Hi Chichi! This is great! I am a 55 yr. old fat guy (351 lbs.) and I started your first video this past Friday. I did it once on Friday, twice (morning & evening) on Saturday, did the treadmill for 30 min. on Sunday, and did the 10 minutes again just now. I feel good! Got a long way to go, but thank you for helping to start me on the path to getting healthy. Tomorrow I'm going to try and kick it up to 20 minutes.
Used this for my first every kettlebell workout. I am a complete beginner. This was great, it wasn't too long and went through a warm up / cool down routine. Thank you!
I'm in the UK and I've been doing this every second day for 2 weeks now and I feel much stronger and have more energy. I do this with a 16 and 12 kilo (16 for swings and round the body, 12 for everything else except squats), but have to use an 8 kilo for the full squat after I wrecked my legs doing it on the 12. They're ok now and I'l just continue with it for a month, then move on to your intermediate.
Went Paleo 8 weeks ago this Friday and did this as my very first kettlebell workout tonight...WOW. They weren't kidding about this thing being a full-body workout. I can feel the burn in my thighs and upper arms from just this 10 min workout. Thank you, I will be doing this one for a while until I get stronger!
I just learned about the kettlebell when I recently joined a gym. I was so glad I found this video that I ran out and bought a kettlebell. Your instructions are very thorough. You are my new "at-home" trainer. THANK YOU....THANK YOU.......THANK YOU,
Thanks Chichi, I've been losing weight for a few years. I bought myself a 8kg bell a few months ago, I think I used it twice. Recently I got to an all time low after losing nearly 9st and I realised that I cannot wait until my target weight to tone up. So I found this video, Its just what I wanted, no nonsense, just a honest beginners workout that covers the basics and doesn't leave me reeling on the floor in agony. So thanks.
Just did 15 mins cardio on treadmill.. jumped off and found this video on RUclips to use with my kettlebell and LOVED IT! Great 10 minute workout for me! Thanks sir!
On a whim, I just dusted off my kettle bell and did this workout, beginning to end. I honestly didn't think 10 minutes would do much, but I am tired! I'm so excited to get back into using kettle bells and can't wait to build up to longer workouts. Thanks!
I stumbled upon this video. I have a kettle ball and will definitely do this entire body workout!......thank you so much for creating a beginner way to use it.
Thanks so much for making this video. Incredibly accommodating and easy to follow for a very, very, out-of-shape first timer. Just finished my 5th routine in 7 days and feeling ready to try the beginners/intermedium video soon!
Without a doubt, the best physical training we've ever used and we have used your videos for some time now. Still going strong. Thanks, ChiChi and team. U ROCK!
Thank you and many blessings to you and your health/fitness! Keep it up......you are only investing in your health! Have a great day! Ron (Chi Chi) Gonzales
Thanks Chi Chi for giving me the opportunity to do this from the privacy of my own home. It really means a lot. Doing this excercise already improved my form and my spirit. Thank you so much.
Bought a kettle bell today, came in for night shift at work, did this work out wow ! It feels great :) since I'm stuck in a room staring at a computer all day this workout feels amazing. Hey may as well be paid to work out while at work haha
The summer months is almost over but let's continue to go hard, be consistent, and have FUN with training! New training videos will be coming setting up, more up to date pictures to motivate and new ideas to keep everyone's energy up! Chris Watcham Thank you Chris and I am glad the videos are helpful to you! Please check out the other videos on my chennel....mix them up and have FUN......keep me posted in how you are doing! Cheers! Ron (Chi Chi) Gonzales
Awesome workout!!! I just got a kettlebell a couple of days ago and I honestly didn't know how to use it, but great work out! It was easy and I could feel the burn, thanks :)
Just did 3 of these with the 8kg KB plus a few of the excercises with the 16kg one (the circles, the swing, upright rows, upright rows with sumo squat and the normal squat). Awesome. I'm goign to do one of these every morning before BF, takes no time and puts your engines on warp speed!
I would love to do a full warm up and up for everyone but this is just a taste of what I do with traning. You can warm up 5-10 minutes for with light jogging, on any cardio type of equipment, or body movement drills before you hit the bells my man. Keep enjoying. More videos to come! Cheers,
I've had kettle bells for over a year and never used them. I was intimidated by them. I did this workout this morning and it was fun! Thank you so much!!
Amanda Strayer Thank you for the positive feed back and I am glad I can help with you in achieving FUN with your training! Please enjoy the other videos and one was just released a few days ago! Enjoy and stay healthy! Keep it up! Cheers!
