    Ma'am I don't know how to express my gratefulness to you. This was the video which I religiously followed the entire lockdown (8 months) with your tips on diet and by god's grace, I could lose 11-12 kg.
    I weighed 70kg, when my mom asked me to look into RUclips for exercises and hence I am here.
    Now I don't weigh more than 59kg.

    If you want big strong legs like Mukti this is the video for you! I love this workout, it’s so effective and quick. Along with eating healthy and taking in more water I’ve lost 12 pounds so far. You will definitely feel the burn in your legs and break a sweat as well! 👍🏼

      @Saba_ibrahim_ as such there was nothing special in my diet only I cut down my suger intake ,fried foods and portion control with more salads in my plate i ate homemade food typical Indian daal rice roti n all

    Guys ye aerobics amazing hai.. main ye daily kerti hu n fast food kam ker k bass weekend pe le rahi hu. Baki koi doet plan nahi follow kiya. Is aerobics se hi 15 din mein bahut changes aa gaye hai body mein.

    This is awesome! I love it and it’s suitable for me as I’m a beginner. I’ll got this for 1 month. I’m on low carb diet now ( I’ve started diet tomorrow without exercise. My routine- walking up and 30min workout on elliptical machine+ this + slim arm 8min workout+ double chin workout) My age- 20, height- 5ft, weight 68.4. I’ll keep updating.

    I saw this exercise on 3rd May and Today it's 1st June I am doing this exercise daily ½ hour sometimes more then that
    This exercise is worth
    U can easily workout without occupying too much space
    It's very easy to do step by step
    I am doing this exercise and it's really working I can easily notice changes in my body and now I'm very much active .

    Such a good workout ! I am overweight and I mostly find otherv ideos to be very exhausting for overweight and I end up resting a lot. I am so proud that I completed this full workout without a break and didnt feel any shortness of breath. And I am sweting like hell at the end ! Big thumbs up to you Mukti And Team.

    Hi...this found to be very very useful to me...I m havg muscle contraction spasm nd weak muscles due to whch many pains shoot up..so I was avoiding all exercise but ysd my dictr told to strt exercise even if its painful and start wth aerobics for hand nd leg movement.. exercise and rest is only soln he said...I tried many but all heavy exercise..
    This is very apt for me..
    But my stamina is so bad tht I had to take a break every 2 mns
    .but I completed full..I will do this regularly..thanks for uploading this video..god bless you all

    Good work mukthi. It starts easy in the beginning, makes your body ready and at the end you find yourself sweating a lot. This is very helpful. I Started from yesterday, doing twice daily. I hope I will loose weight in a month. THANX a lot for this video 📹😊🙏

      Try Bipasha Basu workout or Chloe Ting workout. They both works amazing. Also try intermittent fasting or egg diet by versatile vicky .Just be patient and consistent. Also drink lemon water before breakfast it will also help you.

      @@mahajaanu boil one glass of water. It should not be too much hot. Then add one lemon in it. Also one more advice try to drink water after one hour of every meal .

She did some walk half an hour I guess with no strict diet but she drank green tea religiously It took few months her weight came from 76 to 57 kg with prominent jawline and collar bones . she used to be so much fat among us but now she is smartest among us

      white Rose do eat brown rice and whole wheat bread, that wont make you fat since its good for weight loss. Also mist eat 2 boiled egg whites in breakfast. Also take some desi ghee

    I loved this
    at initial days I got exhausted in just four minutes at the start but in 1 week I am feeling energetic and I am able to complete this workout with them at their pace of speed
