About a month ago my mom and I decided to try out this workout together every single day. At first there were no results but after a week of doing it my mom’s bat wings disappeared- I felt discouraged because I saw no results in my own and I felt like I was doing something wrong. But I continued nonetheless, it became more of just doing it to spend a few extra minutes with my mom. Another week passed by and I was wearing a short sleeved shirt, I woke up that morning to come to the mirror and realize as I raised my arms...my bat wings were nearly gone. After that my mom and I continued doing this exercise and we still do! My arms look a LOT thinner now and I feel pleased with my body now!

@@melissaonorati2243 it’s basic chem. so what happens is your arms don’t get enough oxygen so they turn to use lactic acid which is why your body signals that it’s hurting. everytime your body uses oxygen, it burns carbs & fats.
One week ago I discovered this video and I leave my message here that I said I hate my bat wings. And I started this workout since April 15 2020 and I noticed to my arms picture this April 22 2020, 8 days ago that my bat wings reduced and slowly gone. My arms looked slim and tone. Oh my God this is amazing. And I did this workout 3x. After the video finished I play it again until 3x repeatition coz I was so disperate for my bat wings. But yea here I'm happy and still I continue to do this workout every other day until I reached my perfect tone arms. I wish I could insert my photo here.

I have to share my "bat wings" story. I am 60 years old and hadnt exercised much for a while. I started a routine which included your bat wings. I never paid much attention if I was getting results I just figured I was glad to do the exercise. Well, the other day, I shook my arms and guess what??? NO BAT WINGS. Wow, amazing. It has been several months but it actually has worked. I am thrilled. Thanks. I use a combo of several of your arm videos just to keep it interesting.
No this is the only exercise I did for my arms. I'm not saying I could pass for Miss Universe bodybuilder but there is definitely a very big Improvement and at my age bat wings are definitely prevalent
I've been doing this for 2 months, and the difference I see is amazing. I'm going to be 46, and I have a lot of loose skin, but the difference I see, astonishing. This workout is quick, but it's burning! I love this. I've seen at least a 40% difference in my "bat wings", my shoulders, and my upper chest area! Thanks so much. I have been doing this daily for nearly 2 months I don’t see much of a difference. I really wonder what I’m doing wrong. I said this before and the comment was taken down I imagine this will be as well
I absolutely love your videos. You have by far the best exercises. I am in my late 40's and need to lose about 60 lbs. I started your videos 4 weeks ago along with drinking water instead of sodas and cutting sugar way back. Went to dr yesterday and i have lost 13 lbs in 4 weeks. He asked me what i was doing and i told him i'm doing your videos 4-5 times a week. he said that you must be excellent and told me to keep up good work. My goal is 8 lbs this month. I work 10 hour days, and usually too tired to workout once i'm home, and trying to spend that time with my family, so I do several 5 minute workout videos throughout the day during my bathroom break at work! Thank you for these Tracy! :D
I have been doing this exercise for 4 weeks now, almost every day. At first I did it without any weight, on the second week and until now I have added 0,5 kg weights on each arm. I didn't measure anything but I can see visually that my arms look MUCH MORE toned than 4 weeks ago. I think that I will soon start doing it with 1 kg weights. Thank you very much Tracy !

May Jesus bless you! These workouts have allowed me to still keep my arms toned despite an elbow injury (which is keeping me from being able to use weights at the moment). I’ve always had larger arms even when I was thinner. I lost 40 lbs this past year but have major bat wings and was worried I’d never get rid of them. I’m on my second day of this video and I love it! I’m going to keep doing it and push forward to my goal. I’m determined to no longer be a bat woman!

Got bat wings that make lunch ladies jealous. My goal is to do this for a week. Checking back to keep myself accountable 5/8 - check! 5/9 - check 5/10 - check 5/11 - check 5/12 - check 5/13 - check 5/14 - check! Conclusion: I do see a difference! There is less sag in the area above my elbow which I hateddd. It got easier to do by day 3. I’m super happy to see the results so far. Will continue for another week to see if there is more progress. Week 2: 5/13 - check 5/14 - check 5/15 - check 5/16 - check 5/17 - check 5/18 - check 5/19 -check 5/20 - check Conclusion: I’ve had really narrow and rounded shoulders and shoulder bags didn’t work on me and my head looked extra big because of it and anyways I think my shoulders look wider now!!! This is life changing as for bat wings I do see a little bit more of a difference but its hard to tell because I see myself everyday..definitely gonna keep going with this or another arm workout. Omg THANK YOU! This is the only workout video that actually targets bat wings. Every other one workout out shoulders not the under flabby part. I have very broad shoulders and I don’t want to make them look bigger so I try to really avoid certain exercises because I gain muscle very easily. Thank you!!!

