Such a good workout ! I am overweight and I mostly find otherv ideos to be very exhausting for overweight and I end up resting a lot. I am so proud that I completed this full workout without a break and didnt feel any shortness of breath. And I am sweting like hell at the end ! Big thumbs up to you Mukti And Team.

Hi...this found to be very very useful to me...I m havg muscle contraction spasm nd weak muscles due to whch many pains shoot up..so I was avoiding all exercise but ysd my dictr told to strt exercise even if its painful and start wth aerobics for hand nd leg movement.. exercise and rest is only soln he said...I tried many but all heavy exercise.. This is very apt for me.. But my stamina is so bad tht I had to take a break every 2 mns .but I completed full..I will do this regularly..thanks for uploading this video..god bless you all

Try Bipasha Basu workout or Chloe Ting workout. They both works amazing. Also try intermittent fasting or egg diet by versatile vicky .Just be patient and consistent. Also drink lemon water before breakfast it will also help you. Best of luck:)
@@mahajaanu boil one glass of water. It should not be too much hot. Then add one lemon in it. Also one more advice try to drink water after one hour of every meal .

She did some walk half an hour I guess with no strict diet but she drank green tea religiously It took few months her weight came from 76 to 57 kg with prominent jawline and collar bones . she used to be so much fat among us but now she is smartest among us
white Rose do eat brown rice and whole wheat bread, that wont make you fat since its good for weight loss. Also mist eat 2 boiled egg whites in breakfast. Also take some desi ghee

She did some walk half an hour I guess with no strict diet but she drank green tea religiously It took few months her weight came from 76 to 57 kg with prominent jawline and collar bones . she used to be so much fat among us but now she is smartest among us

white Rose do eat brown rice and whole wheat bread, that wont make you fat since its good for weight loss. Also mist eat 2 boiled egg whites in breakfast. Also take some desi ghee
