This workout (with minor arm modifications - no reaching / extensions yet 🤷🏼♀️) is the first that I could complete start to finish with the feeling that I was challenged enough to be accomplishing something physically for the first time (post major injury) in over 28 months. I suffer from an awful RA and sometimes it's a bit harsh on my knees but after workout I feel much better! :) Only moving helps my body to start the day. Do you have any program for people who terribly suffer from joints pain by any chance? Just curious... Thanks again for your super positive energy! I'm staying here :))

I have a areo pilates machine. It has 2 black, 2 red, and 1 yellow cords. When I use just the 1 red cord like you do, I go out but the carriage doesn't return! Is it ok to add a black or the 1 yellow cord? I think your cords are stronger! :)

Try reducing the springs. You'll have more time. It's a tough move though! :)

Can I use the trampoline rebounder here instead of the jump board?
The plastic holder for my jump board broke. What can I use to replace it or where can I buy a new space holder

Hi - I wouldn't try to substitute anything. Wait until you get the proper equipment.