I have skinny arms but bat wings. Today I tried this short workout for the first time & I intend to do it as a 14 day challenge. I will share my results after 2 weeks. I hope it works because it will really increase my self confidence =]
Hi guys! I have been doing this exercise for the past year. This is by far the best exercise video for all women out there. First I did it with bare hands and now I use dumbbells in all the exercises. If you use dumbbells you will see muscle growth and 70% arm fat reduced in just two weeks of regular exercising. :D Thank you Tracy!

@@sandooch6465 I'm not every sure but I didn't reply a month later, I replied almost immediately. The question must've been posted towards the end of the month and I would've replied on 1st or something. Also with regards to weight loss, I had been doing other 7 minute challenges(legs etc) so I did experience some overall weightloss too.

I followed this workout every single day about 4 years ago. I was absolutely shocked at how fast I got results! At first it was hard and tiresome but after I continued doing it I felt it became easier because I gained muscle in my arms and my bat wings were SO MUCH SMALLER! Fast forward now, 4 years later, I gained weight after my vacation and came back to find this video and do it all again! LOVE IT! ❤

Niryumi, I hope you are doing well. The best thing is you stated this was helping you with depression. I walked in my gym looked at my trainer and started crying. I told him I wouldn't be able to continue working out because I had to much on me and I would be going to a doctor. I am so blessed. He talked me out of the doctor visit (just for the moment, and if I still felt I needed to see a professional then by all means) and asked me to trust him. I stayed for my workout which he changed up and tailored for my depression. Exercise and working out changed my life.
@@zz-ic6vy You're welcome. I also found out that anxiety and depression is there result of not having a strong pelvis and lower abs. Also, punching it out as in boxing or ploxing works wonders.

I started this yesterday and I’ll keep a log, full disclaimer that I also hit the gym sometimes so my results will be a mixture of effort. This will be a long log since I believe it will be a bit before I see results. I don’t know if this helps anyone but I’m 5’4 and 165 lbs currently and the flab under my arms ruins wearing shirts and jackets for me so I’m trying this workout in hopes of gaining back some confidence. Day 1: I took one break during the video and also went to the gym this day. Day 2: I took a 3 second break and my arms were on fire and are very sore now. Day 3: I was still sore today but I’m round to announce that I didn’t take any breaks and boy did that burn. Still no signs of my bat wings diminishing but I don’t expect to see fast results much less on day three so I’m not giving up! Small word of advice to people who think just a few days is enough I promise you most the time you HAVE to dedicate more time cause not everyone’s body type is the same and everyone’s muscles are at different strengths. Just don’t give up on yourself 💕 Day 4: Got through the whole thing again, the ballerina part always gets to me but I made it! Feeling that after soreness. Day 5: Same as day 4 went. Day 6: The end somehow hurt a bit more today so I sadly let my arms fall for a 1 second break after the ballerina move. Everything else was the same as the previous 2 days. Day 7: Same as day 6. Day 8:Same again but my 1 second break was on that very last set in between the pinky up exercises. Day 9: Unfortunately I skipped 🤦♀️ Day 10: I went to the gym today, and I made it through the whole video but I realized I’m going to have to trade off a few of the exercises for alternate ones because they make my elbows pop too much to where it’s annoying every time to extend my arm. I don’t know why my arms do that but I’m just going to avoid the few things that set me off. Day 11: Day 12: Day 13: Day 14: Day 15:
I love how you give us "breaks" with out without reeeaally gwtting breaks. Im going to try to do this everyday for two weeks and see what happens. Ive struggled with weight ever since elementary school and lost alot of it throughout time, then later had two kids and lost that weight but ive never really tried to tone (until now) i see everything shrinking, even my arms as well BUT lets speed this process. I'm 62 and started this today. I've been doing the part 1 arm workout for about 2 months and have noticeable results (one set every day). After years of ignoring my dust-covered free weights on the floor, I finally enjoy working out. Quick, easy, and effective. Great videos.
4-27-19 Day 2 of arms for me. Will check back with results every Sunday. Okay I will keep updating until I reach my arm goals and it may take a long time. haven't taken measurements yet...but started doing this consistently about the same time as you...have an event to be ready for mid-june and the gown is strapless...hoping this helps get my arms in good shape for it. :)
I too am 74 years old. I love these workouts for arms. I lift free weights too, I think the more you do, the better the results. I see a slight result already, this is my second arm workout this week. Keep it up Tracy! I’m all in!
About a week to do this before a trip, let’s see if it makes a difference. (I am using 3lbs weights) Day 1(pre-workout): 13inches around on both upper arm. (After workout)- I really felt that workout. Had to put down the weights when my arms got too heavy Day 2: it’s still difficult and it left my arms a little bit sore from yesterday, but nothing too bad. I know that means it’s working, so I’m persevering Day 3: wasn’t sore at all after day 2. Definitely feel stronger, I only had to put the weights down once and it was after 7 minutes. Feeling good. Lol you won't believe this!! I measured my arm the first day and it's my second day today, i see a difference already!! Btw, i do this three times a day. In 2018, I tried doing this exercise. Everyday without fail I would work out. The only bad part is I would also starve myself. Eating only one slice of bread and drinking green tea for the day. I lost a lot of weight, but I still wasn't happy with myself. I became very depressed about my body image and I started over eating. I gained all of it and more back. This time, I'm gonna do this with a proper diet. I'm gonna do this the right way. I don't know who needs to hear this, but you're gonna do it and please don't starve yourself. All these exercises are to make you healthy, not skinny. You are perfect the way you are. I haven't started believing this myself, but little steps for now.
Omg I can relate to every single thing you mentioned in here I learned diets sets you for failure and that you should eat what you want but you need to know how much you can eat of it !!

