Hi, I am 49 and I have lost a total of 90 pounds in the last year. It's been hard work and I've done it slowly and correctly. I went from 240 to 150 and I feel great! I now working on my various problem spots. I hope my arms look great soon. This is a great workout and I was able to get through it. Go me!
PLEASE READ: I am 62 and started doing these exercises about 2 months ago. Even though I do them only once, not three times, I noticed a difference this weekend, and even my 19-year-old daughter agreed. Yes, I still have excess skin there, but not as much. Even better, I actually enjoy doing these exercise, unlike many others. My free weights gathered dust on the floor, but these are fun and not too long. Highly recommend! I didn't know if this would be a great workout because it didn't use weights, but oh my gosh!!! Who knew arms could burn so badly without weights! Whoa!!!
I'm pretty slim but I've always had flabby arms idk why but it was super annoying until I got rid of it from this video. Thank you! I did this 4 times a week for a month and found it to be very helpful. I'm still going to continue to do it to define my muscles more but I've lost most of the fat in my triceps. I highly recommend doing this, it takes some time but it works.

Tracy, I am 55 and so far I have lost 37 pounds since February . Unfortunately, with weight-loss comes the dreaded extra skin. I love the workout because of use of the torso. After approx 2 months of doing this workout 1 - 2x/day, mixed with others , not only are my arms toned, that extra skin is disappearing too. Thank you!
I did it only once. I’m morbidly obese. My arms are dying. I did the hormone exercises yesterday. I subbed. I’m done being fat. I want to live. Thank you for your videos. I will do my other sets later being that morbid obesity makes you weak. I need rest in between. 😫 I’ll get there though. I quit smoking, so I can do anything. 🙌

No offense but there isn't a single way to see results in one day unless you drain your body of ridiculous amounts of water and even then it's not slimmer, just temporarily dehydrated.
Tracy, Hoping you are able to answer this. I'm type 1 diabetic that is the non fat type (juvenile). Insulin allows me to build muscle quickly. My leg for example look like I"m a weight lifter and without even trying I can leg press 180lbs. I'm 5 ft and weight 125lbs not big. But My arms are like my dad where they have bulk fat and muscle on the outter edge when you arms are having and I workout 1-2 hours each day and have strength half of my workout each and every day. With that said I'm strong so should I still do light weights and stop trying to get sore all the time? Example I can do 15lbs on biceps if I want but I stick with 8 and 10lbs and vary it. Triceps I do skull crushers 15lbs and hold each end true to the exercise's form. I've tried tracy anderson and her workouts did not slim my arms. Want to know if i should stick with lower weights and will that reduce fat or simply not challenge my muscles based on my specific scenario. Please let me know if you have time. Thanks so much!
On your sexy arms on your purchased online package I couldn't even do 3lbs and ladies I do 15-25lbs shoulder presses, 10-15lb biceps an 8-15lbs depending on the set for rows. I did 2.5lbs and barely made it through her Sexy Arms workout available on tracycampoli.com and no I don't work for her. I stumbled on her and she's killing it - LOVE HER! It's quick. It's tough and I can't wait to see my slimming down because I'm super muscular an trying to lengthen and slim :)

I've lost 16 pounds since the beginning of this year.. Ready to work on those bat wings!! First time trying this workout, June 28 2017: I did it three times as suggested, no weights. WHERE I FEEL THE FIRE is all on my deltoids, very little on my biceps and practically nothing on triceps. Hoping this will work the flab. I'll keep everyone posted. Got my batwings/upper arm measuring at 16" all around, 6" flab relaxed/hanging.. I will post pics at a later date after progressing.

Normally, I don't leave comments on videos, especially on workout videos, but I just had to express my gratitude about this workout routine and your Bat Wings II workout routine. I've always had large arms and when I started my journey to lose weight, I needed something effective to combat the fat on my arms. I used to have 10 pound weights in the past, but I have no idea where they are or where they went, so I need an arm routine that is not only effective, but requires no weights. Originally, I used to follow another arm work routine that was only about 4 minutes long and the video boasts that it can help trim arm fat with only doing this 5 minutes a day. Honestly, it sounded great so I decided that I had to try it out. For the first month of doing it, I saw little to no progress on my arms and maybe I thought I was doing it wrong, so instead of doing this once everyday, I started to do it twice a day. I saw a little more progress but I needed something faster and more efficient. That's when I saw your video in my recommendations. Honestly, I was dumbfounded at the burn this workout gave me without the usage of weights. Originally, my arms were very weak and I could only do one rep of this workout routine, but as time progressed, I got better at completing the workout and increased my reps. And soon, I stumbled across your Bat Wings II workout routine which made my arms burn so bad, it was insane! I started combining this video with Bat Wings II and my arms started shrinking! I've seen a lot of progress on my arms and I'm more confident in my body. People have noticed that my arms are thinner, along with the rest of my body and it feels great. I could only imagine that progress I would get if I were to combine these routines with 5 pound weights! Thank you for these great workout routines. TL;DR Version: This workout routine actually works and made my arms thinner, unlike some other videos on this site.

can barely get through only once. Have never had arm strength so this is challenging. Starting off slow only once through 2x a week, then going to add 3x then add more times through each day. It may take me a while.

