    I’m loving these seated workouts. This one was very unique though. I like the mixing up and the longer challenges., just right for my busy day today Paul. 🥊

    I loved this seated boxing, Coach Paul. Loved the Tabata voice. It was so fun and creative. Love the gym. Please do more. I added my 1 lb Zumba weights to some of the rounds.

    Great boxing workout, Coach Paul! I have not done any of your workouts for about 6 months because of a pinched nerve in my neck. I went through physical therapy and now I'm cleared to resume my workouts of choice, so here I am and I'm glad you have a channel dedicated to seated workouts! Thank you! It is great to be back!
