Safety alert! If a brake lever is damaged in any way replace it. The hydraulics on the brake master aren’t like a cars, if the piston can’t return all the back out, the pressure will build and your brakes will come on unintended. I had this happen twice to me on one of my Hyper1100s. The second time was mid corner but I saved it. Love the channel keep it up, and stay safe.

Pffft, apparently a bloody ducatti has cheaper parts available than my 99 kawasaki zx6r 😂 cool build man!
Especially when viewers are giving you parts like all the plastics. I own a Ducati and dropped it and the shifter broke. That alone was over 100$ he's either using old parts or aftermarket stuff. That engine cover isn't cheap.
Should change your intro to " I'm camera guy and that is rebuilder guy" then point to Mark because he clearly is doing all the rebuilding

Damn, from being a kid I've always wanted to own a ducati, I though you was going to find cracks and give up when it first pulled up on the trailer but now it looks like brand new, minus the few little digs and small missing parts 😁

Might want to read up on the quality issues with K&N oil filters. They aren't letting them on the tracks I ride.

Man the Tergiomi exhaust is one of the best sounding exhausts on a Ducati I had it on my Ducati 749 and damn it was a head turner, I would so keep this beast if I bought one and fixed it

I just sold a 2011 848 with 4500 miles for 4500 bucks that was in better shape than that. Actually had some trouble selling it. These bike seem to be worth more parting out. Good luck.

Yeah, not every one has twisties available everyday. I used to have to work hard to keep chicken strips to a minimum in southeast Minnesota.

Next time try holding in the clutch while starting it just a tip some bikes works easier or even that's the only way to start some bikes
Only crappy Suzuki's NEED the clutch pulled to start but I do reccomend clutching in anyway

My roommate built a Ducati from the frame up in his bedroom back in the 90s. I don't understand how he did it without modern internet. I'm not in contact with him anymore and have absolutely no idea how he achieved this. Where did you even find a wrecked Ducati? I just restored a kawi vn900 from the frame up and would love to a do a Ducati next.

Hands up who noticed the right switch gear go on back to front.... sort of thing I’d do and realised right at the end haha
Wouldn’t be easier if you put the Ducati on a stand so you wouldn’t have to worry about it be tipped over

so you replaced damaged parts... with parts that are scuffed and damaged.. not sure if this makes sense... this kind of bothers me
peter bravestrong can’t beat free and cheap parts but I mean I understand what your saying but you never know his predicament I just know it beats a frame and no fairings