Tracy, I need your exercises for losing bat wings as I had back surgery six months ago which means using weights isn’t recommended by my physical therapists. And I need to lose my flabby arms that happened somewhere in the midst of pain. I felt the burn down my arms. I know I have to start slowly. Thanks for offering an alternative to weights.

This looks easy but it's not. Especially if you have shoulders so stiff you need to see a chiropractor for them twice a week. It's like *Crunch, crunch, click click, crunch*. Ouch.
Also remember it's a good idea to see your doctor before starting any kind of excersize routine especially if you have any health conditions that would be cause for concern when exercising.

I have had gastric bypass and the bat wings have always bothered me. I have recently gained about 15 pounds over my normal steady weight. I did this video with you once and I so could feel the burn. I've been doing this once a day sometimes two for 2 and a half weeks and see absolutely no difference ): I feel better and more relaxed in my shoulders but that's about it
Hey I m 15 years old and I was kinda born fat ! Lol but when I was 13 I stepped on the scale and it said 227 pounds! I was 167 cms I decided I needed a change and its been two years and I lost a total 80 pounds ! And my hieght is also grown to 171 cm! Just wanted to share my story and tell you that it doesn't matter if you're old or young you can do it if you have the will power!
I am almost 17 and i am a small size but i'm rather self-conscious about the upper parts of my arms because they are too thick and it looks weird with the rest of my body. Sometimes when i wear singlet tops, i only notice how flawed my arms look in pictures (mirrors can lie sometimes) and it makes me have that "gross" feeling you know? Would it be because i use to be 3 sizes bigger in the past and i lost weight too quickly? whatever the case is, i'm glad i came across this video. I can't wait to see the results! Also, When will i start to see a difference?
I work out at the gym five times a week, alternating days I work on upper body with lower body. I use free weights and machines, and while I challenge my muscles, I never felt the work like I do in my bat wings like I do with these exercises. In fact, this is my first time doing them and I stopped at one cycle of the exercises shown here because I felt it so thoroughly I thought to do another cycle might result in strained muscles. Thank you. I will continue to do these on an every-other-day basis and let you know if I progress.
Ok...I am really out of shape. Omg I got to 3:19 and it was burning so bad I had to stop lol I can't believe I got this burn without even using weights. Ok...I know my bat arms are going to be gone in no time with this great work out!

I'm not sure if I'm doing them wrong but I feel the burn in my upper, outer arm (like the muscle that's from my shoulder to midupper arm) and none on the inner part, is that right? I really want to tone those down as they're proportionately "fatter" than the rest of my body

