Day 40 jump roping: Started at 75kg with 180cm height. Now I’m 71Kg, combined with a healthy diet with one cheat day per week. I never feel hungry and exhausted. Waking up is much easier and mood is much better! I love EXERCISING

Com 20 dias voltei a pular corda senão eu ia enlouquecer com a dor.. hoje posso dizer que estou menos pior.. a corda mudou minha vida e eu pulo todos os dias pra me manter de pé e conseguir seguir.. já estou magra de novo, com bem pouca barriga. I've always been slim and I am short. Since I gave birth 2 yrs ago,the breastfeeding made me gain to 72 kgs. I decided I cannot continue as it was affecting my confidence as a woman,wife and mom. Since I started doing your workout every day for 2 weeks now, I now weigh 66 kilos and going strong. Thank you Phoenix!!!You've been my motivation to get to my goal weight of 60kgs at least. Sorry to hear that motherhood has affected your self confidence. However it sounds like you are now in a better place since losing weight so well done. Movement is key so continue moving your body everyday some days workouts can be less intense than others so check that your body is recovered so when you turn up you can give it your BEST effort. I did this workout this morning and was surprised that not having the extra 5 seconds rest really amps up the workout. I love TPM!!!
RIGHT! I was actually suggesting to Winter to make some fat burning cardio workouts with a shorter rest and I am SO thankful she made this! I swear, I have done this workout like 5 times already and each time I am done, my endorphins kick in, I am out of breath (in a REALLY good way) and I feel FANTASTIC afterwards - regardless of the kind of day I am having, I just become a whole other happier person! Joan Nabusoba I’m sorry, how is the what going exactly? I feel great I usually jump rope 3-4 times a week but planning on jumping 5 times a week since my legs are finally starting to get use to it just have to find a good location to jump rope on my off days. Overall jump roping has improve my overall health in various ways especially doing this particular workout and others mixing up the variations and tricks. Hopefully that answers your question.

i drown myself in sweat and by the end of it i was so done that i only did 15 seconds jumping really fast and the others 25 seconds resting. it was my first day on this workout. i loved it!

Ok I honestly was supprised I was done! I've been jump roping for about 2 months now and I hate the 1000 skips challenge because I don't know how to track it. I had to rewinde the last round for stretching. Thanks for the video.

Alright! Age=20 Height= 163cm/5'4 Weight=66.1 kg DAY ONE(November 3rd)= i was determined to complete this whole workout no matter what but boy oh boy, i couldn't do it more than 20 mins. I think that's good, over the days it'll help me realise that as the time increases of me skipping, I'm progressing 💕 DAY TWO(November 5th)=didn't skip yesterday but it's okay, ate proper calorie deficit. Today I got tired in first 60 seconds only lmao idk why but ofc i kept doing it. Took washroom break in between but anyway again ended up doing 20 mins of it +some dance. Also my relationship with junk food has improved a lot , ain't getting into details of it but yay! November 6th (my weight now is 65.6kg) That's 0.5 kg less! But anyway I'm trying to not let weight be my only measure.

Having an insanely crazy and stressful Monday? FITSTERS, DO THIS WORKOUT. TRUST me! You will NOT regret it. Winter darling, I have a very earnest request please: would you please make a few more videos that are very similar to this one but slightly longer? The things that make this most likely my FAVOURITE video of all are as follows:- 1. The music: extremely energizing. I am kind of well-versed on music so I think I can explain why - the tempo and the beats working in tandem are incredibly fit-tapping and just makes you want to get up and MOVE! Mission accomplished for getting to work out! 2. The timing: the 30 seconds intervals are perfect - not too long but not too short, either. Just when you think you can't go any longer, you look at the clock and see that OH, only 15 seconds left, that's not too bad! And you get that burst of energy to keep going. As for the 10 second break, you get that much needed break but you continue to sustain that burst of energy for your next round. 3. The visuals: it is always a pleasure to watch Winter. But there is something different about this video and I will try to explain it the best I can - the bright background while seeing a beautiful and fit person such as Winter concentrate 100% on her exercise (without wasting time talking and detracting our attention when all we want to do is just get our workout done and over with) is just very, very, VERY motivating. Honestly, Winter, I thank you from EVERY FIBRE OF MY BEING (pun intended - but seriously though)! for making this video. With everything going on in the world and just an insanely unfavourable housing market and Fall in Canada around the corner, the days are just getting more and more jampacked. I really really REALLY did not want to work out today, Sundays are crazy laundry and cooking days, I worked, did dishes, cooked, laundry, have a whole bunch of work projects, and all I wanted to do was just eat cookies, drink hot chocolate (it was colder than usual today as well) and lie on my couch. My husband and I have been doing this workout for 12 days with 2 rest days during this period. I've lost 6 pounds and my husband has lost 8 pounds. Okay, guys, I have to give yet another update, and a tip that I am hoping will help others: DO THIS WORKOUT AFTER A GOOD SLEEP. TRUST me, you will feel the difference! Like I had a pretty intense week but today was my day off so I was able to get an extra 2-2.5 hours of sleep than usual.... and let me tell you, the longer I went with this workout, THE MORE ENERGETIC I FELT. Like seriously! - NO amount of preworkout or caffeine can make up for good old fashioned SNOOZE. And guys... towards the end, I had sweat from my eyebrows literally DRIPPING into my eyes. Do you know how long it's been since I have experienced that and how much I missed that??? THAT means this workout was INTENSE and SO satisfying! Like, I just felt Alhamdullillah AMAZING afterwards! My husband says I looked like I went swimming :D Thank you for this video, Winter - it is just phenomenal!!!

