- This 15 minute full body stretch is an amazing way to end your workout session or just take time out of your day to relax and increase your flexibility.
This stretch focuses on release those tight areas like the upper and lower back, hips, glutes, and hamstrings.
Incorporating dessert aka stretching into your fitness routine is an amazing way to increase flexibility, reduce muscle soreness, decrease stress, and help you unwind!
As always focus on maintaining proper form and full range of motion, work at your own pace, go heavy enough, challenge yourself, and of course, make the most of it!

I may not work out, but this is really helpful for recovering from long shifts as a dishwasher. My job is essentially a fullbody workout in itself so it's important for me to have my recovery before bed. Thank you 💗
That's actually really smart. I'm a cashier, and I'm making my way back to working out, but maybe on the days that I don't work out, I may do this.
@@hazel7499 Absolutely! It might not be as much lifting and moving as my job, per se, but standing/walking around for long hours and repetitive arm/hand motions can be pretty stressful on your muscles.
I feel you as a former dishwasher myself that back pain is no joke

new here, but the past 3 weeks I've been doing your full body stretch routine after my workouts and I notice a huge difference. I'm not anywhere in as much fatigue pain in the mornings and feel more energy to workout the next day. I used to just stretch for 5-10 min (usually 5) and think that was all I needed and the pain was just normal in the following days. Thanks to you I realize how beneficial it is to really take the time to stretch for your health and body. ❤
The best stretch I've tried and has been my constant after the dumbbell workouts from you, too. So enjoyable to listen to you that it makes me not worry about the time of the workout 🥰
The KC FITNESS workouts are awesome for one more reason. If you follow along at the pace set on the screen, your workout is done SO fast, you can’t complain there’s not enough time to get fit!
