    This is one of the best video about exercising right way on RUclips...you will not believe I watched it 3 times ....the best part I liked in the video is knowing that we need to increase the intensity of the workout to get better results ...I do aerobics daily for 35 minutes but planks/legs/squats/ and some other tough exercises I do only for 15-20 minutes. ..so after watching this video I have the clarity and better understanding of the type of exercises I need to include in my workout routine and if I m already doing these I need to increase the intensity.....also thank you so much for telling me the benefits of workout during fasting state. Thank you for all your efforts sir ...

    Variety is the key. I mix walking with simultaneous arm exercises. I also do antigravity exercises/ Mercola's nitric oxide dump + yoga 3-4 times a wk. I m 68 yrs old. It keeps me a fit & happy.

      @@manjuagarwal8990 I had learnt arm exercises at gym & during Physical exercises in high school. Nitric oxide dump has arm exercises that are very good. Look up arm exercises on youtube for ur age, there are a lot. There are also exercises using stretch bands. Wish u all the best.

      I too have seen the dark side of diabetes and effects of high carbs diet sir. No one talks of Saurabh Ganguly being given biscuits after his first stent implantation... No one talks of high carb diet being the reason of so many untimely deaths .... Today also we lost another of the Kapoor brothers at a young age of 58....
      Yes we all need to collectively spread the awareness.

    Sir person who is diabetic. And he on keto diet. After few months he come under bmi range due to low calorie diet. But it's possible to do all HIIT excersise with low calorie. Bcos everyone is selling keto atta but no one tell how to fulfill daily calorie after weight come in BMI index.
    My last question is can person live with same dite with long year.

    Your videos are quite intuitive, explained in such a way layman can understand. I like the way you talked about how fat is being exhaled in a scientific algorithm way with calculations. Really hats off to you. India being Diabetic Capitol of the world, ur videos will be immense helpful for common man.
    I used to be ISRO Scientist moved to USA long back really impressed to see your videos, as I am pre-Diabetic with A1c of 6.6. U r videos makes me quite confident about Sugar Math.
    Though our Staple food mainly is Wheat or Rice, its hard to change dietary habits. Good to know your relapse of Diabetic Journey. I would like to know what is your Present A1C level?

    I have watched all your videos now and also watched so many other channels videos to reverse diabetes .
    What does it mean by reversal ?
    Is it mean that ailment is gone or maintained?
    Reverse means that you are like same before the ailment .
    Like you eat all sweets or carb all the time?
    Also plz share video on ur gulcose level everyday after ur reversal started .
    Do u eat like regular people do after ur reversal .
    Like u eat three or four gulabjamans or jalebis and eat theee roti and meat in one meal?

      Just depends both are ok options from reversing IR. But it's not practical. So 3 days a week of TABATA or HIIT and 3 days of strength and resistance training with daily 20-40 min cardio and one day REST can be a better option.

      Highly insulin resistant and inflammed ! Needs to care for the renal health and lower inflammation.

      On the chair sir with a support.
      Raise your arms, raise your legs sitting on a chair. That's enough for you at this stage.

    Sir, thank you❤🙏 so much for the contents very neatly explained, sir I'm confused hope u will clear this I was diagnosed diabetic five years ago, I adopted natural way to treat this I used to take millets , miles of walking with exercises my blood sugar was normal, till today I keep my daily routine my RBS is 118 and around, but till today I haven't taken any pills but when I skip my daily routine it spikes to 180,and around with intake of sugar or sweet was also high at this moment sir, how to read my self and wt is ur advice. After watching your I'm little educated about the nature of diabetes.

      You are Insulin resistant likely. That's why the sugar in blood remains in excess ! My while channel is dedicated to the reversal of IR. See video 28. Will help you to start logically.
