These short standing ab exercises are great for doing in the office, especially when you have a standing desk! Thank you Tracy so much for creating those.
This is an awesome alternative to traditional sit ups for people like me who suffer from heartburn. the repeated lying on the ground and sitting up was horrible, not because of my stomach muscles but because of the lactic acid and constant jarring motions aggravating it 100 times worse! I have any problems with this type of ab workout.

Love these exercises and can't wait to get back to them. Had a foot op about 3 weeks ago and since instill have a surgical boot I can't do much leg work but I'm doing your arm and back exercises to keep moving 😃
You're so charismatic. Your positive attitude is contagious! Thankyou for motivating me and making these work-outs and videos simple and straight to the point. I recently started doing your workouts from one of your first GETTING RID OF BATWINGS video because even though im petit, and slim I still have jiggly arms! So I want to tone them up. Today was my third day doing them along with a bit of cardio and I plan to continue until I start seeing results. I'm a mother of two beautiful children, 22 years old and weigh around 100 pounds. I breastfed and that helped me get back to my regular pre-pregnancy weight but seeing how I dont have much time to go to the gym, I want you to know how much I appreciate your videos! They are very helpful for us busy stay-at home moms! Thankyou ♡

I love your standing ab workouts!!! I just did your low impact cardio workout. I am a full-time student and part time worker. So I am doing stuff 7 days a week straight. Your workouts make it easy for me to want to get into shape. Ive never been more motivated! I love that i can do these workouts anywhere! I will be keeping you updated on my results! Im looking for a flat tummy. No more bat wings and some toned legs!!! Ive already went down a size in pants from August through last month. This month, who knows what will be in store for me!!

I like focus on love handles but getting the hips is something I need to keep working on ☺️
I have trouble isolating just my ribcage, and keeping my hips still. Do you have any hints on how to do this? Love your workouts!

i am 65 i love yours do not need mat etc had surgery can do your i have barrel chest smoked for 45 years i quit 2 years now they say there nothing can do except surgery no to that your work out losing the sides

Did absolutely everything you said to do and didnt feel a thing, no wonder I never lose any weight, I clearly can't do anything right
Girl you need a hug! It is a journey and it doesn't happen over night! Go easy on yourself and practice the movement and you will feel it and see it more and more!

I LOVE this video .... the exercises are really great and I have already lost part of my love handles .. but having to watch it is burdensome :( .. it keeps bunching up and then buffers ... I have tried playing it on VLC and its even worse there same with hooking it up to my tv ... it just will N O t PLAY RIGHT ... anybody know whats wrong with it ??? It will NOT play nice for me ...