Tabitha Montaner Wow, can't believe it's been a month. I've been doing this and 3 other arm workouts everyday for a month and have definetly seen results. I can't say if it was just this one but all together, my arms are getting smaller and toned.
The bat wings have been always my pain in the neck but all those push ups made my arms look even bulkier so I hated the very idea of such exercises. But now I’m so happy about finally finding this bat wings workout because it doesn’t force one to do endless push ups and I prefer standing exercises as I don’t always have a mat at hand or even enough space on the floor to lie on. Let’s see how it works for me but I can already feel my arms and shoulders burning - such a nice feeling 😊💪

Day 7: (1 Times) Day 8: (3 Times) Day 9: (2 Times - consecutively) Day 10: (1 Time) Day 11: (1 Time) Day 12: (4 Times) Day 13: (1 Time) Day 14: (3 Times) Day 15: (0 Times) Day 16: (0 Times) Day 17: (3 Times) Day 18: (3 Times - 2 of which were consecutively done. The burn was real.) My bat wings don't jiggle a lot anymore, but they are still of the same circumference as the 1st day :( I'm a little sad about it. Day 19: (0 Times) - 'I gave up' period Day 20: (0 Times) - 'I gave up' period Day 21: (3 Times with 2 Times consecutively) - Fuck it, I'm doing it anyways, even if it's not showing now. I am on day 9 of this workout, day 16 since I started other workouts (I do others every day as well). I've added light weights. I'm noticing good results too. Are you still doing it? How is it going?

The overall definition is getting better too! So you're noticing it in your torso too, that's awesome! I know it's frustrating when you're working so hard, but you're really doing so well! You can do it! (Batwings are still there but the outside parts of my arms are definitely looking better! I think I have to lose weight all over for the batwings to completely go, but that's just me personally. )

