Finally got around to doing this one! I've had 2 bad surgeries and cervical spine fusion and sit all day with work. This was WONDERFUL. such a strong but gentle release in my hips, back, neck and shoulders. Thank you! I don't think there will ever be a session with you that I don't LOVE❤️

Yes, this would be good for your husband to try. I have filmed a stretch routine for cyclists, but is suitable for after any activity really... that might be one too for him to try, it's coming soon (it's just being edited by Mel). Happy Easter!
