    Agree with the previous comment, pace is ideal for older folk especially those with limited mobility, enjoy Pauls enthusiasm and happy disposition

    Yes please Paul seated resistance band leg workout. I loved this workout. I don't like repeaters but your pace and enthusiasm makes them fun and I can feel my muscles engaging.