I'm 50 years old and I've always worked out wether it be at the gym or at home. I'd like to say this is an amazing workout for the arms. I'm impressed. I've been following Tracy for a while now and I'm loving her routines.
I came on here to find videos for the "bat wing area"... 3 weeks ago I found Tracy. I've been doing this particular one twice a day (morning and evening) 5 days a week. I'm telling you I am starting to see a huge difference. I weigh 190, 5'10 black woman. I definitely have extra skin on my arms from my weight loss but luckily nothing that requires surgery, (I was once 375, for reference) just dedication to a workout routine. Going forward I'm using Tracys workout to get the results I'm looking for. Each person requires someone different but so far I found Tracy to be the best at keeping you motivated, informed, and excited about results. Definitely try the recommended 3 days a week that Tracy states in the video, try mine if you're excited to get fit:) good luck to you!!
Day 1 (Oct 15) - i managed to do it continuously Day 2 (Oct 16) - muscle ache from yesterday, but i still managed to do it continuously Day 3 (Oct 17) - there's still muscle aches, but it feels like a fun burn Day 4 (Oct 18) - i rested because I'm exhausted from school Day 5 (Oct 19) - still saem fun burn especially in up and down arm exercise Day 6 (Oct 20) - comment like Day 5 Day 7 (Oct 23) - been a busy person so here I am. After resting for few days, the pain is not annoying anymore. It became a fun exercise Day 8 (Oct 24) - fun burn Day 9 (Oct 25) - it's a quick annoying burn in the first minute, but you'll eventually have fun with it Day 10 (Oct 29) - my arms are used to the exercise hehe Day 11 (Oct 30) - fun fun fun. K I'm gonna do this Day 1: It was definitely hard and I had to take a lot of breaks but I felt really accomplished after Day 2: Still hard but I had to take only a few breaks Day 3: I made it through without any breaks! It hurts but I really feel accomplished after Day 4: Once again I did it without any breaks but I don't really see any change yet Day 5: Same as yesterday Day 6: Still the same Day 7: I don't see any change
This workout and the first bat arm work out have really helped me reach my fitness goal. I usually end my 40 minute - 60 minute workout with one of the bat arm workouts from Tracy and use it kind of like a burn out round. They have been truly effective and will keep doing them!
I have been doing for a couple months now. 2-4 times a week (depending on work, I have 2 jobs and its hard to fit a work out in. Which is why I don't pay for a gym membership and rely on youtube videos such as these) Keep in mind I don't ONLY do this video. I usually do a longer work out video (30-60 minutes) from a youtube channel called FitnessBlender . I would then do this arm workout or the other bat arm video at the end of my longer work outs to finish them off :)
Yes :) Also one time during a massage, my massues who has massaged me before also made a comment on my arms (she did not know I started to work out) When I look in the mirror I also notice a difference! It's all baby steps!! We can all do this together!!!!

I did not have huge flaps to begin with but I am already seeing a ton of difference and when I am allowed to swim again these will be done in the pool, you changed my life!!! I'm gonna do this for two weeks starting today. Note: This is not my first time doing arm exercises. 1 Monday: it went really well actually, I didn't need to take any breaks. 2 Tuesday: it was a bit harder than day one. I had to take one little break luckily it went well till the end. 3 Wednesday: was not feeling well today, had lots of back pain😭(unrelated to this exercise ). Still decided to keep this workout going. Overall it went well, had to take one break. 4Thursday:The exercise went really well. I didn't need to take any breaks. I'll continue this exercise saturday.😄 The weekend: it went really well, you can really feel the pressure while doing the last exercise. Now is the start of my second week of doing this exercise. Honestly I don't see a change. I'm deciding to do the exercise twice a day on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday. The rest of the days I do once a day, with a day of rest.
Y’all this workout works wondersssss I was pretty doubtful at first especially after the first week because I didn’t see a difference, but I kept going for another week and I lost about 2 inches on each arm!!

I PROMISE YOU. im starting this workout today aswell because im so insecure about my flabby/sagging triceps, to the point i dont wanna go back to school with them. so just know ur not on this small journey alone. when u feel like giving up after a couple days, always remind urself that time goes by really fast. so start today and before u know it, your arms will be toned and you will feel so happy and accomplished i swear to u. its okay to take breaks but never quit. u have to work and be patient for the things u want. wishing u the best of luck :) p.s if ur the type of person who cant find time throughout the day to do this, i reccomend doing this before u go to bed or even while ur sitting in bed.

THIS WORKS!! I started doing this for fun .Although I follow at-home fitness Regime I was not getting fast results in the triceps area. I didn't actually keep track of how the results of this one are coming until I started getting compliments about my arms being toned when I actually noticed.

