This was awesome! I especially liked not having the calories displayed, and how she said "medium weights" and "heavy weights" rather than a specific number. So inclusive and approachable!
Just because of this, this video is perfect for non-US followers as well. In the other videos I am like, wtf is a 12 lbs tell me how many kgs you use goddamnit!!
I have been using FB for 6 years and Tasha is their absolute best trainer. I'm so glad she joined and providing these excellent videos. She is just in a league of her own.

Oh wow this lady is the full package! She can do modifications without missing a beat in explaining them and staying with the timer. While still sounding enthused. Where did this team find her!? I'm definitely going to be doing this one for sure. I hope she will have more full body strength workouts coming. Hell I'll be satisfied with whatever she adds. Great addition team!
I died. I'm dead. I haven't worked this hard in a long time - and Tasha was so calm the whole time. It made me feel like I could keep going (even though I'm now a little puddle).

It was SO fun, Tasha is so calm and funny, she had me laughing and smiling (which is one of my favourite parts of fitness blender workouts) and holy cow did I WORK! I realize that probably a lot of FB subscribers are extraordinarily fit! But can I request that Tasha do a beginner level HIIT video for those of us that are not so fit (but aspire to be)? Maybe just a video you can throw in for us once in a while! So we can kind of work toward the more dynamic workouts. 🙂

Thank you, Tasha! Because my knees are rather weak, for the rotating side planks, it felt much safer to do a full version. I could feel my knees twist a little when I tried to go down on my elbow.

The plank finisher almost took me out, I had to just stop in between, which is something I never do with FB workouts. Tasha is brutual but in a good way, her calming voice makes up for it, lol. Will I be doing more of her workouts, of course even though my arms are aching as I type, haha. Thanks Tasha, you are a welcome addition to the FB family I look forward to seeing more killer workouts from you.

Loved this workout, just the right level of intensity & enjoyed the full body & weights incorporated. Could’ve skipped the 3rd plank finisher round though! Great hire of Tasha, enjoying her workouts & her realism.
I've been using Fitness Blender for a while but this was my first session with Tasha and really enjoyed it. I love her manner, how she encourages you to do more than her, the 'we' when I was just about to give up, her tone, her instructing all the way through with reminders on form. Will definitely look out for more by Tasha.

Hello Tasha, congratulations and welcome to the family! I love this workout and your style in every way. Your demonstration is so strong and controlled at a good speed and articulated so that I can see and duplicate the transitions and use of different muscle groups in good alignment easily. Something about it is working everything in my brain and body safely but challengingly. Having similar body structure and movement adaptation might be part of it. I love Kelly and Daniel’s workouts, but sometimes I have to work at it a little bit to find where their movement places on my body if that makes any sense. Your calm and articulate speech also helps my brain to focus better. I think you will be helping me a lot in what I need to do right now with my aging body to stay as strong and capable as possible. Sorry so lengthy but I am really impressed and grateful.

I think this is my third time doing this exercise so I was able to up it a little bit. Repeated the weighted portion for a total of five rounds. Also stayed on my toes more often for the core exercises. So proud of myself. Thanks Tasha for this total body video.
