I saw great results within 2 weeks of doing this workout everyday, with some form of cardio 3 times a week (mostly jumping jacks and jump ropes). I also used 5lb dumbbells for some of the moves. i'm a quadriplegic ♿👨🦽(28 yrs) and have very minimal tricep function. i workout 6 days a week, eat healthy and supplement daily. Today i realized i'm unable to activate my tri's by themselves (without the help of other muscles). So instead of giving up and focus on the muscles i do have i decided to youtube alternative ideas for triceps and i found this video. Most of these exercises i can do. Thank you for this. And no, you don’t need weights for it. Just be consistent! But if you want a better result in just short period, I think it would help you if you use them. 😊

I used to be a competitive swimmer a loooong time ago, and I’m trying to build up my tricep strength so I can get back in the pool. A lot of the “beginner” videos I’ve come across on RUclips are too hard for me, which has been discouraging. I finished day seven of doing this workout every day, because my triceps and arms in general were starting to look flabby. Thank you menopause 😂. But now, on day seven, I can see a difference and also I feel stronger! I’m gonna keep on doing this work out probably not every day, but 4 to 5 days per week. Also, I feel like my posture is better.

I'm going to (hopefully) do this exercise once every night for seven days in a row as a part of trying to get fitter. I won't be dieting, but I'm going to try to avoiding eating a lot of sugary, greasy snacks, and I will also be doing an 8 minute thigh workout every day. Day 1: ✔ This was great! I was looking at another arm workout video, but it was too hard for me, so I switched to this one. The hardest exercises were definitely the crab dips and tricep pushups, but I got through it without resting-I love how beginner friendly this is! Day 2: ✔ I used my math textbook for the first exercise just to challenge myself, but I did everything else just following the video. Day 3: Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: Results: Support me in the comments please! I need encouragement. :)
thank you for sharing this with no equipment version. i have shoulder pain permanently coz of bone spur on my spine. doing tricep workouts with lighter band was quite hard but this one is manageable. really appreciate this ❤

Looks easy for 10 minutes but it definitely kick's butt... Looks can be deceiving... I like it I can dedicate myself to ten minutes... This makes me want to do more... Thanks your great teacher
Start measurement 13in both arms going for 14days. Day 1 - ✅ definitely struggled, had to take a few 3sec breaks before the actual break. Day 2 - ✅ still a struggle but better. Definitely love when an ad pops up 😅 Day 3 - ✅ pushed through and I think my form is getting a little better Day 4 - ✅Didn’t have to stop at all outside the normal breaks. Feeling better. Day 5 - ✅ Feeling fantastic! Day 6 - ✅ Struggled a bit. Arms were sore from an intense pole class the day before. Day 7 - ✅ Woohoo! Still not easy but feeling good. Midway check in measurement 12.8” ish on both arms. Day 8 - ✅ added hand weights to bump up my results. Day 9 - ✅ changed up the weights but still pushing. Feeling good. Day 10 - ✅ No weights, ice storm so couldn’t get to the gym. Worked out from home. Day 11-14 -✅ No weights, ice storm continued and area lost power for several days. I finished since I couldn’t leave the house. Final measurements 13.25in in both arms. I believe I gained muscle! I wish I could show pics. Give a try!

im literally crying, this must be the easiest arm workout I've ever done but the most effective one so far as well! I've been doing it for about 5 days now, and since i find it easy i always use a 3 lb dumbbell do a 30 mins workout first

So, let me tell you my story too. 6 months ago i started my weight loss journey, it goes well, 2 months ago i started doing this video every single day, till today i haven't skipped a day. Unfortunately my arms are even bigger (from 32 cm to 36 cm). I tried to perfect my technic but even after consulting a trainer i can only feel it to my biceps, not triceps at all. I have even worse bat wings but my biceps got extremely tight. Totally disappointed. Before starting doing this video i had lost many points from arms because of the diet plus the intermittent fasting. i wonder what went wrong. Since day 1 i never felt any kind of strain at my triceps but extreme burn to my biceps. I continue losing weight through my diet, so it's not that i gained weight or something like that. Well, I am happy for all of you that saw great results from this!
I didnt quite understand how to do the triceps push ups. Otherwise, I had a great workout, thank you! I loved the occasional smile... and that it was only occasional. Reminded me to do the same while being focused. Same for seeing you breathe out from time to time. I definitely feel better now.
I've been looking for a while for an exercise that's nice and simple but you can really feel it at the same time. This is my first day of doing this, but I'm adding it to my routine. Ps... I'm on my weight loss journey since January, starting at 76.7kg now I'm 70.1kg. My aim is 60kg. I do abs, legs and bum 1hour 30min and swim for 1 hour 4 times a week... so I'll be adding it to that. I'll be more than happy to add updates weekly or fortnightly. Let's hope it works
