I used to have pretty heavy and un-toned arms. I've noticed a lot lot of definition! I can't say I've really lost fat because my weight is the same, but I can say it totally tones! :)

Hey girl I just found you. So I have fibro, DDD stenosis in 2 places, bursitis in both hips, reverse curve in my neck TMJ RA and OA in my whole body. This arm workout is so perfect it's short and effective and I do what I can. I'll have to find where I can post before and after for you xo

you do them everyday. its less than 10 mins. You should start to see results in 2 weeks. I did Tracys arm ones last year and after 2 weeks doing them everyday i saw a difference, then after 2 months i had lovely arms in a dress for an event i attended. I will tell you though if you stop , your arms go back to the way they were before as it happened to me cos i stopped all winter unmotivated to do anything. But now i'm back again :)
Alexandra Claudia Hi alexandra, i do any of Tracys 10 minute (or so) arm exercises. I'd start small with one first for at least 2 weeks. Then after that you will be able to keep up and not put your arms down as much (like me when it used to burn so bad lol) and then i would add a second video after about 4 weeks. I'd switch it up to the different ones and even the ones without the weights. The most important thing is the repetition. You should definitely see results after about 6 weeks if you do them every day. You cant stop completely cos your arms go back to the way they were, cos thats what happened to me.

Tracy, I still have problem with nape muscles (relaxing them) I keep shoulder blades down (do yoga for years so know how)but those muscles are strong and still take some weight...I dont want them to grow!!!! any trick? help!

+Melissa Guajardo It might be too heavy of a weight. Maybe try without weights at all or with a water bottle. See if that helps:)
