Guys, this one is pretty good. Not a quick bs video and not exploitative. Gets your muscles to look nice and toned. And if you've got some layers on you, don't worry, it'll make you sweat pretty good... Pretty good. PRREEEEAAATTTYYYYYY GOOOOOOOOOD

@@anirudhb30 Yea -2, -3 days. Guess it was 6 months I noticed losing fat when I started a physical job, eating fruits & frozen veggies, doing basic full-body & core exercises (no time for full workouts now). It's been super gradual, like water cutting a mountain. Good luck, dude !

This workout is awesome! I'm working on a body transformation for this year. For the past 4 days I been getting up early to exercise take my supplements and replacing my meals with nutritional shakes. This is my first workout with him and I'm doing really good. I'm so proud of myself. I will do this daily.
You shouldn't do this everyday :/ The body gets used to things you do on a regular basis so after a while of doing this regularly, your body is not gonna change. It's gonna stay as it is!

Nope sorry... I only knew about this thing but there's a video by a youtuber called Blogilates that talked about exercising during our menstrual cycles! I recommend all her videos, she's really great!:))
Finally got to the point where I wasn't dying while doing this workout (and didn't wanna scream every time he said '1, 2, duck'), until I added dumbbells and it kicked my ass all over again. 😂

Kickboxing is actually one of the best exercises you can do, from what I've heard. Especially for your legs and waist. And you burn a bunch of calories too!

If you're the type of person who doesn't really over eat but tends to put on weight due to a sedentary lifestyle then of all the workouts on RUclips this is the only workout you need to change your life and get motivated. I started out with just this routine and no dieting when I was 145kgs and had a 48 inch waist. 8 months later I'm now down to 98kgs and 40 inch waist. An ideal balance between fun and serious butt kicking, this is my default 'go to' workout which I will do as a bare minimum every day except my one off day a week. Over time I've added some weight training and ab routines but this workout still starts my day.
This was my second time doing this workout. I'm proud to say that i made it all of the way through with no additional breaks this time, and I punched/kicked harder too. Damn this program is really working for me. It's so hard but the motivation you get during the workouts keeps me going. Thanks so much coach Kozak!
So today is the day I decided to start losing my weight, for a long time I've wanted to start doing something and each time I've talked myself out of it. I was going to go to the gym today but I wasn't sure what I would do there so I looked up a boxing work out to do at home and found your video. - I put my 16oz gloves on and tried to keep up with you. I did great until towards the end when I was burnt out but I kept going. You're my first step to shedding these pounds, I've subscribed and will thankyou when I make a considerable change. This workout is a fantastic routine :) I get lost a little bit here and there but I am sure after a few times I will make it through the whole routine......I will be 56 years old this year and recommend this to anyone :)

Absolutely magical. I just changed jobs two weeks ago and I no longer have access to a gym BUT I have 45-60 mins spare when I come home every afternoon before the family arrives. I can't train home without some sort of frame of reference/encouragement. Having a strong background and affinity with Boxing and Karate, this is an half hour of pure joy. Thank you so much for this.

Burned 407 Calories, I only completed up to min 28. I paused a lot throughout ( just to gain my breath... or shamlessly text) However I think the potential to burn 500 Calories is there! Enjoyed the workout.
