    I have diabetes since 8 yrs and wen I checked my vitamin D levels independently last year, the levels were deficient. I appreciate you mentioning about vitamin d, becoz I don't think I have heard any diabetes doctor mentioning its importance.

    Reply to Babloo gupta ji...yes we watched gautam ji s vdos & changed our diet, no milk & products, no carbs, no pulses, no fruits & other discipline in eating dinner early & stopped inbetween snacking. So lost more than 8 kgs wt. improved Hb A1c. Please watch col gaurav s visuals & you will experiance a charisma.

So after some search found out that you have reduced your weight from 107 kgs. to 70 kgs. Well done. Would appreciate if you also include some references for the benefit of video watchers. Regards.

      No sir, I have lost weight (fat) from 107 to 70 because I fixed up my Insulin Resistance and reversed four ailments including Diabetes T2. If you go to my channel you will find my promo video giving out the details of my ailments. All my videos are sequentially numbered and I have spoken in brief about my own journey and why this channel in my Video No 1.

      @@gautamguha71newdelhi Thanks for your quick reply. In fact, by adopting regulated measures,my cholesterol levels had dipped below 120 mg., about a year ago. Later, by removing some self imposed fat/ghee/vegetable oil consumption related restrictions, my cholesterol levels had improved, and my fasting sugar also continued to be within range in my last test done couple of months back. This helped in improving some of my other parameters, which were already in range. What I have to do is to improve my HDL further by sparing time for walking n some exercise on regular basis, and may be I shall cut on consumption of Marie light biscuits with black/green tea that I take. I do not have any overweight problem. But care has to be taken to maintain proper waistline, and maintain A1c tests within range. One suggestion to you: In the event you have time, you may do a sample study to test the average scores obtained, and variations recorded by following the latest concepts that are being implemented in western world as we are also catching up with them. This is evident in some of your videos as well. It has been a pleasure to have interacted with you. Regards!

      @@dranilchojar7016 yes sure Dr ! I have been advising many in my health group. Have already helped many reverse their IR including ladies with PCOD or even severe diabetics with 100 units of insulin. I have been making notes, studying variations as will always be, but still there's a method to the reversal approach and a logic to reduce your dosage. I am a bit busy till 18th due to work. Shall be uploading my next video on these lines by 20th or so.

      Aim should be to have a level of 35-50 ng/ml. In case you are deficient then :-
      1- Take a weekly 60000 IU sachet or a capsule of Vit D3 (like D Rise or Uprise) - once a week. Take it with your first meal of the day (FMOD). The meal must have enough fat. You can even add the sachet in a cup of milk tea or coffee (without sugar or sweetners). Take this dosage of 60K IU for 8 weeks (hence buy 8 sachets or 8 capsules).
      2- For the balance 6 days of week, take a 2000 IU supplement of Vit D3 daily. This you can order online - like buy on Amazon.
      3- Always take Vit K2 (MK7) of 55 mcg with Vit D3 supplement for better calcium management.
      Once again remember that both Vit D and K2 are fat soluble Vitamins. So have these with FMOD and that too with an adequate amount of fats in the meal.

    i am in a intermittent fasting with low carb medium protein and good fats not a keto with nuts....and my sugar always pp not going 120 more but my hba1c is 7.5.....and i eat 75 gm glucose and check pp 225 is coming....vitamin d is defficency.....doctor say if you correct your vitamin d your all problem goes always...

      Vit D is important, but this is not the time to take glucose and keep putting pressure on your pancreas. First reverse and become insulin sensitive.

    Maximum safe level blood sugar kya hai ye kahi kisi ne nahi bataya..... ADA k hisaab se 250 tak safe hai kya ye baat sahi hai?

      Agar 250 sugar level ke saath aapka swasth acha rehta hai to ADA ka kya karna ! Aur agar 150 sugar ke saath aapka swasth kharab hota hai to bhi ADA ka kya karna. Isiliye sugar level apne blood me kum rakhe ! Baad me reversal karna padega ya dawaiya aur insulin lena padega....

      Agar bahut kum hai to 60000 iu har hafte ya 10000 iu daily. Agar level sahi hai to 400 iu daily. Hamesha Vit K 2 ke saath le.