WOW! I thought...no weights? Well you do NOT need them with these moves! I felt it almost right away and am looking forward to the results! I've lost over 100 pounds and I'm starting to have the loose skin in certain areas. Some places (like my right inner thigh- not really the left for whatever reason) are probably beyond help (ugh) unless I consider having surgery but my arms I think will be able to benefit from this greatly. About a month ago my mom and I decided to try out this workout together every single day. At first there were no results but after a week of doing it my mom’s bat wings disappeared- I felt discouraged because I saw no results in my own and I felt like I was doing something wrong. But I continued nonetheless, it became more of just doing it to spend a few extra minutes with my mom. Another week passed by and I was wearing a short sleeved shirt, I woke up that morning to come to the mirror and realize as I raised my arms...my bat wings were nearly gone. After that my mom and I continued doing this exercise and we still do! My arms look a LOT thinner now and I feel pleased with my body now!

@@melissaonorati2243 it’s basic chem. so what happens is your arms don’t get enough oxygen so they turn to use lactic acid which is why your body signals that it’s hurting. everytime your body uses oxygen, it burns carbs & fats.

One week ago I discovered this video and I leave my message here that I said I hate my bat wings. And I started this workout since April 15 2020 and I noticed to my arms picture this April 22 2020, 8 days ago that my bat wings reduced and slowly gone. My arms looked slim and tone. Oh my God this is amazing. And I did this workout 3x. After the video finished I play it again until 3x repeatition coz I was so disperate for my bat wings. But yea here I'm happy and still I continue to do this workout every other day until I reached my perfect tone arms. I wish I could insert my photo here.

I have to share my "bat wings" story. I am 60 years old and hadnt exercised much for a while. I started a routine which included your bat wings. I never paid much attention if I was getting results I just figured I was glad to do the exercise. Well, the other day, I shook my arms and guess what??? NO BAT WINGS. Wow, amazing. It has been several months but it actually has worked. I am thrilled. Thanks. I use a combo of several of your arm videos just to keep it interesting.

I have been doing this exercise for 4 weeks now, almost every day. At first I did it without any weight, on the second week and until now I have added 0,5 kg weights on each arm. I didn't measure anything but I can see visually that my arms look MUCH MORE toned than 4 weeks ago. I think that I will soon start doing it with 1 kg weights. Thank you very much Tracy !

Omg THANK YOU! This is the only workout video that actually targets bat wings. Every other one workout out shoulders not the under flabby part. Hi guys! I have been doing this exercise for the past year. This is by far the best exercise video for all women out there. First I did it with bare hands and now I use dumbbells in all the exercises. If you use dumbbells you will see muscle growth and 70% arm fat reduced in just two weeks of regular exercising. :D Thank you Tracy!

I followed this workout every single day about 4 years ago. I was absolutely shocked at how fast I got results! At first it was hard and tiresome but after I continued doing it I felt it became easier because I gained muscle in my arms and my bat wings were SO MUCH SMALLER! Fast forward now, 4 years later, I gained weight after my vacation and came back to find this video and do it all again! LOVE IT! ❤

Niryumi, I hope you are doing well. The best thing is you stated this was helping you with depression. I walked in my gym looked at my trainer and started crying. I told him I wouldn't be able to continue working out because I had to much on me and I would be going to a doctor. I am so blessed. He talked me out of the doctor visit (just for the moment, and if I still felt I needed to see a professional then by all means) and asked me to trust him. I stayed for my workout which he changed up and tailored for my depression. Exercise and working out changed my life.

My arms are no longer jiggling💪🏼 they are very toned.
Please note that I used a wrist weight to make it more challenging
I started this yesterday and I’ll keep a log, full disclaimer that I also hit the gym sometimes so my results will be a mixture of effort. This will be a long log since I believe it will be a bit before I see results. I don’t know if this helps anyone but I’m 5’4 and 165 lbs currently and the flab under my arms ruins wearing shirts and jackets for me so I’m trying this workout in hopes of gaining back some confidence.
Day 1: I took one break during the video and also went to the gym this day.
Day 2: I took a 3 second break and my arms were on fire and are very sore now.
Day 3: I was still sore today but I’m round to announce that I didn’t take any breaks and boy did that burn. Still no signs of my bat wings diminishing but I don’t expect to see fast results much less on day three so I’m not giving up! Small word of advice to people who think just a few days is enough I promise you most the time you HAVE to dedicate more time cause not everyone’s body type is the same and everyone’s muscles are at different strengths. Just don’t give up on yourself 💕
Day 4: Got through the whole thing again, the ballerina part always gets to me but I made it! Feeling that after soreness.
Day 5: Same as day 4 went.
Day 6: The end somehow hurt a bit more today so I sadly let my arms fall for a 1 second break after the ballerina move. Everything else was the same as the previous 2 days.
Day 7: Same as day 6.
Day 8:Same again but my 1 second break was on that very last set in between the pinky up exercises.
Day 9: Unfortunately I skipped 🤦♀️
Day 10: I went to the gym today, and I made it through the whole video but I realized I’m going to have to trade off a few of the exercises for alternate ones because they make my elbows pop too much to where it’s annoying every time to extend my arm. I don’t know why my arms do that but I’m just going to avoid the few things that set me off.

