Hi Tracy: This is my very favorite workout. Thank you! I try to do it 3-4 times a week. I always look forward to working out with you, it goes really quickly. It has made me so much stronger and my arms and back are looking great. I finally got to wear an open back and shoulder blouse recently, first time in years and felt totally confident. Hi Tracy: Donna here. I was out of town and took a couple weeks off. Boy did I miss my workouts. Just got finished doing your fabulous best of arms again. It really makes me feel so strong and actually makes me so much stronger. I absolutely look so forward to and love the best of arms. I have been doing the best of arms with you for about six months and it is a part of my daily regimen. It has really improved the look of my arms, back and shoulders. I always look so forward to seeing your beautiful smiling face. You are the best!!

I can't get enough of these workouts. I am excited to wake up early and do them each day. I had a hard time with the weights at first but now it's much easier. Today I was able to increase my weights from 1 to 3 pounds. I switch up which videos I do and I'm seeing incredible results in only a couple of weeks time. Tracy rocks!!!!!

I did this without weights and my arms are burning! I have major arm flab. So glad I came across your workouts! I should also add I'm now in menopause so I know metabolism and weight are harder to control.

The older I am, the more I want to have nice arms. Before it was all about abs and butt for me, but you know the arms are actually more often revealed then abs, unless you wear a crop top often which I don´t, but I do like to wear short sleeve shirts or dresses that reveal arms and this is great for toning and just to be stronger , it iritates me to have strong butt and abs but weak arms.

I was going to just focus on arms today - but after this one I think I'll do some cardio instead! ;)
Omg these arm work outs are the best , for an all-in-one for arms. Mine burned so bad but i really feel it working! Your workouts always work for me, but i did slack off over the autumn and winter. Time to get this sorted in time for summer and remove my unhealthy attachment to my cardigans lol :)
