory “Isabel” M I'm not gaining weight or losing weight anymore. I stopped working out as much since I'm happy with my current weight but I'm still eating 1000 calories a day. That calorie intake is pretty normal for me now, I just eat healthy low-calorie foods like vegetables and fish and it just adds up to about 1000 calories. But I think 127 pounds for 5'1 is a little bit on the heavy side. You might be at risk of becoming overweight.
+poppyseedless NOOOO you have to calculate your daily needs for calories and then you can take out about 300-400 calories! Going on a 1000 calorie diet without knowing your daily needs for calories can be super harmful for your organism :/
To everyone struggling I promise you would be suprised at what your body can do. You can actually do the whole workout physically but your mind is creating a barrier so push past it! It's more of a mental thing than a physical, our bodies are amazing and are capable of far greater things than we realise.
That is right to the point ! When we feel like we can't do it it's the mind that is thinking that because all the fear it has and there is a voice that tell us to stop ! We should ignore it and keep up exercising !

Two years ago I started doing all of Bipasha's workouts, about one or two per day. Of course there were times (weeks, sometimes a month or two) I didn't do anything, but I always started again. I used to continuously do this workout in 2019. I found it so effective and lost 7 kgs in 3 months.
In October 2019 my weight was 60 kg and after my weight loss it was 53 kg… But after the lockdown, I stopped this exercise and was eating new unhealthy food along with my meals.. Then my weight increased by 10 kg 😢 and now my weight is 63kgs
again I have started this workout session with quitting sugar and outdoor food.

I hope you don’t mind if I share my past experience with this workout. This video has helped me a lot in my previous weight loss program. I do this workout 30 minutes just before I go for 5-10km jog in the afternoon from 5-6PM, and I did these routines everyday. In just a month and two weeks I lose 17KGs that is from 100kgs to 83kgs. I eat heavy meal only in the early morning 7-8AM, the heaviest meal would be fried chicken with coconut milk fragrant rice or in our local we called it ‘nasi lemak’ and the least would be oat with few slices of green apple and 1 boiled egg. The reason why I ate my meals early is because I thought the food would already be digested later in the afternoon I mean by the time I went for jog. 10AM onwards I don’t bother to eat anything until I had finished the last routine which was dusk, but strictly to nuts and boiled egg.
My love for running or jogging is unconditional but for a better weight loss exercises I still prefer this unleash workout as it concentrates most area of our body to burn fats.

I've lost 1cm off my arms, and my legs and belly are more defined. To make this workout more effective, I am in a calorie deficit and trying intermittent fasting as well. We've got this!!

It's been a real journey, I feel great and the workout has become too easy so I decided to move onto more intense ones.
I haven't noticed any physical changes since the last time but I do feel better about myself.
This is a great workout to start your fitness journey with, but eventually the body gets used to it and more intensity is needed.

2020, corona time, home quarantine, I lost 8 kg in 3 months. This exercise daily, with 30 min spot jogging thrice a week .
And eating usuall food but lesser quantity. Less sweet and fried. With cheat days. Legs are more toned.
First few days cud do max 10 min. There's nothing u cn stop ur body if u hv determination .. its great how ur body can adapt and u become more stronger. You can do it everyone😊👏👏
First i should do 15 minutes and now i can go 30 mins aerobics and other exercises too and total duration for giving my body is 1hr and ya you are true that it helps to reduce weight very easily.

If you get body ache you can take some rest.
After reducing i can walk longer and climb steps easily.
Note: i had knee pain for few days. May b due to not doing exercise properly. I skipped jumping exercise. And took rest few days. Its fine now.
Slow walking for 60 min used to not help me much. There's no hurry so i have skipped few days. Give your body time... Not too much crash diet.

I am person with deafness. I use hearing aids and verbal communication. But despite of using hearing aids I only can hear the sound so I can hear music. But I cannot listen sharply pronunciation of the speakers without following lip reading. So Can you please add English subtitles what you are saying in the background then I will enjoy more and will be motivated. Then I can share with my friends for this dance. I really love this a lot. I do it everyday. I am not saying that you have to add this subtitles only for me. But many deaf people are there they can also enjoy. Generally we are excluded from the world of songs and musics. I will be happy at least only for this one.

Practicing this work out routine for 3 weeks continuing , sometimes i don't take the water break....keep going ahead to burn n burn ! Before 30 minutes i am now able to finish it, not only that after finishing this ...i do 15 minutes abs workout also ...reverse crunches, reach through, heel touches, up-down plank, etc.

That’s pretty cool though, I sometimes do 2-3 reps of one of Jordon Yeoh’s quick workouts after this.

A little tip
when you do it for the first time and it's hard so you wanna give up after 15 mins, just go rest for 10 mins (or more), go back and end this. You will feel better after a break and won't be so sweaty.

guys she is right .. i do it this way . i do this exercise for 10 mins then i pause for 3 mins then i do it for 10 min and pause for 3 min and i repeat . in this way my body gets to rest and i can complete this workout instead of giving up because of too much pain and hard exercise .