I had the same problem when I started, although I was really good at jump rope when I was a kid. Just keep training everyday, I started with 5 jumps in a row, now I can ddo up to 100 (I started 10 days ago)

DAY ONE(November 3rd)= i was determined to complete this whole workout no matter what but boy oh boy, i couldn't do it more than 20 mins. I think that's good, over the days it'll help me realise that as the time increases of me skipping, I'm progressing 💕
DAY TWO(November 5th)=didn't skip yesterday but it's okay, ate proper calorie deficit. Today I got tired in first 60 seconds only lmao idk why but ofc i kept doing it. Took washroom break in between but anyway again ended up doing 20 mins of it +some dance.
Also my relationship with junk food has improved a lot , ain't getting into details of it but yay!
November 6th (my weight now is 65.6kg) That's 0.5 kg less! But anyway I'm trying to not let weight be my only measure.

I was sorta struggling to do more than 1500 skips a day and was always tired after 1000 skips but - this made me do 2700 skips!! :D

Having an insanely crazy and stressful Monday? FITSTERS, DO THIS WORKOUT. TRUST me! You will NOT regret it. Winter darling, I have a very earnest request please: would you please make a few more videos that are very similar to this one but slightly longer? The things that make this most likely my FAVOURITE video of all are as follows:-
1. The music: extremely energizing. I am kind of well-versed on music so I think I can explain why - the tempo and the beats working in tandem are incredibly fit-tapping and just makes you want to get up and MOVE! Mission accomplished for getting to work out!
2. The timing: the 30 seconds intervals are perfect - not too long but not too short, either. Just when you think you can't go any longer, you look at the clock and see that OH, only 15 seconds left, that's not too bad! And you get that burst of energy to keep going. As for the 10 second break, you get that much needed break but you continue to sustain that burst of energy for your next round.
3. The visuals: it is always a pleasure to watch Winter. But there is something different about this video and I will try to explain it the best I can - the bright background while seeing a beautiful and fit person such as Winter concentrate 100% on her exercise (without wasting time talking and detracting our attention when all we want to do is just get our workout done and over with) is just very, very, VERY motivating.
Honestly, Winter, I thank you from EVERY FIBRE OF MY BEING (pun intended - but seriously though)! for making this video. With everything going on in the world and just an insanely unfavourable housing market and Fall in Canada around the corner, the days are just getting more and more jampacked. I really really REALLY did not want to work out today, Sundays are crazy laundry and cooking days, I worked, did dishes, cooked, laundry, have a whole bunch of work projects, and all I wanted to do was just eat cookies, drink hot chocolate (it was colder than usual today as well) and lie on my couch. But I forced myself to do this workout and honestly, BEST DECISION EVER. Winter, we love you. And stay safe and take care of yourself and loved ones, darling, the world needs you

Yes you need good knees for jumping there is no doubt about that...
@@jesusavz2509 The repeated impact on your joints is quite hard. If you do it, try to do it on a wooden floor or a floor with rubber gym mats down.
@@jesusavz2509 jumping rope is better for your knees than running too but I guess after awhile even this can hurt your joints 😔

My husband and I have been doing this workout for 12 days with 2 rest days during this period. I've lost 6 pounds and my husband has lost 8 pounds. We have also been following a 1400 to 1600 calories per diet. Thank you for this workout! We just bought weighted jump rope so can't wait to see our progress with heavier ropes.

Okay, guys, I have to give yet another update, and a tip that I am hoping will help others: DO THIS WORKOUT AFTER A GOOD SLEEP. TRUST me, you will feel the difference! Like I had a pretty intense week but today was my day off so I was able to get an extra 2-2.5 hours of sleep than usual.... and let me tell you, the longer I went with this workout, THE MORE ENERGETIC I FELT. Like seriously! - NO amount of preworkout or caffeine can make up for good old fashioned SNOOZE. And guys... towards the end, I had sweat from my eyebrows literally DRIPPING into my eyes. Do you know how long it's been since I have experienced that and how much I missed that??? THAT means this workout was INTENSE and SO satisfying! Like, I just felt Alhamdullillah AMAZING afterwards! My husband says I looked like I went swimming :D Thank you for this video, Winter - it is just phenomenal!!!

That was a great workout very sweaty rn the only problem was that I kept tripping over my jumprope but I went back right to the time it happened.
I had the same problem when I started, although I was really good at jump rope when I was a kid. Just keep training everyday, I started with 5 jumps in a row, now I can ddo up to 100 (I started 10 days ago)
Which skill was it that you were struggling with?
