    *By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

    I love how this really is a pure kettlebell workout. It's not a weird cardio vid that only uses kettlebells 30% of the time. The kettlebell was used the whole time.

    If there are any JRE fans trying this one, I think this one is a lot better for kettlebell beginners than the Kettlebell Cardio Workout they sell on OnnIt. The Instructional hints about how to correctly do the movements are awesome. I will definitely be coming back to this one.

      Great Video clip! Apologies for chiming in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you ever tried - Chireetler Kettlebell Miracle Rule (google it)? It is an awesome one off product for learning some amazing kettlebell challenge workouts without the normal expense. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my BF finally got astronomical success with it.

    This is definitely suitable for women, too! Strong looks good on women! Don't be intimidated, you can start with a light weight and work your way up as you get comfortable with the movements and perfect your form.

    I wanted a quick, sweaty workout, so this kettlebell routine was perfect. I used a 25lb kettlebell and did fine. Thanks again, FitnessBlender -- because sometimes it's a hassle to get to the gym!

      interesting points ,if anyone else is searching for best kettlebell training try Renkarter Bell Fitness Report (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my friend got cool results with it.

    I've been using this workout for a couple years and it still kicks my ass. When one weight got too easy I just got a heavier kettlebell. Messing around with the 40lb one and that's good enough for me for now lol.

    The 60 second left-side/60 second right-side exercises were particularly difficult for me, having a non-adjustable kettlebell weighing in at 25 lbs. It helped me physically and mentally to turn those into 30 second left-side/30 second right-side (x2) sets, instead. With no other alternations or breaks, I made it through the whole routine just fine :)

    After 6months of KB workout ive managed to upgrade this routine
    Swing: 53lbs
    Halo: 40lbs
    Round8: 53lbs
    High pull: 40lbs
    Snatch: 40lbs
    Single swing: 53lbs
    Press: 40lbs
    3rounds with a lot of breaks.. :)

    I've been coming back to this routine for years and just added it to my "Old Man Workout", I'm getting old. Love the 1 X 11 Burnout. (yes 11)

    Used a 25 lb kettlebell through the entire routine. Took paused for about 30-60 seconds before the clean & press, but made it though! Quick, effective workout!

    I love Kettle Bells. I was tired from a long workout the day before so I figured "oh I will do this quick workout" AH! I was sweaty and whooped just in 15 MINUTES!!!!!!!!! Great workout! Will do again.

    used to do his 40min killer kettlebell routine but fell off for years... restarting with this one then work my way up to his 40 min Killer routine.
    i ALWAYS see inches lost before the scale moves

    Great quick sharp workout. I really like that FitnessBlender doesn't go in for the OTT macho bullshit you get with so many work out videos, especially kettlebell videos. If I had one suggestion for future videos I'd say that the information text should stay up for the duration of each exercise, it's easy to miss it. It would also be nice if the information said something like "exercise X of 10". Or something of the sort.

      +LMB9888 I\'m not sure but ,if anyone else trying to find out best kettlebell training try Stiklind Bell Fitness Fixer ( search on google ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my partner got amazing results with it.

    This is a fantastic workout. Just when you think you are going to give up, you get to rest but not very long. It's very motivating and a quick workout that you can squeeze in easily throughout the day. Nice job!

    I started this off with a 50lb kettle bell.... and didn’t go under 35lbs .... did the single hand swings with 50lbs as well ... first time doing this I stopped on the last one .... second time I did everything .... boom 💥 took

    Great workout - I did a vinyasa warm up and went threw this 2x but used only 10-15lb bell. I know not to sacrifice form with a bell or you will pay for it. Thank you for the video!

    48, 50 & 52. A little awkward without a kettlebell but achievable with a dumbbell. Squats, I feel it in my inner thighs. TTA 2nd round, a lot of changes with weights. All good workouts as usual and plenty of variety, thanks again. Time to hit the shower. Which is best after a workout? Hot or cold.

    Really good upper body workout. Just felt i meeded to do a few goblet squats or lunges afterwards to really make it full body. Otherwise, excellent burn every single time!