This is one of the best beginner kettle bell workouts that I've seen...there was nothing that was "too hard" for someone doing it for the same time! Most other workouts have at least one thing that is a little much for a beginner. Ive introduced friends to the kettle bell, and this will be my new go-to suggestion for learning!
Thank you for the wonderful feedback! Please share to others and we have 29 videos on this You Tube Channel! Keep it up the great work! Train safe and hard! Many blessing from Regina, Saskatchewan Canada!
This video has inspired me to get in shape! I've been working out with this video (and some others) for about 3 weeks now. When Ron (Chi Chi) Gonzales says "Keep going Team!", I feel like a part of the team and that seriously motivates me. Thanks Ron!
+UltimateDelivery Thank you very much for the positive comments! Keep up the grind for sure and I am happy that I am motivating to continue training and you feel part of the team! That means a lot! Have a great day! Keep me updated! Ron (Chi Chi) Gonzales
+chichihealthfitness I'm still working out to this video (and others from your channel) and I found out that if you play Babymetal's Karate as soon as Ron starts talking, his exercises sync up really well with the song. It's not Wizard of Oz / Pink Floyd levels, but it's pretty good. At one point it even looks like he is singing along!
This is a great video for information. I hope everyone gets a trainer or goes to a class before trying this at home. Make sure someone who knows what they are doing is watching to ensure you do it right.
+TheDentist27 Good morning. I suggest all people wanting to do kettle bells with this type of workout focus on my beginner videos and start slow. That's means if you don't keep up that is certainly alright. Do the beginner videos a few times until you feel comfortable to look at the other training videos on the my You Tube Channel. Train hard and have fun. Cheers!
Brought my first ever Kettlebell this week - 12kg. Slightly heavy but I'm comfortable with it. Used this video as my first ever Kettlebell workout. Was at a good pace. Thanks!
Shari S Walker Thank you for watching and please check out the other videos as well on this channel. Have a great day.....train hard and smart! Ron (Chi Chi)
Josh Ritchey Great to hear! Please check out the other videos on the channel as well! Enjoy them all, go at your pace and let me know how things are progressing! Have a great day! Ron (Chi Chi) G.
I have 21 videos on my Chi Chi Health and Fitness Channel. This video is close to 1.5 million views and rising daily! Check out the other training videos on my channel! More training videos to be done and released before the end of the summer! Keep up the great work! Train hard, safe and have FUN! Ron (Chi Chi) Gonzales
Looking forward to the new vids, keep up the great work inspiring and motivating! I've been basically alternating between advanced/intense and core and blitz and abs trying to keep things tough and creative. Your moves also translate well into hotel gyms and even backyards on the road, which was exactly what I was looking for in a program. Awesome stuff, can't wait to try out the vids!
Great to hear....they are coming and and will be released soon....I'm happy to hear you continue to mix up the videos and they are helping you wherever you travel! Keep it up.....thank you once again for subscribing! Cheers!
ChiChi, thanks a million for this terrific instructional video. You sure move it right along! The fitness center near me has kettlebells and I wanted to see how to use them correctly. You're the best fitness instructor I've ever seen! You make it all so clear. Thank you.
Hello! Both are ideal for losing weight especially when it comes to resistance training. The more muscle you build with resistance training/rest/nutrition, the faster your metabolism will be for burning fat. I would focus on kettle bells and also traditional weights later on. The key is to do both to shock the body and keep the body challenged. Kettle bells will definitely will give you results......keep up the great work and congats! Cheers,
Great video. I am a beginner and tried several others that were way too hard for me. This is perfect and your explanations and demo and coaching are wonderful.
It all depends where you get the kettle bell from.....they vary in size from 20, 25, 30 or 40. Try and 20 and go from there. If that is too small go to a 25 to 30 pound. Trial and error but you are investing in your health/fitness! Keep me updated! Enjoy all of the videos on the channel! Cheers!
Hello, I have not done your workouts in a long time because I was bored with them and went back to another routine. Then I had more and more trouble working out for various reasons. Now after multiple bad life incidents I still want to workout, only my routine has been disrupted and I have low motivation, doing those helped me a great deal today! I think I'll do them again, so I have the energy to workout often again. (Recently I've only been able to workout once a week, I do lots of things aside from that but working out is now hard... I used to workout 4 days a week, and every time I succceeded at this again something emotionally or otherwise bad happened that disrupted my routine!) Thanks for today!