I love how you give us "breaks" with out without reeeaally gwtting breaks. Im going to try to do this everyday for two weeks and see what happens. Ive struggled with weight ever since elementary school and lost alot of it throughout time, then later had two kids and lost that weight but ive never really tried to tone (until now) i see everything shrinking, even my arms as well BUT lets speed this process. I love tank tops (even though i got the bat wings and bra bulge) but im committed and ready to "slay" these tanks!! Shopping spree in two weeks anyone??

I'm 62 and started this today. I've been doing the part 1 arm workout for about 2 months and have noticeable results (one set every day). After years of ignoring my dust-covered free weights on the floor, I finally enjoy working out. Quick, easy, and effective. Great videos.

I too am 74 years old. I love these workouts for arms. I lift free weights too, I think the more you do, the better the results. I see a slight result already, this is my second arm workout this week. Keep it up Tracy! I’m all in!
About a week to do this before a trip, let’s see if it makes a difference. (I am using 3lbs weights)
Day 1(pre-workout): 13inches around on both upper arm.
(After workout)- I really felt that workout. Had to put down the weights when my arms got too heavy
Day 2: it’s still difficult and it left my arms a little bit sore from yesterday, but nothing too bad. I know that means it’s working, so I’m persevering
Day 3: wasn’t sore at all after day 2. Definitely feel stronger, I only had to put the weights down once and it was after 7 minutes. Feeling good.

In 2018, I tried doing this exercise. Everyday without fail I would work out. The only bad part is I would also starve myself. Eating only one slice of bread and drinking green tea for the day. I lost a lot of weight, but I still wasn't happy with myself. I became very depressed about my body image and I started over eating. I gained all of it and more back. This time, I'm gonna do this with a proper diet. I'm gonna do this the right way. I don't know who needs to hear this, but you're gonna do it and please don't starve yourself. All these exercises are to make you healthy, not skinny. You are perfect the way you are. I haven't started believing this myself, but little steps for now.
Omg I can relate to every single thing you mentioned in here I learned diets sets you for failure and that you should eat what you want but you need to know how much you can eat of it !!

The bat wings have been always my pain in the neck but all those push ups made my arms look even bulkier so I hated the very idea of such exercises. But now I’m so happy about finally finding this bat wings workout because it doesn’t force one to do endless push ups and I prefer standing exercises as I don’t always have a mat at hand or even enough space on the floor to lie on. Let’s see how it works for me but I can already feel my arms and shoulders burning - such a nice feeling 😊💪

