@@SeatedFitness your welcome and I got a little results today and it was about my liver functions they told me they went down a lot which I'm happy about (they went from mid 200 range to 50 and 90 range) now I'm just waiting on the results of my thyroid check

I loved this workout. I can really feel my muscles engaging with the slow and controlled movements. I was wondering what the difference is between HITT and Tabata? I was also wondering if you get a % from your books on Amazon? Have a great rest of the weekend.
The difference between HIIT and Tabata is that the cycles times are shorter on Tabata, I mean 20 seconds in Tabata and 30 seconds in HIIT. They do the same thing cardi wise. Yes on Amazon I do get a % from each book sale.

Great boxing workout, Coach Paul! I have not done any of your workouts for about 6 months because of a pinched nerve in my neck.