Thank you for your honesty and glad you are back to training! Please keep me updated for sure! There are 29 videos right now. I am planning something possibly live stream in September so I will keep everyone that is subscribed to the channel posted! Thanks again!
My favourite kettlebell workout video so far. I only use a 4kg as its all I've got I'm very overweight but I'm making changes and this is something I'm implementing In. I love how easy it is explained and I can manage to keep up without falling behind. Thank you very much
Laura Carter Continue the workouts and great to hear you are making changes! One training session at a time. Please look at the other videos to continue your motivation and to challenge your body! Have a great day! Ron (Chi Chi)
i'm a beginner and purchased a 15 lb kettlebell...I seem like a light weight compared to the others but will continue to push through...like this and will incorporate into my morning workout. Thanks!
There are many factors in kettlebell exercises for fat loss. One resource I found which succeeds in merging these is the Bell Train Blueprint (check it out on google) definately the most incredible resource i've seen. look at all the awesome information .
No worries! Please look at the 39 videos on the You Tube Channel. Mix them up and have some fun with training! Keep me updated! Have a great day! Ron (Chi Chi) Gonzales
I have seen many vids featuring KB workout, but they are no match for yours. You are the reason I just bought a kettlebell. I'm starting tomorrow. Thanks and keep up the good work! :)
This workout looks really great. I broke my back last year and am due to get the metalwork removed in a month. I was wondering if I would be able to get some core strength back by using a kettle bell and if so what weight would you suggest please?
Julie Moyse You use so much core with kettle bell my friend with all of the exercises. So that being said, go light with a kettle bell weight first....maybe a 20 to 30 pound. You may go lighter so see your progress but after that increase the weight. Keep me posted in how you are doing. I will definitely get back to you. Enjoy all of the videos posted on the Chi Chi Health and Fitness You Tube Channel! Cheers!
Thanks for taking the time to reply to me.it has been hard getting to where I am now. Looking forward to starting to build my strength up and getting my life back! The workouts look amazing and I will definitely keep watching and trying to do them. Thanks
blindorize Thank you very much! Please check out all of the videos on the Chi Chi Health and Fitness Channel. Enjoy them all and mix them up! Have some FUN and keep me updated! More training videos will be launched every few weeks! Thanks for the email! Ron (Chi Chi)

1Rosa Somoza Great to hear! Mix up the training videos, continue to challenge yourself and have fun! More videos to be done this summer and posted for you to enjoy! Keep it up! Ron
Perfect routine! I've been doing 3 sets of these exercises after my 45 minute cardio+body-weight training and the results are pretty impressive. I use a 10kg / 22lbs kettlebell which helps me concentrate on my form, and feels safer during a long workout. Many thanks for sharing.
Christian Haubold Great to hear how you are incorporating my training videos in your workouts! Keep up the great work and glad you are getting impressive results! continue to do that and concentrate on your form! You are going to reach a new level of fitness! Cheers!
I did this beginner workout this morning for the first time and it was a perfect amount of drills, reps and variety! Thanx so much, I look forward to upping my game in the weeks to come and move onto your next level of instruction \m/
Hi Chi Chi, thanks, the videos are really good and I have been using them for a month now, 3 or 4 times per week. Any chance we are going to get more than 8 videos? More advanced exercises?
Hi Chichi! This is great! I am a 55 yr. old fat guy (351 lbs.) and I started your first video this past Friday. Used this for my first every kettlebell workout. I am a complete beginner. This was great, it wasn't too long and went through a warm up / cool down routine. Thank you!
I really love this workout & recommend to all beginners. I do this once a day & I can feel & see improvements in my body.

Awesome for a beginner. Thanks so much
My favourite kettlebell workout video so far. I only use a 4kg as its all I've got I'm very overweight but I'm making changes and this is something I'm implementing In. I love how easy it is explained and I can manage to keep up without falling behind. Thank you very much

i'm a beginner and purchased a 15 lb kettlebell...I seem like a light weight compared to the others but will continue to push through...like this and will incorporate into my morning workout. Thanks!
There are many factors in kettlebell exercises for fat loss. One resource I found which succeeds in merging these is the Bell Train Blueprint (check it out on google) definately the most incredible resource i've seen. look at all the awesome information .

Short and sweet. Thanks.
This workout looks really great. I broke my back last year and am due to get the metalwork removed in a month. I was wondering if I would be able to get some core strength back by using a kettle bell and if so what weight would you suggest please?
Julie Moyse
You use so much core with kettle bell my friend with all of the exercises.
Thanks
