I'm a teen 16yrs and my stomach is 34 inches thighs are 20 inches My starting weight is 54 my goal is 48 the least then let's see. D1 :- Felt a bit tired but did it as it's first day felt light kinda now let's see more tomorrow. ❤️ D2&3 :- I had a bit pain in legs but I know it will recover to make me more fit. No inches reduced

heey ! i did nothing special. i avoided junk food (even namkeen) no sugar no oily food no food after 8-9 at night breakfast - egg whites with brown bread lunch - chane/cheela/daal/ brown rice/roti made by oats aata . I stopped eating wheat flour. nd dinner is always light , salad/soups .

I have started it from today. I am uncomfortable with push-ups, so did 50 bicycle crunchs instead. And to my utter surprise,after the exercise i was sweaty and heart rate was high up. Age 27, height 5'5", waist 34 cm, weight 64kg. I am doing intermittent fasting 16:8 with calorie cut of 200 calories per day on needfull according to weight. So, Let's see after 21 days, will be back on 21st December!
