One of the best no repeat workouts I’ve tried. The instructor knew exactly what he was doing as there was surprisingly no feeling of rush despite the fast pace. Will be coming back to this.

I am loving this challenge so far! I have been lacking motivation to workout recently. This challenge has been perfect for me to get back into working out with the short but effective routines. I love that you can make these as easy or difficult as you need to depending on where you're at. This is my first workout with this trainer. I am pleasantly surprised. I find him motivating and encouraging. Thank you!

Loved this. Never quite know when to go up or down in weight but just showing up and doing the work is good enough for me. Love an all-body strength training workout in the mix.

It was my first time working out with Brian, and even if I'm not in my best shape right now, it was a very scalable workout and the options presented by him were really useful. I loved the format, and I enjoyed all the exercises, they were varied and entertaining. Very glad I gave it a try, I really liked Brian as an instructor, I'll be repeating this video for sure!

hi, I really liked this workout, it's the first time I shake my arms and surprisingly it's a great feeling, I start with small weights, but still my dumbbells are too heavy for me, please tell me, can I repeat this workout every day? Or should I take a break?