OMG...I totally felt it the first time. I have been doing the tank top exercises for my arms with 3 pound weighs but that wasn't helping my bat wings. I will do this everyday now. I'll keep you posted.
I'm a big girl whose overweight, but my biggest insecurity has to be my arms. I never wear sleeveless shirts or show my arms because of my bat wings, but I could really feel the difference with this workout. It wasn't boring, but it was very tiring and for some reason I liked feeling the burn. I really have faith in this workout, I hope it works! I've minimized my food portions and I've only been drinking water or milk ( I have a vitamin D deficiency). I hope to soon see results so I can come back and thank you for this video!
mylittleperks I don't know anything about your health, but i was wondering why you don't just take vitamin D drops and get some sun for your deficiency and cut out milk which happens to have a fat that most can live without. I liked this workout too and will add it to my routine.
mylittleperks I have just done my first round of this exercise/ I found it tiring too, but like you I like feeling the burn. Shows it's working! If you want to lose weight, the best way (which works for me anyhow) is to eat half of what you normally eat, (no sweet stuff or fizzy drinks, of course!) and preferably only a small mixed salad with fresh vegetables in the evenings (you can vary the ingredients) and then go for an hour's brisk walk every evening too. No jogging and no sauntering either, just good brisk walking. This is an excellent way to lose weight as it makes you feel good and you sleep well too. But you'll need a lot of patience as it is slow but sure. It took me 9 months to lose about 15 kilos this way, but if you lose weight gradually and slowly you won't put it back on so easily. Another thing, you could eat cheese instead of drinking milk; it's a lot more enjoyable!
I have absolutely loved this one for years. A few years ago, I was trying to make working out a habit (didn't stick with it...but I am now!), I did this one several times a week. After several weeks, I saw myself in the mirror, and just stood there flexing for like 15 minutes! It was a total moment of, "Wow, I can look like THAT?" I had never seen myself that toned before, and it was such a great feeling. And lately, I've been experiencing that same feeling over and over again. Thanks Tracy!!!
I've gotten addicted. Actually have dents in areas I've never seen before, and that is so encouraging. Finally figured out the "do this video 3 x " meant on the same day. Then, you do it 3 or 4 times a week. The very first time I did it 3 x thru, I could see results. Since I'm in the "older" range - 67 yrs - my body still responds quickly, but it also loses the effects quickly, so you have to keep at it. If I hadn't seen the muscles sculpt in front of my eyes, I wouldn't be hanging around. Thank you Miss Tracy! P.S. The same applause for the backless dress workout, the Miami series, and the one about droopy knees. Well....every workout is so quick and effective, it's just hard to pick. Even the easy ones are tough, since it's so important to focus.
I started doing this workout two weeks ago and it came with an additional benefit: it completely corrected my posture! I don't know if that was because this strenghtens my shoulders or something else, but wow. I'm 21, but I've always had a terrible posture (I work and study with a PC + I have scoliosis) to the point my back ached at the end of the day. But with this? The pain is gone. So, 10/10 would recommend.
I love this workout, but I have a question. Is this going to make my arms smaller? That's the goal I'm trying to aim for. I don't want to have HUGE arms, I just wanna lose the fat and make my arms smaller. Is this workout gonna do that?

My neck doesn't have an arch in it, so this exercise is quite difficult for me to do. It hurts the back of my neck more than my arms, but it's doable if i execute it more slowly. Tricep dips and inclined pushups are so much kinder to my neck but I don't want to develop defined arm muscles, i just want slimmer arms for those sleeveless tops.
I have a shoulder injury so it is difficult for me to use weights, but I need something to strengthen my arms. I will give this a try and see how it goes. I could barely make it through once and I was feeling the burn. I look forward to seeing results and feeling stronger!

+Liz Anne Start with a healthy diet. Diet is key for weight loss. I have been doing a low fat, vegan, starch based diet and have lost 50 pounds so far. Here on youtube look up "Starch Solution" and watch one of the hour long presentations for more info on starch based diets. Whatever eating plan you go with; make sure to research it. There is lots of bad advice out there. Exercising is great for just about anyone. My mom is 72 and exercises by riding her bike and moving around in her pool. Start with simple exercises and don't overdo it. You don't want to hurt yourself. The exercises presented in this video should be ok. Just take it easy when you first start.
Trying my best. Stroke left me with a left arm I can't really straighten out. Right rotator was described by my doctor as 'trash'. Am I still getting the moves I need? This was one of my go to videos a hot minute ago. We exercise every morning. Going noe to do the Tank Top water bottle video and the core and cardio video. Went to dinner with old, and I do mean old classmates last night and blew my diet. We graduated in 1969. Doing most of your Bridal booty workouts, Bat wings can fly me to the moon. Thanks for your videos and support. From the crippled old lady. If you saw me doing these you would probably die laughing. Great! Starting today. Problem is that when you are an "old bat" as I am, it's not just the triceps but those bat wings seem to extend from under the armpit to the bra top. i.e. Think of stretching your arm out to a 90° angle. It should be relatively square, even if the triceps are weak, not look like well.. a bat! I am guessing it is just old age as I go to the gym five days a week, use the machines and then do salsa aerobics 3 days a week, zumba one day and step sculpting on the fifth day. Is there any hope, or should I just sigh... get over it and wear long sleeves.
You don't look at all old in your photo! But I know what you mean about the bat wings extending. The best exercise of all for the whole body is swimming (breast stroke). I used to do 30 lengths (30 x 100 metres) 3x a week and was in very good shape, but now I don't fancy going to the public swimming pool.
I'm going to update and keep doing this everyday for 2017 (its Jan.2) so I'll update! most likely I'll loose this comment in the sea of comments and that'll be the only reason why I can't update so if someone comments under this then I'll get a notification telling me that you did and I'll probably be able to update then so yeah

There is no way you will results in one day. Absolutely none.
DreamYourFearsAway, it depends on your goal. If you want bigger arms 4kg is ok, I would do lighter for smaller dancer arms. 1.3kgs or less

