I’m in that rut right now. I’m 45 but feel about 80! Gravity is kicking in, I’m exhausted, I’m putting on weight and I ache! I want to be positive and get active and regain some tone but my energy levels are rock bottom especially after a day at work and the stress of everyday life! Finding your videos are slowly making me see I don’t have to settle for feeling this way. Thanks!
I’ve always exercised, eaten healthy foods and after 60 the arms developed bat wings. They don’t go away for me. Always have carried weight in my arms. I’m 5’5”, 120 and still have them. I’m 71 and work real hard with weights but don’t see real change. Ugh! I never go sleeveless anymore.😮

I’m so sorry you’re frustrated. I’ve got loads of ladies in their 70’s in tbt and I’m telling you first hand…you absolutely can see major improvement 🙌❤️
@@TracyCampoli well, maybe they did improve. It would be one thing if I hadn’t exercised but I have for years. I even taught classes at the Y years ago. I do 40 minutes of weights 3 x a week, Pilates 1-2x, cardio 2-4 x in addition to walking. That’s as good as it gets for me. When I first started using YT you and Tracy Anderson were the first videos I worked out with.

At 11:30...LOVE THE BODY THAT YOU ARE IN. Yes, I am in my late 50's and I can't tell you how many women I've talked to that say "I thought I was so fat when I was ?? age" but when I look back at pictures, I wasn't". Yes, many, many women do that to themselves and rob themselves YEARS of happiness (including myself). Tip to the young ladies out there, listen to Tracy. She is spot on. Love yourself!

Yes I do the long and lean look too. Have been able to reduce my flabby arms too. Pilates has been my go to as well. Love it and gives great results

I just came upon your video, I enjoyed and appreciated what you have to share. I’m all about the arms at 53 years old , I have always enjoyed working on toning my arms however, the flabby arms have come in hard with menopause over the past 2 years. I will be following you along with trying your videos . Thank you for encouraging women to keep working at being the best we can be. 👍

however, if you carry a negative attitude combined with negative self-talk "nothing works" to your advantage.
