I've been working with FB for 6 months (5x 30-40 min per week) and have done this workout about 4 times. Today was the first time I made it through without stopping! I'm so proud of myself. For reference, I used a 13 pound kettlebell.

It is a great one of a kind guide for learning some amazing kettlebell challenge workouts without the headache. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my BF after many years got astronomical success with it.

Did this with a 35 lb kettlebell because it’s all I had and it broke me didn’t finish with the weights but def finished I will be back and better than ever because that’s what life is about! Thank you

used a 35lb the whole way through because thats all i have to use. Stopped a bit inbetween and just used body weight but man. This really kicked my ass!

I never used kettlebells but I like the idea of the motions incorporating the chest, abs and legs. I think I like this! I will have to pick up a pair!
My heart was pounding and I sweat like mad. I thought I had missed a gym session but thnks it's more than that.

Good workout and was happy could finish it without a break. Thanks to the 15 second rests cause I have to have some water during workout like these. Been slowly working up my way in Kettlebells.Started about a year ago and do them 2-3 days a week with treadmill/kickboxing etc on the other days. Legs did get a bit weak. When I want to change up my routine all I do is look towards Fitness Blender.
I am still doing your great kettlebell workouts ... over 8 years . PLEASE could you devise some 30-45 minute workouts ..PLEASE. Great workouts from a fabulous couple ...THANK YOU !!!

Oh wow, I did this yesterday for the first time, using super light kettlebells (5 and 8 pounds) because I hadn't done this workout before and the first time I'm just trying to get the workout down. I can't believe how sore my thighs are today! Ha! I'm in good shape (or I thought I was!) so it really surprised me! Great workout, thank you for it!
I was wondering if anyone has any advice on getting better/more confident at figure 8 curls? I'm finding it SO hard to change hands once swinging underneath my leg - had a couple of near misses that keep throwing my momentum off, but I *finally* dropped my kettle bell this morning! Is it a simple case of needing to practice more?
Aside from that - thank you FB for another amazing kettle bell workout. I've been using three of your others for years and finally decided to up my game with this one. Super tough but really rewarding!

I would love if you guys could give some suggestions for modifications for people with neck injuries. I have a plate in my neck and cannot raise any weights over my head. I know many other people with this problem so I know it would be helpful to others. Thanks!!
I did this workout with a 13 lb dumbbell (two 5 lb weights plus a 3 lb bar) and a 20 lb kettlebell for the two handed swing and squats.