On your sexy arms on your purchased online package I couldn't even do 3lbs and ladies I do 15-25lbs shoulder presses, 10-15lb biceps an 8-15lbs depending on the set for rows. I did 2.5lbs and barely made it through her Sexy Arms workout available on tracycampoli.com and no I don't work for her. I stumbled on her and she's killing it - LOVE HER! It's quick. It's tough and I can't wait to see my slimming down because I'm super muscular an trying to lengthen and slim :)

I am gluten free except for an occasional treat, eat veggies and have 8-10 oz of protein min. per day and I listened to your fermented foods video but do you have a list for subscribers of your website of recommended. I've lost 16 pounds since the beginning of this year.. Ready to work on those bat wings!! First time trying this workout, June 28 2017: I did it three times as suggested, no weights. WHERE I FEEL THE FIRE is all on my deltoids, very little on my biceps and practically nothing on triceps. Hoping this will work the flab. I'll keep everyone posted. Got my batwings/upper arm measuring at 16" all around, 6" flab relaxed/hanging.. I will post pics at a later date after progressing.

Normally, I don't leave comments on videos, especially on workout videos, but I just had to express my gratitude about this workout routine and your Bat Wings II workout routine. I've always had large arms and when I started my journey to lose weight, I needed something effective to combat the fat on my arms. I used to have 10 pound weights in the past, but I have no idea where they are or where they went, so I need an arm routine that is not only effective, but requires no weights.
Originally, I used to follow another arm work routine that was only about 4 minutes long and the video boasts that it can help trim arm fat with only doing this 5 minutes a day. Honestly, it sounded great so I decided that I had to try it out. For the first month of doing it, I saw little to no progress on my arms and maybe I thought I was doing it wrong, so instead of doing this once everyday, I started to do it twice a day. I saw a little more progress but I needed something faster and more efficient. That's when I saw your video in my recommendations.
Honestly, I was dumbfounded at the burn this workout gave me without the usage of weights. Originally, my arms were very weak and I could only do one rep of this workout routine, but as time progressed, I got better at completing the workout and increased my reps. And soon, I stumbled across your Bat Wings II workout routine which made my arms burn so bad, it was insane! I started combining this video with Bat Wings II and my arms started shrinking! I've seen a lot of progress on my arms and I'm more confident in my body. People have noticed that my arms are thinner, along with the rest of my body and it feels great. I could only imagine that progress I would get if I were to combine these routines with 5 pound weights! Thank you for these great workout routines.

Tracy, I need your exercises for losing bat wings as I had back surgery six months ago which means using weights isn’t recommended by my physical therapists. And I need to lose my flabby arms that happened somewhere in the midst of pain. I felt the burn down my arms. I know I have to start slowly. Thanks for offering an alternative to weights.

I have had gastric bypass and the bat wings have always bothered me. I have recently gained about 15 pounds over my normal steady weight. I did this video with you once and I so could feel the burn. Hey I m 15 years old and I was kinda born fat ! Lol but when I was 13 I stepped on the scale and it said 227 pounds! I was 167 cms I decided I needed a change and its been two years and I lost a total 80 pounds ! And my hieght is also grown to 171 cm! Just wanted to share my story and tell you that it doesn't matter if you're old or young you can do it if you have the will power!
I am almost 17 and i am a small size but i'm rather self-conscious about the upper parts of my arms because they are too thick and it looks weird with the rest of my body. Sometimes when i wear singlet tops, i only notice how flawed my arms look in pictures (mirrors can lie sometimes) and it makes me have that "gross" feeling you know? Would it be because i use to be 3 sizes bigger in the past and i lost weight too quickly? whatever the case is, i'm glad i came across this video. I can't wait to see the results! I work out at the gym five times a week, alternating days I work on upper body with lower body. I use free weights and machines, and while I challenge my muscles, I never felt the work like I do in my bat wings like I do with these exercises. In fact, this is my first time doing them and I stopped at one cycle of the exercises shown here because I felt it so thoroughly I thought to do another cycle might result in strained muscles. Thank you. I will continue to do these on an every-other-day basis and let you know if I progress.

