I kept wondering when Haytham would come into it and as soon as I met him and he's talking about the hidden ones and noticing the age difference it clicked who he was.
the minute i saw this and started talking to him and the way he knew who the hidden ones where. i had a thought and now looking this up. my brain. now this is cool as hell. also. bring a tear to my eye seeing a person take there first leap of faith and trusting in nothing but themselves. in a weird way i can say this is what bungie jumping is like
Seeing Basim being the bridge for Haythm to actually join brotherhood and be an apprentice. its strange haythm kept reading scrolls and asking about the order when Eivor mentions about Basims betrayal, must be some lazy lack of cutscene or the brotherhood had some peotocol that opposed and trained assassins towards not having emotional connections within the brotherhood, atleast during this phase.
Funny cause its the same way he did it with eivor once he grew up i just played this and there still talking i have it paused. I Just Knew it was hytham by the hair and eyes
I like you thought of SW. I’m a huge fan of this franchise and basically everything LucasFilm but don’t get me started. Glad you made this comparison though. 👍
You will notice after this scene how many kids in Baghdad look exactly like young Hytham, so Ubisoft got lazy and cloned NPCs....or Hytham gets around A LOT! 😂😂😂😂
Still don’t like how they didn’t give bro a better cutscenes Haythem is more than just a lame Npc should’ve meet him when you’re still a beginner smh instead we got some black smith women climbing with us 💀💀
@@TheCycloneablenot ancestors directly, at least not that I'm aware of? But yeah, Edward did read about Hytham the Hidden One and named his son after him.
Just proud they thought to put small details like this into the game. Makes it feel so real
when i walked away and heard haytham, i was like DAAAMN!
exactly bro, that blew my mind that they'd connect him into this game
Yeah same here had the exact same reaction lol
Same. Its why im here.
It was a cute/cool mission as is, but then the other kid called him Hytham and i was like "DAAMMMNNN"
yeah he even have blue eyes like hyatham
Haytham Kenway
I JUST DID THIS TALE OF BAGHDAD, LIKE A SECOND AGO. I STILL COULDNT BELIEVE WHAT I JUST HEARD, GOD DAMN UBI SOFT GAVE ME A GOOSEBUMPS
I love that he ends up becoming his apprentice in the future
another cool detail i appreciate is that Hytham says the exact same diologue to Eivor when he teaches him the leap. “you see? i am unharmed”
I kept wondering when Haytham would come into it and as soon as I met him and he's talking about the hidden ones and noticing the age difference it clicked who he was.
You meet Haytham in AC3. This is Hytham.
literally just came across this and had a look on youtube to see if anyone else had done it, what a cool little easter egg
I remember doing this tale and thinking to myself that the kid's eyes reminded me of Hytham's and boom they literally yelled his name😂😂😂

I really hope we get a assassins creed based on hythams story would be awesome
why would they do two stories about two similar people living in the same place at the same time 😂
@@svoubi why not they maked like 3 games about ezio so why not 1 with basim and 1 with hytham 😂😂
@@robin033sk4the guy even got his own novel

Ngl I would've shit myself once the kid said "come on hytham"

It's insane to me that just hearing a name evoked more emotion from me than the entirety of Valhalla
Basim convinced a boy to jump from a tower instead of simply helping him climb down like a normal person lol.
Like Qui Gon Jinn and Obi Wan

@@MrKoers309 even in valhala basim kinda looks like qui gon lol
I hate it when he does that

This hytham is diff from haytham kenway right? Or is there any relationship/ explanation for it
This is not Kenway. This Haytham who becomes Basim’s apprentice in AC Valhalla and meets with Eivor.
Basim: Uhh…you ok, kid?
Hytham: (in the straw) AHHH!! MY FUCKING LEG!! ITS SHATTERED!! WHY DID YOU LET ME TO DO THAT!?!
BASIM:😳 (runs away)
I swear the voice acting sounds like AI generated speech lol.
Arab is way superior
@@MizzterFualso sounds like ai but in Arabic 😂
And Haytham has an American accent
What is the outdo song called and great video
Outro is made by a friend for my channel lol
Did this and didnt even know who that was

Where is this in game and is it available from the start?
No. It was like 5 hours into the story. A quest called tales from baghdad pops up in the map on a tower.
@@Rubhen925 ah right thanks 👍
Al-Mi’dhana Al-‘Ateeqa viewpoint in the Karkh district just outside the round city wall

Haytham (Edwards Son/Connors Dad)
Hytham (Basim's Apprentice From Valhalla)
Two Completely Different Guys People lol
How is this even possible? Mirage takes place long before Haytham's time
hytham is from Valhalla, youre confusing him with connors father he is not
It's not coming up for me🤔
bro, at least take the spoilers out of the title ffs, this game literally wasn't even out when you posted it and you're already spoilering everything
It has nothing to do with the story lol, it’s a 2 minute side quest.

Man, when they speak and interact, the animations look terrible. Even the animations from legacy titles were much better.
Haytham? Connors father?
No man, this is much earlier than the kenway's, like 8 centuries before, and it's Hytham
@@ramirofilho1492 oh lol
it's confirmed to be his ancestor though. Edward Kenway was assumed to have read about Hytham, hence why he later named his son Haytham
