Oh my goodness! Why didn't I know about facial exercises 20 years ago? I'm almost 67 and workout with you doing the bat wing videos since I had those really bad, but I do them 3 times in a row each day to get rid of them. I work diligently at staying fit and the rest of my body is coming along beautifully, but my neck is horrible! Just started these yesterday so I really hope doing them daily will produce great results. I want to wear scarves to hide my neck it's so bad. Thank you for this! In all my years working out, and I started with another 1980s video back in the 80s and still do it today, no one has ever mentioned the neck and facial areas -- that I saw. So excited to keep going with this. Thank you thank you thank you!
I suffer from bruxism (clenching of the jaw/grinding the teeth) and I can tell some of these stretches are going to be great for relieving tension in my jaw and neck muscles too. Thanks!
Started this today..It is something how how you absolutely feel those never use neck muscles. I will do 3x a day and get back to you with results...ty for teaching us how to workout every part of our bodies.
Mid 40s!!?? You look absolutely amazing girl!!! How often should I be doing these exercises? I’m 41, both my parents have double chin (saggy skin due to age not necessarily fat), so I think I have genetics against me on this one but willing to fight this back!! Love all your videos! XXX

Thanks alot for this video, Your other chin exercise video had always been my favorite and always went to it, however paused at times since it was'nt full like on this video where u actually did them 10 times along and recently I was trynna do chin exercise and i'm glad to have found this
I grew up in NY and all the "mothers" of my friends I knew did this including my first boyfriend's (whose mother was in the middle of doing this when I walked in their house and met her for the first time!!!) 😂🤣😂🤣😂 It could be a NY thing or an Italian thing (not sure which) because Carole Maggio (also Paisan 😂👍) started this whole movement of facercise...so maybe ALL the Italian ladies followed her lead! WoW! I’m going to try these for a while! How often should I do these? I’m 56 and don’t have a double chin but don’t want to get one! I do use sérums which are Bio (organic) from both L’Occitane and Korres. Ok, so how often shall I do the exercises? xx

This reminds me of French phonetics class in college. Prof made us bring a mirror to watch our facial expressions. After the class you could feel it.
