Winter this was excellent , kind of what I do, your pace is about 91 mine is 110 45sec jump with 30sec rest up to 20 with a half pound , 30 push-ups 30 crunches , than a 1lb rope , same 45 - 30 up to 6 times . I owe a lot of this towards your encouragement that I get from you and I thank you tremendously for me to get to this point and Darin as your back up thank you to the both of you , and humans SUBSCRIBE and live longer

We used to coach at CrossFit Torian in Brisbane (Australia's largest CrossFit) and majority of the members wore Nike Metcon I hope that this helps. For jumping I wear a running shoe as you spend lots of time on your mid sole same as running.