The overall definition is getting better too! So you're noticing it in your torso too, that's awesome! I know it's frustrating when you're working so hard, but you're really doing so well! You can do it! (Batwings are still there but the outside parts of my arms are definitely looking better! I think I have to lose weight all over for the batwings to completely go, but that's just me personally. )
@@monroe444444 i figured the same thing too for me. My genes somehow make all the fats want to settle in my arms first and when I lose weight, it'll still be the last to go :/
I'm 50 years old and I've always worked out wether it be at the gym or at home. I'd like to say this is an amazing workout for the arms. I'm impressed. I've been following Tracy for a while now and I'm loving her routines.
This exercise works. I am 52 and my arms look toned after doing this exercise for a month.
I came on here to find videos for the "bat wing area"... 3 weeks ago I found Tracy. I've been doing this particular one twice a day (morning and evening) 5 days a week. I'm telling you I am starting to see a huge difference. I weigh 190, 5'10 black woman. I definitely have extra skin on my arms from my weight loss but luckily nothing that requires surgery, (I was once 375, for reference) just dedication to a workout routine. Going forward I'm using Tracys workout to get the results I'm looking for. Each person requires someone different but so far I found Tracy to be the best at keeping you motivated, informed, and excited about results. Definitely try the recommended 3 days a week that Tracy states in the video, try mine if you're excited to get fit:) good luck to you!!
Day 1 (Oct 15) - i managed to do it continuously
Day 2 (Oct 16) - muscle ache from yesterday, but i still managed to do it continuously
Day 3 (Oct 17) - there's still muscle aches, but it feels like a fun burn
Day 4 (Oct 18) - i rested because I'm exhausted from school
Day 5 (Oct 19) - still saem fun burn especially in up and down arm exercise
Day 6 (Oct 20) - comment like Day 5
Day 7 (Oct 23) - been a busy person so here I am. After resting for few days, the pain is not annoying anymore. It became a fun exercise
Day 8 (Oct 24) - fun burn
Day 9 (Oct 25) - it's a quick annoying burn in the first minute, but you'll eventually have fun with it
Day 10 (Oct 29) - my arms are used to the exercise hehe
Day 11 (Oct 30) - fun fun fun. My arm muscles become harder, yet I still have some bat wings.
I recommend this workout for beginners.

Ive been doing this workout since march , 4 month now. And CRAZYYYYY RESULTSSS!!! i used to give up on the 1st minute. Now i do 2 rounds a day!!! Guys this workout is oerfect not only for Batwings, but for your shoulders , armpit fat, and chest!!

This workout and the first bat arm work out have really helped me reach my fitness goal. I usually end my 40 minute - 60 minute workout with one of the bat arm workouts from Tracy and use it kind of like a burn out round. They have been truly effective and will keep doing them!
I have been doing for a couple months now. 2-4 times a week (depending on work, I have 2 jobs and its hard to fit a work out in. Which is why I don't pay for a gym membership and rely on youtube videos such as these) Keep in mind I don't ONLY do this video. I usually do a longer work out video (30-60 minutes) from a youtube channel called FitnessBlender . I would then do this arm workout or the other bat arm video at the end of my longer work outs to finish them off :)

I did not have huge flaps to begin with but I am already seeing a ton of difference and when I am allowed to swim again these will be done in the pool, you changed my life!!! I'm gonna do this for two weeks starting today. Note: This is not my first time doing arm exercises.
1 Monday: it went really well actually, I didn't need to take any breaks.
2 Tuesday: it was a bit harder than day one. I had to take one little break luckily it went well till the end.
3 Wednesday: was not feeling well today, had lots of back pain😭(unrelated to this exercise ). Still decided to keep this workout going. Overall it went well, had to take one break.
4Thursday:The exercise went really well. I didn't need to take any breaks. I'll continue this exercise saturday.😄
The weekend: it went really well, you can really feel the pressure while doing the last exercise.
Now is the start of my second week of doing this exercise. Honestly I don't see a change. I'm deciding to do the exercise twice a day on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday. The rest of the days I do once a day, with a day of rest.
Y’all this workout works wondersssss I was pretty doubtful at first especially after the first week because I didn’t see a difference, but I kept going for another week and I lost about 2 inches on each arm!!

when u feel like giving up after a couple days, always remind urself that time goes by really fast. so start today and before u know it, your arms will be toned and you will feel so happy and accomplished i swear to u. its okay to take breaks but never quit. u have to work and be patient for the things u want. wishing u the best of luck :)
p.s if ur the type of person who cant find time throughout the day to do this, i reccomend doing this before u go to bed or even while ur sitting in bed.

I started doing this for fun .Although I follow at-home fitness Regime I was not getting fast results in the triceps area. I didn't actually keep track of how the results of this one are coming until I started getting compliments about my arms being toned when I actually noticed.
I can’t wait to be able to do this. I broke my shoulder and am having to figure out physical therapy through videos. I love this, but not healed enough yet.

WOW! I thought...no weights? Well you do NOT need them with these moves! I felt it almost right away and am looking forward to the results! I've lost over 100 pounds and I'm starting to have the loose skin in certain areas. Some places (like my right inner thigh- not really the left for whatever reason) are probably beyond help (ugh) unless I consider having surgery but my arms I think will be able to benefit from this greatly.
