    One of the best no repeat workouts I’ve tried. The instructor knew exactly what he was doing as there was surprisingly no feeling of rush despite the fast pace. Will be coming back to this.

    I've been working out with Fitness Blender for 10 years. Usually I shy away from the male-led workouts assuming I can't keep up. This one was incredible! It had a little bit of everything, was challenging, but not impossible. Thank you so much! 👏👏👏

    I really enjoyed this, not boring, not too fast paced, still challenging. I liked the instructor constantly telling me I'm doing a great job 😊

    Just completed day 4. I think this has been my favorite thus far. The others were great as well, but I love a no repeat!

    I loved this workout!! Great for anyone who gets bored during repetitive workouts and the instructor was very helpful with Form and modification instructions as well as encouraging! Really enjoying these 2 week challenge videos.

    I was initially SO hesitant to workout with new FB people because I hate change but you guys are so awesome!! I love every single workout in this two week challenge and love how it’s not rushed and no one yells at me. You are such a phenomenal group. Thank you!! This was great.

    I am loving this challenge so far! I have been lacking motivation to workout recently. This challenge has been perfect for me to get back into working out with the short but effective routines. I love that you can make these as easy or difficult as you need to depending on where you're at. This is my first workout with this trainer. I am pleasantly surprised. I find him motivating and encouraging. Thank you!

    One of my favorite workouts I found on fitness blender in a long time. I’m adding it to my favorites! I love the ones where they’re not repetitive. Or they are but with different variations.

    Loved this. Never quite know when to go up or down in weight but just showing up and doing the work is good enough for me. Love an all-body strength training workout in the mix.

    It was my first time working out with Brian, and even if I'm not in my best shape right now, it was a very scalable workout and the options presented by him were really useful. I loved the format, and I enjoyed all the exercises, they were varied and entertaining. Very glad I gave it a try, I really liked Brian as an instructor, I'll be repeating this video for sure!

    Loved this workout!! I found the audio to be a little bit quiet even at max volume. Maybe it's just my computer speakers though? Anyway, awesome workout that I will surely be repeating.

    hi, I really liked this workout, it's the first time I shake my arms and surprisingly it's a great feeling, I start with small weights, but still my dumbbells are too heavy for me, please tell me, can I repeat this workout every day? Or should I take a break?
