Great quick workout in tandem with jumprope and the burner from round 5 in the other hiit beginner workout. I do this everyday and it has got me in shape and increased my skill level at boxing
Probably my favourite shadow workout. I look fit, but also have exercise invoked asthma which is very annoying. This workout for me is exhausting but at the same time I am managing to reach the end. I am training for Sanda, which has only 2 minutes rounds but still proving quite exhausting, especially when performing throws. Doing your workouts, especially this one I can see improvement during sparing, small but for me every little step is massive, so thank you!
