I normally workout from my Amazon Firestick so I logged into my computer just to comment about how much I am loving Tasha's commentary throughout the videos. Her reference to "Little Tasha" on the cardio video cracks me up every time.
Absolutely love your voice! It's so soothing and makes the workout more intense and fun. Most fitness instructors have horrible annoying voices and sound like helium filled salesmen in a fish market. Awesome workout! Keep it coming! 👏👏

Love this routine! I like how the sets are structured. I only had time for 2/3 this morning but I still feel like I got a great workout and I’ll get that 3rd set next week! :)
This workout was perfect!! Definitely will be adding to the rotation. Also, Tasha, thank you so much for talking about the differently shape part. I have a big butt (also my dumbells are the traditional round ones) so I have to always position them over my shoulders. I feel seen :)
This is my favorite short video. I did this exercise twice already and loved the experience. It's great for when I'm pressed for time, like today, I had places to go and errands to run, but was able to get a total body workout in the books. It was simple and easy to follow. Thank you!
Also, verbal cues are very helpful. Can't always keep my eyes on the screen while I'm exercising so I rely a lot on your verbal cues and the beeping sound from the timer. 💛
This one hurts so good. Short 3nough to get in after kids went to bed! Love your creativity Tasha, switching the order in the complexes is interesting but not too much for tired mom brain to follow along. Also love your humor...
Just wanna say a fantastic workout Tasha, I haven't really gotten a real workout for about 2 years ago (feels like maybe a year but nope) and this was fantastic, sweating quite a bit when I was half way through, but it was excellent, specially since it had pretty much everything nicely mixed, I'm gonna try to do this once a week now (at least in theory), you'll do great with the fitness blender team
Im desperate to find out how to maximize my side leg lifts while kneeling. I can only lift a fraction of the height. Any help would be greatly appreciated 😘