I'm a big girl whose overweight, but my biggest insecurity has to be my arms. I never wear sleeveless shirts or show my arms because of my bat wings, but I could really feel the difference with this workout. It wasn't boring, but it was very tiring and for some reason I liked feeling the burn. I really have faith in this workout, I hope it works! I've minimized my food portions and I've only been drinking water or milk ( I have a vitamin D deficiency). I hope to soon see results so I can come back and thank you for this video!

mylittleperks I don't know anything about your health, but i was wondering why you don't just take vitamin D drops and get some sun for your deficiency and cut out milk which happens to have a fat that most can live without. I liked this workout too and will add it to my routine.
mylittleperks I have just done my first round of this exercise/ I found it tiring too, but like you I like feeling the burn. Shows it's working! If you want to lose weight, the best way (which works for me anyhow) is to eat half of what you normally eat, (no sweet stuff or fizzy drinks, of course!) and preferably only a small mixed salad with fresh vegetables in the evenings (you can vary the ingredients) and then go for an hour's brisk walk every evening too. No jogging and no sauntering either, just good brisk walking. This is an excellent way to lose weight as it makes you feel good and you sleep well too. But you'll need a lot of patience as it is slow but sure. It took me 9 months to lose about 15 kilos this way, but if you lose weight gradually and slowly you won't put it back on so easily. Another thing, you could eat cheese instead of drinking milk; it's a lot more enjoyable!
I have absolutely loved this one for years. A few years ago, I was trying to make working out a habit (didn't stick with it...but I am now!), I did this one several times a week. After several weeks, I saw myself in the mirror, and just stood there flexing for like 15 minutes! It was a total moment of, "Wow, I can look like THAT?" I had never seen myself that toned before, and it was such a great feeling. And lately, I've been experiencing that same feeling over and over again. Thanks Tracy!!!

I've gotten addicted. Actually have dents in areas I've never seen before, and that is so encouraging. Finally figured out the "do this video 3 x " meant on the same day. Then, you do it 3 or 4 times a week. The very first time I did it 3 x thru, I could see results. Since I'm in the "older" range - 67 yrs - my body still responds quickly, but it also loses the effects quickly, so you have to keep at it. If I hadn't seen the muscles sculpt in front of my eyes, I wouldn't be hanging around. Thank you Miss Tracy! P.S. The same applause for the backless dress workout, the Miami series, and the one about droopy knees. Well....every workout is so quick and effective, it's just hard to pick. Even the easy ones are tough, since it's so important to focus.

I started doing this workout two weeks ago and it came with an additional benefit: it completely corrected my posture!
I don't know if that was because this strenghtens my shoulders or something else, but wow.
I'm 21, but I've always had a terrible posture (I work and study with a PC + I have scoliosis) to the point my back ached at the end of the day. But with this? The pain is gone.
So, 10/10 would recommend.

My neck doesn't have an arch in it, so this exercise is quite difficult for me to do. It hurts the back of my neck more than my arms, but it's doable if i execute it more slowly. Tricep dips and inclined pushups are so much kinder to my neck but I don't want to develop defined arm muscles, i just want slimmer arms for those sleeveless tops.
I have a shoulder injury so it is difficult for me to use weights, but I need something to strengthen my arms. I will give this a try and see how it goes. I could barely make it through once and I was feeling the burn. I look forward to seeing results and feeling stronger!

+Liz Anne Start with a healthy diet. Diet is key for weight loss. I have been doing a low fat, vegan, starch based diet and have lost 50 pounds so far. Here on youtube look up "Starch Solution" and watch one of the hour long presentations for more info on starch based diets. Whatever eating plan you go with; make sure to research it. There is lots of bad advice out there.
Exercising is great for just about anyone. My mom is 72 and exercises by riding her bike and moving around in her pool. Start with simple exercises and don't overdo it. You don't want to hurt yourself. The exercises presented in this video should be ok. Just take it easy when you first start.

Trying my best. Stroke left me with a left arm I can't really straighten out. Right rotator was described by my doctor as 'trash'. Am I still getting the moves I need? This was one of my go to videos a hot minute ago. We exercise every morning. Going noe to do the Tank Top water bottle video and the core and cardio video. Went to dinner with old, and I do mean old classmates last night and blew my diet. We graduated in 1969. Doing most of your Bridal booty workouts, Bat wings can fly me to the moon. Thanks for your videos and support. From the crippled old lady. If you saw me doing these you would probably die laughing. Great! Starting today. Problem is that when you are an "old bat" as I am, it's not just the triceps but those bat wings seem to extend from under the armpit to the bra top. i.e. Think of stretching your arm out to a 90° angle. It should be relatively square, even if the triceps are weak, not look like well.. a bat! I am guessing it is just old age as I go to the gym five days a week, use the machines and then do salsa aerobics 3 days a week, zumba one day and step sculpting on the fifth day. Is there any hope, or should I just sigh... get over it and wear long sleeves.
You don't look at all old in your photo! But I know what you mean about the bat wings extending. The best exercise of all for the whole body is swimming (breast stroke). I used to do 30 lengths (30 x 100 metres) 3x a week and was in very good shape, but now I don't fancy going to the public swimming pool.
