Awesome knowledge sir, i have one doubt, So when we start taking the medications, it just increase the insulin in blood..but not help in reducing the resistance right? It means patient will always be dependent on medications as it is only increasing the insulin in blood but resistance is always be there and it will keep increasing..So medications will not solve the actual issue that is resistance...... am i right sir?

@@hrishikeshpradhan3035 That’s because Fruits contain Fructose type of sugar which doesn’t need Insulin for removal from blood stream. But he doesn’t tell us that Liver is the only organ which can metabolise fructose into glucose which is used by body cells. If not used by body cells because of Insulin resistance then bulk of it gets converted into Triglycerides and fat which is more problematic in the long run. But fruit diet does reduce the blood sugar in the short term..
