    Mam if you can add the countdown in last 10 seconds of rest then it would be so helpful for us coz ni to phone m baar baar dekhna padta h ki resting time khatum hua ki nai... Countdown ki vajah se hum khud ko ready kr sakte h for the next exercise..👍💪

    Mukti it's tooooo... good i have found you in u tube before 6 months ago but i have taken you as much serious from 6 april 21 when lockdown was started again in our city then maine socha walking to ho nahi pa rahi to chalo ghar par hi isko try kar leti hu means aapke vedios ko but you can't beliave how much satisfied i am today only by your workout systems really ab mughe koi bolega to bhi bahar nahi jane wali ..i am doing exercise by 17 years but is approx 1 month me jitna change mughme aaya it's amazing you really toooooo good i used to do 40 minutes your exercise in a day morning and 20 minutes pranayam aap soch nahi sakte kitna maja aata hai god bless you mukti love you 🥰🥰😄🤩😍😝

    wow dii its amazing thankew soo much i did it and like it very much specially the way maked this video given instructions and there is separate trial examples also before the exercise
    there is no fast forwarding nothing u performed it in actual way so it was easy for me to perform also
    i did exercise prior to somya glowgirls tales but she makes video in fast forwarding mode unable to perform with her
    but in the end u didn’t provide instruction audio at than time confusion come exercise ktm hogyi or pta b nh chla
    but overall i loved it thnkew soo much
