  • Hello Friends! Please join me in this intermediate level Pilates Reformer flow where we will focus on your whole body moving at a determined base throughout the workout. This workout is intermediate level...some modifications will be given, but you should have a good foundation of Pilates before beginning this workout.

    great class.. but I think we missed a move on the opposite side.... single arm pull with the reverse curl with the strap in the right arm... we did the left arm only. Or did I miss it??
