It was really ugly, but I got through it. Lots of longer breaks, mess ups and I had to trade out twisters for heel-to-toe but I got through it, and plan on coming back later when I have greater endurance!
Hi lovely thanks for the honesty on your experience with this workout. You now know Twister is a jump rope exercise requiring dedicated practice outside of a workout. When learning a NEW exercise, you want to do this as a separate skill session or at the beginning of your workout when you are not fatigued. I see this all the time in Crossfit gyms people are training skills after their WOD, which is crazy 🤪
@@PHOENIXNATIONFITNESS you are totally right! I can usually do full twisters for maybe 45 seconds max lol during HIIT. When I’m exhausted not so much! I’ll keep working on it and looking forward to working out with you again soon!
